Keithan Moore, of Wilmer, Texas, wrapped
a towel around his hands to make it appear
he was carrying a gun. He then walked into
a building, walked up to the counter and demanded money. Unfortunately for him, the
building he walked into was the Wilmer Police
Department. After offi cers wrestled him to the
ground, he told the cops it was all a joke. They
took it a little more seriously. He’s under arrest.
Christopher Stone, of Launceston, Tasmania,
wanted some chicken schnitzel... really wanted
some chicken schnitzel. However, he was a
little short of funds. So, he did what any bozo
would do, he stuffed the schnitzel in question
down his pants, threatened the cashier at the
supermarket with a gun and walked to his car.
One thing he didn’t plan on, however, was how
diffi cult it would be to drive with a large schnitzel in his pants. Police offi cers say he was attempting to adjust the schnitzel when he lost
control of his vehicle and rolled the car. He’s
busted!
From Newton Township, Pennsylvania
comes the story of an unidentifi ed pervert who
exposed himself to a woman. But it would seem
that he didn’t really want her to see what he was
showing. The place he chose for his crime was
the Bucks County Association for the Blind. Police are still looking for the suspect.
Joseph Wilkins, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, spotted a stereo in a parked car that he just
had to have. Seeing no one anywhere around,
he broke in but quickly found it was going to be
more diffi cult than he thought. After struggling
to remove the stereo he found it was locked
into the dash and the only thing he could pry
loose was the faceplate, which he took with
him. It was what he left behind that caused all
the problems. Apparently while wrestling with
the stereo, his wallet slipped out of his pocket.

A co-owner of a local deli restaurant was
arrested May 16 after investigators found
evidence he had used a customer’s credit
card number to pay his personal utility bills.
Formal charges of second-degree forgery
were filed against Glenn A. Heath, 52, May
14 in Canadian County District Court.
According to the probable cause affidavit,
a woman originally contacted El Reno police
Oct 12, 2011 after she discovered fraudulent
charges on her credit card to OG&E. Three
charges were made and totaled over $850.
Investigators completed a request to a grand jury for records from
OG&E for information in the case. OG&E records showed Heath had
used the card number on his residential service account to pay for
an outstanding debt.
The victim told police that prior to the charges on her card, she
had purchased food at De’Boise Deli in El Reno where Heath is a
co-owner.
When investigators contacted Heath to ask about how the victim’s
card was used on his account, Heath said he didn’t know and avoided contact since.

Sterling Williams
Williams was convicted of
stabbing to death 22-yearold LeAnna Hand and
assaulting her roommate,
Elizabeth Hill, in 1997 in
their Tulsa apartment.
Williams was a doorto-door meat salesman
and had sold Hand and
Hill meat on a previous
occasion. Williams stabbed
Hand with a butcher knife
and then kicked open Hill’s
bedroom door and attacked and battered her.
He received the death sentence for Hand’s murder
and a 99-year sentence for Hill’s attack.
A Kansas City psychiatrist testifi ed that he
diagnosed Williams with bipolar disorder. The
psychiatrist said Williams had fi xated on four
women and had intended to rape Hand, not kill her.
Williams had fi ve prior felony convictions in 1993
in Jefferson County, Ark. -- two for rape and one
each for kidnapping, burglary and battery. He
received a 10-year-sentence and 10 years’ probation
and was paroled in January 1996.

After a month-long investigation, Oklahoma City police have
arrested a man accused of ramming his car into a street sign
and two trees at Lake Overholser and seriously injuring his
passenger.
Izza “Trey” Robert Jones III, 24, was arrested May 15 on
charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving injury,
driving without a driver’s license, and reckless driving.
The probable cause affidavit filed in the case stated Jones
and the victim were at a trailer park visiting when Jones told
the victim he wanted to drive once around the park. He then
took the keys and they drove once around the trailer park as
he said. Jones then decided he wanted to leave the area and
headed to Lake Overholser.
The victim told investigators Jones was driving very fast and
“out of control” and told him several times to stop and let her out, but he refused. She added
she didn’t remember the actual crash, but remembered Jones getting out of the vehicle afterwards and leaving the scene without getting her medical attention. She also remembered
screaming at Jones for help because she could not move, but he just looked at her and took
off running, according to the affidavit.
As a result of the crash, the victim suffered four fractures to her pelvis, a fractured right leg,
and a large gash on her chest.
Bond for Jones was set at $8000.

