A wanted Comanche man was
found walking around the Chisholm Trail Casino by Stephens
County deputies on November 29.
He apparently thought he couldn’t
be found -- he was wrong.
According to the affidavit, deputies saw 30-year-old Temple Odell
Fugett Jr. as they were walking
around the casino at approximately
1 a.m. Knowing the man had a felony warrant, a deputy approached
Fugett and asked him to step outside.
Fugett turned around and said,
“S---,” before trying to run away
through the casino. The deputy grabbed Fugett, but the man continued to struggle and resist. The deputies took Fugett to the ground,
but he tucked his hands under his chest. They ordered him to give
them his hands; he insisted that he wanted to smoke a cigarette.
A deputy told Fugett he would deploy his laser if he didn’t cooperate.
Guess who won? Stephens County deputy, 1. Fugett, 0.
Fugett eventually complied, and he was placed in handcuffs and
escorted out of the building. Once they were out of the building,
Fugett told police he had a meth pipe in his pants. He handed over a
black case containing a glass pipe with a white powder.
Fugett told the deputies he ran because of the meth pipe; he said
he didn’t want to catch an additional charge.
The white powder tested positive for methamphetamine.
Fugett is being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous
substance after former conviction of a felony. His bond was set at
$15,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on February 4, 2015.

Oklahoma Game Wardens received an anonymous tip about someone allegedly killing a
9-point buck with a rifle during archery season,
on November 14, 2014.
Game Wardens C. Stover, of Stephens Co., T.
Hasty, of Jefferson Co., and Lt. J. Edwards Jr., of
Caddo Co., quickly gathered all available information to confront the suspect. Game Wardens
were able to locate the suspect and evidence of
the alleged illegally taken deer.
Interviews resulted in further evidence and another suspect.
The two suspects allegedly killed two bucks
with a rifle during archery only season. The suspects removed only the heads of the bucks, and abandoned the carcasses.
While investigating this case, wardens determined another individual, living on the property, had warrants for his arrest. Wardens assisted a Stephens County Deputy with taking the
suspect into custody, without incident.
Wardens seized the rifle and both buck heads as evidence. Charges are pending in Stephens County District Court.

The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI investigate
an officer-involved shooting near Grant on Dec. 4. The incident
began with a foot pursuit of a subject by numerous law enforcement
agencies.
That pursuit ended in the parking lot of the Choctaw Nation
Casino and Resort located at 1516 U.S. Highway 271 when the
man exited a pickup truck he had stolen and then raised a rifle at
officers. William Lee Honea, 33, of Texas, was shot multiple times.
Two Hugo officers and two Choctaw County sheriff’s deputies fired
their weapons. Honea was transported to a local hospital where he
was pronounced dead.
OSBI agents spent much of the day Thursday at the scene
gathering information and evidence. Today, agents will continue
conducting interviews. Once the investigation is complete, agents will provide the district attorney with
the facts of the case. The district attorney will determine if the shooting was justified.

POINTING FIREARM
18-year-old Danielle Paige Lara of
Duncan was arrested on December 6
after she and some of her friends were
gettin’ a little rowdy in the Taco Bell
drive-thru.
99 cent tacos make people go crazy!
According to the affidavit, a Duncan officer responded to a call in the
1100 block of N. Highway 81 shortly
after 2:30 a.m. due to customers fighting in the drive-thru line at Taco Bell.
A woman told the officer that a man
parked two cars in front of her was
trying to fight her and her passengers.
The officer made contact with the
driver of the suspect vehicle. As he did, he smelled a “very strong
odor” of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The officer asked
the driver to exit the drive-thru line and park his car in the parking
lot. The driver said he didn’t have any marijuana.
His passengers also said they didn’t have any weed.
One of the passengers, identified as Lara, told the officer she and
the driver had smoked marijuana earlier that evening. The officer
told the passengers to exit the vehicle, and police started searching
for illegal substances.
An officer saw a white purse in the rear window of the vehicle -- he
asked who it belonged to. Lara said the purse was hers, and he could
search it if he wanted.
The officer looked through the purse and found two prescription
bottles, one with no identifying marks. The other said it contained
ibuprofen, but there were actually phenazopyridine hydrochloride
pills inside. The unmarked bottle contained buspirone hydrochloride pills and Adderall. Lara’s ID card was also in the purse.
The officer placed the woman under arrest and taken to jail.
She is being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous
substance. She was released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to
appear in court on February 4, 2015.

OK Jailbirds is cooperating with the efforts of Oklahoma Department of Human Services to impact the huge
social problem of irresponsible parents who are not paying the child supports ordered by our courts.
If these biological-only parents won’t honor the courts order, perhaps public shame will get their attention.
If you know how to reach any of the Deadbeat Parents found on this page, please call the Oklahoma Department of Human Services
Child Support HotLine at 1-800-522-8014
Importance of Child Support
Children are our future and child support helps make sure they
have a chance at a productive life. Children have the right to get
support from both parents and do not lose this right when a
parent leaves the home.
When children do not receive child support, they can:
Suffer both Emotionally and Physically
Live within a Reduced Standard of Living
Have their Basic Needs Unmet
Become Non-Supportive when they become Parents.
When one or both parents do not support their children,
taxpayers often pay the cost of raising children. When children
receive public assistance and their parents pay no child support,
all taxpayers bear the cost of supporting the children.

