Tulsa man arrested after failed ATM burglary

TULSA, Okla. – Last Sunday, Tulsa PD received a report on an ATM burglary attempt that occurred at the Bank of Oklahoma at 1604 N. Lewis Avenue.

A male suspect was spotted at the scene, reportedly attempting to break into an ATM before fleeing on his bicycle.

Tulsa authorities were able to locate the suspect, identified as Richard Hulvey, and make an arrest. Hulvey was arrested on attempted 2nd-degree burglary after a former conviction of a felony. (Tulsa Police Department)