OPERATING CHILD CARE
FACILiTY W/Out LICENSE
Daiquiri Miller, a 34-year-old Tulsa woman, was jailed after a seventh
child was removed from her care after
the child tested positive for cocaine.
According to Tulsa Police, Miller’s
latest child (born on March 31st)
tested positive for cocaine after she
admitted to using marijuana, cocaine
and alcohol every single day during
her pregnancy.
She also asked health officials
“what took you so long” when they
arrived to take the child into protective custody.
Investigators say seven children have been removed from Miller’s custody over the years because of her continued drug use.
In 2000, 2009, and 2010, Miller gave birth to children who
tested positive for cocaine and marijuana when they were born. In
2009, she asked a health services worker “So are you taking him or
what” during an investigation.
On three other occasions, Miller had children taken away by the
Department of Human Services on accusations of abuse. In 1997,
a three month old was taken because of a suspicious broken leg.
In 1999, a child was taken after police became aware of her drug
use and feared neglect. In 2006, officers caught Miller smoking
cocaine next to her four-month-old daughter in a vehicle.
Miller has also been been arrested several times on prostitution
charges. Investigators say she solicited an undercover officer in
February while pregnant.
Miller was booked into the Tulsa City Jail and charged with child
abuse and two counts of prostitution. Her bail was set at $250,500.

OK Jailbirds is cooperating with the efforts of Oklahoma
Department of Human Services to impact the huge social
problem of irresponsible parents who are not paying the
child supports ordered by our courts.
If these biological-only parents won’t honor the courts
order, perhaps public shame will get their attention.
If you know how to reach any of the Deadbeat Parents found on this page, please call the Oklahoma Department of Human Services
Child Support HotLine at 1-800-522-8014
It’s ALL about the KIDS!
Importance of Child Support
Children are our future and child support helps make sure they have a chance at a
productive life. Children have the right to get support from both parents and do not
lose this right when a parent leaves the home.
When children do not receive child support, they can:
Suffer both Emotionally and Physically
Live within a Reduced Standard of Living
Have their Basic Needs Unmet
Become Non-Supportive when they become Parents.
When one or both parents do not support their children, taxpayers often pay the cost
of raising children. When children receive public assistance and their parents pay no
child support, all taxpayers bear the cost of supporting the children.

Summer is upon us, school is
out, and the time for recreation
and fun in the sun is here! With
summertime comes traffic to
and from the lakes, as well as numerous other endeavors that
you can enjoy across the state, including camping, riding horses,
motorcycles, and ATVs, and other activities too numerous to list
here. One thing that a lot of these activities have in common is
towing something to and from these locations. I am going to try and
touch on some of the basic safety issues to keep in
mind when towing a trailer.
One of the most important safety features that trailers come
equipped with are the safety chains or cables. These are required,
and must be in use when towing. These chains keep the trailer
attached to the vehicle should the coupling device break or otherwise
become disengaged. These chains or cables shall be of sufficient
size and strength to prevent parting from the towing vehicle. A
helpful hint when connecting your stay chains or cables is to cross
them under the tongue of the trailer. The stay chains or cables must
be attached in a manner to prevent the tongue from falling to the
ground, and crossing them allows the chains to catch it if it should
come off the coupling device.
Some larger trailers come equipped with an emergency breakaway
device. This device has a cable coming from it that must be attached
to the vehicle. If the trailer becomes disconnected from the vehicle,
when the cable is pulled tight, it automatically applies the trailer
brakes, preventing it from free-rolling. This device is required on
all trailers with a GVWR of 3000 lbs or more. Speaking of brakes,
state law requires that all brakes be maintained and in good working
order!
If you are breaking out this trailer for the first time since winter,
it’s a good idea to check the tires. Tires that sit for a long time
develop dry rot, flat spots, and lose pressure. Make sure that your
tires are in good working order, still have sufficient tread, and check
the pressure. Run the tires at the manufacturer’s suggested psi for
optimal performance.
Last but not least, we come to trailer lights. Make sure that all
your lights are functional. Plug them into the towing vehicle, and
check them all! Don’t assume that if they work in the daylight,
they will work at night, go ahead and check them with the towing
vehicle’s headlight switch turned on as well. If you are towing more
than one thing; in other words, towing in combination, only the
rearmost trailer’s lights must be operational.
Summertime is recreation time, and getting our toys to our
destination and back safely is the responsibility of every safe,
courteous driver. Lets all do our part to enjoy summer safely.
As always, thanks for reading, buckle up and be safe!