What you’re saying
about this on...
Taylor D: I think I’m tired of hearing about it.
Karen H: I’m with @taylor
Justin A: I’m in amazement that 2
comments into this post there was an
agreement.
MeMe E: Being a former Police officer myself and being highly trained
and educated, dealing with these split
second decisions, protecting the public as well as yourself...this officer was
justified totally and completely without
a doubt...i watched his interview and
he was consistent and truthful...it was
proven that witnesses lied and are being prosecuted for it...I think the media
is completely making this whole thing
around the world to be something it
isn’t...and to incite a riot is illegal and
all those involved should be prosecuted...an opinion is one thing but to get
people all fired up to the.point of burning down a town is despicable and set
us all back 100 years...ridiculous is
what it is...
Amy F: I don’t think any American
citizen should die at the hands of a societal pawn for selling loosies.
Okjailbirds: So, Amy F, what
should they have done differently?
Kevin G: Aren’t cigarettes a atf issue to begin with? And yes im tired if
hearing about it..stay vigilant .and kind
to one another
Jerry R: Seriously Kevin? These
men were both breaking the law and
when confronted both chose to resist
arrest! I don’t necessarily agree with the
officer using a choke hold when it was
not proper department procedure to do
so and its a shame either man had to
die as a result of their choices but, they
made the choice to not comply with the
law. It’s ridiculous that it’s been made
into a racial issue. I think the media
feeds off of it and really pushes the issue.
Janice M: I believe justice was
served in both of these cases, but I worry about unbiased reporting from ALL
of the media.
Shiela H: I feel if you didnt see it
dont judge but heres one hands up dont
shoot pants up dont loot
Keith S: Okjailbirds trolling the internet.
Jesse C: I guess I would ask exactly
what the rioters wished to accomplish?
If they really have an agenda what is it?
They’re hurting innocent businesses
to punish police? How is this justice in
anyone’s eyes?
Jay C: I think they’re doing their
Christmas shopping.
Edwin L: I doubt the cop actually
broke the law there. But the cop isn’t
the problem,it’s the law. Anything those
guys do in the line of duty is basically
lawful because of statutes like qualified immunity and other’s. There is no
accountability for actions,no reason to
practice restraint because both policy
and law protect them from mistakes or
rash actions. The problem is that the legal system is not a justice system.
Frank K: An old girlfriends father
who was a cop, once told me, the best
thing you can do when you see the police is walk the other way, or there is
going to be trouble. .. In other words,
if you see the cops get the hell out of
there.
Lisa H: I can promise you this; if I
were placed in situations where I felt
my life or the lives of my family were
in danger, someone would not survive!!
The police have only seconds to react.
Everyone who is griping, if you think
you can do the job better, jump on it!!
Meg W: Ferguson, yes, justice was
served. NY, no
Merlin K: I back the police, don’t
resist don’t get shot. Brown was a thug.
Garner I don’t agree with. He said he
could not breathe 11 times. It was criminal not to pay attention to his pleas.
In light of the recent media attention surrounding
the Ferguson, MO., shooting and the NY police chokehold incident, do you believe
justice has been served with
the outcomes? On what do
you base that belief? Do you
think the media is reporting
both sides of the stories?
What’s your opinion?

A Yukon man couldn’t even spell his fake name right
when he tried to lie his way out of going to jail on December 9.
Guess what, Henry Milton Ethan Tsoodle? Lying only
makes it worse.
According to the affidavit, a Minco police officer was
on patrol when he saw a vehicle traveling north on Highway 81 at approximately 12:50 a.m. The officer pulled
in behind the vehicle, and the vehicle’s speed decreased
from 40 mph to 19 mph as it crossed the intersection of
Highway 81 and Sager Road.
The officer continued to follow the vehicle, watching
as it swerved past the centerline three times. As they
passed Cemetery Road, the vehicle again drastically decreased its speed.
The officer stopped the vehicle and asked the driver, 25-year-old Tsoodle, for his license and insurance.
Tsoodle told him he didn’t have either, but did tell the officer his name was Natanai Means
and gave him a birthdate of June 25, 1989… but, according to the officer, he couldn’t decide
the correct way to spell this fake name. He changed the spelling twice.
The officer asked him if he had been drinking. Tsoodle replied, “Quite a bit a couple of
hours ago.”
The officer once again asked him for his name and birthdate. Tsoodle kept the same spelling, but changed the birthdate this time.
The officer asked him how much he had been drinking. Tsoodle said he hadn’t been drinking at all.
Make up your mind, Tsoodle!
Tsoodle refused a portable breathalyzer test, but he agreed to standard field sobriety tests.
He didn’t pass. The officer placed him in handcuffs and took him to jail.
Tsoodle is being charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
His bond was set at $7,500, and he is scheduled to appear in court on January 7, 2015.
What’s in a name?

Rush Springs man Jimmy Joshua Davis, 29, is in jail after
he allegedly attacked his girlfriend and her child in the early
morning hours of December 7.
According to the police report, a Grady County deputy was
dispatched to the 500 block of East Kiowa Street in Rush
Springs around 2 a.m. due to reports of a stabbing. He met
with a woman, who told him that she was sleeping in her bed
when her son woke her up and asked her to tuck him in.
She said when she got up, she saw Davis lying in the floor.
She woke him up and asked him why all of the lights were still
on. The victim said Davis became angry when he saw her son
was awake, and he hit the boy in the face. She said when she
told him not to touch her son, he grabbed her by the throat,
hit her in her chest and bit her arm.
The woman said tried to walk away, but Davis followed and hit her son multiple times.
When she tried to stop him, she said she saw that Davis was holding a pistol. He started hitting her with it, then threatened to shoot her. She said she was able to grab the gun and eject
the magazine.
The victim said she told her children to go get help from the neighbors.
Davis continued to attack her, and she said she was able to get away by stabbing him in the
stomach with a hunting knife.
The deputy noticed the victim’s head was swollen and she had several marks on her chest
and arm. In the residence, he saw a loaded magazine on the floor of the living room and
blood on a door knob.
Police found two rifles and a pistol in a wooded area behind the house. All of the firearms
had dried blood on them.
Davis was placed under arrest and taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.
He is being charged with child abuse by injury, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and possession of firearms after conviction or during probation. His bond was set at
$500,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on January 7, 2015.

Attorney General Warns Oklahomans
of IRS Phone Scam
Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt is warning
to keep watch of a phone scam making its way across
the state.
The Attorney General’s Office has received a number
of complaints from citizens who received phone calls
from someone claiming to be a representative of the
IRS.
The caller claims the IRS has a case against an
individual and if he or she did not contact the number
given within 24 hours, that person would be arrested.
This particular scam targets the most vulnerable
Oklahomans who may not readily be aware of the
IRS’s procedures.
“It is beyond frustrating that scams like this
continue to be rampant. Unfortunately, we typically
see these types of scams spike during the holidays.
While this is meant to be a season of celebration, Oklahomans should keep their guard
up to protect themselves from such crimes,” Attorney General Pruitt said. “A simple tip
you should always remember, the IRS will never call about a payment or taxes owed
without sending it in writing first.”
Here are some tips to protect you from these types of scams:
• The IRS will always notify you in writing first. They will never contact you by phone
without first mailing you a bill.
• You will never be required to use a specific payment method.
• Never give your credit or debit card numbers over the phone.
• You will not be threatened with being arrested by local law enforcement for not
paying.
If you have been a victim of a scam, report the incident to local law enforcement and
to the AG’s Office immediately. For more tips from the IRS you can visit their website at
irs.gov.
If you have a question about a possible scam, contact the AG’s Public Protection Unit
at (405) 521-2029, (918) 581-2885, by e-mail at [email protected] file a
complaint online at www.ok.gov/oag.

When an officer asks you if you’ve smoked anything illegal,
you probably shouldn’t say “not yet.” It might raise a little bit
of suspicion.
On December 8, Chickasha man Suave Dangelo Rolle, 26,
did just that.
A Chickasha police officer was dispatched to the 800 block
of S. Fourth Street shortly after 11 p.m. in reference to an auto
burglary in progress, according to the affidavit. When she arrived, she met with a Grady County deputy who was talking to
two men. The men were changing the front tires on a white car.
He seemed very nervous. He wouldn’t stand still, and he kept
walking back and forth.
The officer determined Rolle and his friend weren’t stealing
the car, but she wasn’t quite done with him due to his nervousness. She asked him if he had consumed any alcoholic beverages. He said no. She then asked
if he had smoked any illegal substances that day. Rolle replied, “No. Well, not yet.”
Wrong answer!
The officer asked Rolle if he had anything illegal in his vehicle. He said no. The officer asked
if she could search his vehicle. He said yes.
During the search, the officer found a plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance that
field-tested positive for marijuana. When she pulled it out of the car, Rolle leaned his head
back and rolled his eyes. She placed him under arrest. He said, “I didn’t know that was in my
car.”
The officer continued to search his vehicle. She saw a black backpack near where the spare
tire had been. Inside the backpack was a small container with four small pills inside. The pills
were identified as phentermine hydrochloride, a prescription only schedule IV drug. She took
Rolle to jail.
Rolle is being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. His bond was
set at $1,500, and he is scheduled to appear in court on January 9, 2015.
Not so suave, Suave!