An El Reno man not wanting to let go of the past was
sentenced to five years in prison for stalking his exwife.
Christopher Williams, 41, pled guilty May 18 in Canadian County District Court to charges stemming from
an incident that happened March 10. It was the last
time he harassed her, but it certainly wasn’t the first.
In his latest attempt to make his ex-wife’s life miserable, Williams sent a text to her stating, “OK, I gonna
f**k yo brains out Thursday.” She then got another
from him at her work saying, “I seen you on the highway who the hell with you. That not right.”
The ex added that after she got home from work, he
drove slowly back and forth in front of her house.
Williams has violated the protective order six times
since just before Christmas. The PO specifically stated
that he was to have no contact with her, including through electronic devices. He
also reportedly broke into her home.
Along with the five-year sentence- minus time already served- he was ordered to
pay costs and fines associated with the case.
Stalkers, beware!

In the past few months, there have been many stories of high school teachers being arrested for having
sexual relationships with their students. Give us your
opinion: should teachers who have a sexual relationship with a student who is 17 or older be prosecuted?
Poll
Scarlet T: Yes they should be prosecuted, they are there to teach not have
sex with the kids, if they are still in school
teachers should have more control.
Mike M: YES, its not about the age
but the morality
Samantha W: not in the legal way
like registering as a sex offender.. but
definitely a professional way such as being fired. they ALL (teachers & students)
know what they’re doing is inappropriate
& far from professional, so some action
should be taken. but when its consentual
it should be taken sooooooo extreme.
Jackilyn P: hell yes!! they should be
prosecuted!! they’re there to teach not
have sex.
Dakota M: Its supposed to be a professional business of teaching students,
not teaching students to have sex with
them and disobeying the law. If the student was done and graduated then that’s
their business but not while in school.
Coby P: If they’re the age of consent
and it’s not taking place in a school then
it’s not anybody’s business.
Adrian B: Yes, there is a huge differential in power between a teacher and a
student. Teachers who take advantage
of students are violating the teacher/
student relationship. Its never okay for a
teacher to date their students, even if the
students are college age.
Bobbie A: When you keep God out of
places the devil tends to get in and take
over!
JoAnn S:I know one of these teachers and it’s really a hard question to
answer. He is a really nice person and
has a family. He was really involved in
his sons lives and in sports with them.
Just to know him, you wouldn’t think he
would do something like that. But on the
other hand, it is against the law and anyone that breaks the law should be punished. However, it is a sin and I believe
that is between him and his God. AND
then there is the girl. She was 17. I was
also told it takes two. So if one is going
to be punished then both parties should
be punished.
Kari H: Of course. The question is
“Should the teacher who has sex with the
student be prosecuted”. Turn the question around “Should the student who
had sex with the teacher be prosecuted”
and most would say “yes”.
Maria H: hell yes!! they should be
prosecuted!! they’re there to teach not
have sex.
Robert F: Most of you are talking
about two different things 1) criminality
(2nd degree rape) and 2) morality. It is
legal for a 60 year old man to sleep with
a 16 year old girl. Why is that any better
than a 23 year old teacher and a 17 year
old? I don’t see a meaningful difference.
HOWEVER, it should be a fireable offense.
Christina G: Yes so it can show ppl
how serious this is. First of all, how
dumb can a teacher b to even think about
getting w a student?Parents & caretakers
have trusted the school system by sending their kids to school based on EDUCATION, not to form a ‘special’ relationship
with a teacher. And imagine how things
will b for the student, as he or she gets
older, the memory of the ‘relationship’
with the teacher will b forever branded n their mind....not Jen the school
cheerleader or Jon from band class but
a freakin’ teacher. BTW.....a teacher n
the Okemah school system resigned a
couple of weeks ago due to an inappropriate relationship with a student. The
mother showed text messages between
the teacher & student. But it was all
hush-hush because the teacher is related
to somebody from the local newspaper
office. My nieces who knew this teacher
said she always got back massages from
the guys....now this should not b something you should hear about a teacher.
What happened to comments such as,
‘Mrs. Smith was a great math tutor’ or
‘Mr. Smith made biology so much more
simple with his methods.’ Maybe yearly
psychological tests should b done to
teachers to avoid any more mishaps.

Watonga police are searching for a couple they say robbed the
F-Stop at Highways 33 and 270 last Oct. 30.
Leonard Dixon, 42, and his girlfriend, April Phares, 28, are
wanted in connection with the burglary of 93 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes from the store.
According to the police affidavit, Dixon and Phares allegedly
drove to Watonga and parked their pickup near the F-Stop just
after 2 a.m. Dixon then put on all dark clothing and walked to
F-Stop, leaving Phares in the pickup. Dixon then used a brick to
break the glass out of the front door and ran inside carrying a
black mesh bag and a white mesh bag. He then put 93 cartons of
Marlboro cigarettes in the bags, left the store, got back into the
truck, and they both sped away.
Video of the burglary was caught on a surveillance camera.
Dixon is described as a black male, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 189
pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has an extensive criminal history out of Tulsa
County for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, escape from DOC, three counts of burglary,
and a false declaration of ownership in a pawn.
No information about Phares was available through the DOC or Blaine County court records except for her age.

Renee Jackson, a 35-year-old New Orleans man, was jailed after
he allegedly attempted to rob a convenience store with a pair of hot
dog tongs.
According to the Fort Smith Arkansas Police Department, Jackson
allegedly entered a local convenience store, grabbed a pair of silver
tongs used for hot dogs, then demanded money from the clerk and
customers.
Witnesses say Jackson appeared to be extremely intoxicated, so no
one took him seriously. The clerk called 911 and stated that he was
attempting to stab people inside the store with the tongs. He ultimately pushed one of the customers, but no one was inured.
Investigators say when officers arrived on the scene, Jackson was
outside the building. Police stated that he had written a note to the
store, apologizing for what he had done.
Jackson told investigators that he became distraught after arguing
with his wife and wanted to go to jail because his family didn’t appreciate him.
He was booked into jail and charged with two counts of attempted
aggravated robbery.

A $20,000 bond was set for a man deputies say beat the crap out of his wife while they
were camping.
According to the police affidavit, Conner
and his wife were at the Sandy Cove campsite
when they got into an argument and he shoved
her out of the passenger seat of their Dodge
pickup. She landed hard on the ground and
gashed open her head and suffered other injuries to her body. He then threw her back into
the truck and took off down Thunder Road.
About a half mile from the campsite, Blaine
County Deputy Tony Pitt saw the woman because of all the blood on
her face, head, and body. Conner jumped out of the truck and ran to
the back, but he was caught and arrested. Pitt could tell Conner was
extremely drunk and would not stop screaming at his wife.
Canton ambulance was called for the wife and they transported her
to Okeene ER for her injuries.
Connor was taken to the Blaine County Jail on complaints of domestic abuse, assault and battery, actual physical control while under the
influence, and transporting an open container of beer.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Greenfield man who
witnesses say fired shots from his home while he was drunk.
Rodney Dewayne Ray, 58, is wanted in Blaine County District Court
for possessing a firearm after a former conviction.
According to the warrant affidavit, just before 11 p.m. on May 12,
Deputy Lonnie Spiva was dispatched to the 700 block of North 2nd
in Greenfield. Upon arrival, several witnesses told him that the shots
came from Ray’s residence, but no one actually saw Ray fire the weapon.
Looking around, Spiva found two 45 cal. shell casing near Ray’s
front door. When he made contact with Ray, he appeared to be three
sheets to the wind. He was unsteady on his feet, spoke in slow, thick speech, and had an odor
of booze on his breath.
Spiva found a loaded 45 cal. in a bedroom of the house with the same type of ammo as the
casings outside.
Two witnesses, a 14 year-old and a 17 year-old, told Spiva that about a week before Ray
had pointed a revolver with a laser at them. A revolver with a laser was also found at the
residence.
The warrant was issued May 29, but so far, Ray has not turned himself in. He is described
as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with brown/gray hair, and
brown eyes, according to the DOC.

Computer interconnectivity has produced enormous
benefits, but has also enabled criminal activity that exploits
this interconnectivity for financial gain and other malicious
purposes, such as internet fraud, child exploitation, identity
theft, and terrorism. The Internet can give identity thieves,
hackers, and scammers online access to your computer, financial and personal information and more. Additionally,
today’s mobile devices are well integrated with the internet
and have far more functionality than mobile phones of the
past. They are increasingly used in the same way as personal computers, potentially making
them susceptible to similar threats affecting computers connected to the Internet.
For youths, the internet often serves as a positive and powerful arena for socializing and
learning. However, the use of the internet also brings about risks to their safety, including
the dangers of sexual solicitation, online harassment and bullying, and exposure to illegal
content. By discussing responsible socializing and communicating, parents -- regardless of
whether they are technologically savvy -- can help their kids make better decisions about
online behavior.
Efforts to address cybercrime include activities associated with protecting networks and
information, detecting criminal activity, investigating crime, and prosecuting criminals,
. The Administration has taken significant steps to better protect America against cyber
threats and has developed a pragmatic and focused cyber-security legislative proposal for
Congress to consider. The proposed legislation is focused on improving cyber-security for
the American people, our Nation’s critical infrastructure, and the Federal Government’s own
networks and computers.
June is Internet Safety Month
Answer: The first
thing to understand in this discussion is that there is
only one race—the
human race. Caucasians, Africans,
Asians, Indians, Arabs, and Jews are
not different races.
Rather, they are different ethnicities of the human race. All human
beings have the same physical characteristics (with minor variations, of course). More importantly, all human beings are created
in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27). God loved the
world so much that He sent Jesus to lay down His life for us (John
3:16). The “world” obviously includes all ethnic groups.
God does not show partiality or favoritism (Deuteronomy 10:17;
Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11; Ephesians 6:9), and neither should
we. James 2:4 describes those who discriminate as “judges with
evil thoughts.” Instead, we are to love our neighbors as ourselves
(James 2:8). All forms of racism, prejudice, and discrimination are
affronts to the work of Christ on the cross.
Jesus commands us to love one another as He loves us (John
13:34). If God is impartial and loves us with impartiality, then we
need to love others with that same high standard. Jesus teaches in
Matthew 25 that whatever we do to the least of His brothers, we
do to Him. If we treat a person with contempt, we are mistreating
a person created in God’s image; we are hurting somebody whom
God loves and for whom Jesus died.
Racism, in varying forms and to various degrees, has been a
plague on humanity for thousands of years. Brothers and sisters of
all ethnicities, this should not be. Victims of racism, prejudice, and
discrimination need to forgive. Ephesians 4:32 declares, “Be kind
and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in
Christ God forgave you.” Racists may not deserve your forgiveness,
but we deserved God’s forgiveness far less.
What does the Bible say about Anger?
Legislation aimed at closing
legal loopholes in deaths resulting from designer drugs has
been signed into law. Senate Bill
987 expands the definition of
murder in the first degree to include deaths resulting from the
manufacture or distribution of
a synthetic, or “designer drug”
as well as the manufacturing of
drugs that result in a death, as in a meth lab explosion. Gov. Mary
Fallin signed the bill into law.
Senator Susan Paddack said she filed the legislation after East
Central University students Stacey Jewell and Andrew Ackerman
died last year after using “2-Bromo Dragonfly,” a designer drug
still available on the Internet that can cause hallucinations, vomiting, seizures and rapid heartbeat. Prosecutors said because of how
the current law was written, the individual responsible could not be
charged with first degree murder.
“Designer drugs can be just as lethal as heroin or cocaine, but because our statutes did not specifically address them, prosecutors had
their hands tied when seeking justice,” said Paddack, D-Ada. “With
this new law, deaths resulting from the sale or manufacture of these
new drugs can be prosecuted as first degree murder cases.”
The legislation also expands the first degree murder definition to
include deaths from the manufacturing of drugs, such as meth lab
explosions.
“This new law will allow prosecutors to go after the dealers and
manufacturers of synthetic drugs and meth cooks when their product or manufacturing process leads to someone’s death,” said Senator Tom Newell, R-Seminole. “This legislation was long overdue and
had this sort of a law been in place, we may have seen fewer deaths
caused by synthetic drugs in Oklahoma communities last year.”
The new law becomes effective November 1, 2012.
