PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A Spring Hill woman’s lack of anger management skills landed her behind bars after her sore loss of $380 at Seminole Hard Rock Casino.
Adele Belizaire was enjoying life at a casino until she lost $380 in the slot machines.
Clearwater police say Belizaire simply “got mad.”
After the slot machine loss, Belizaire huffed and puffed back to her hotel room on Clearwater Beach.
Belizaire took her anger to a new level and decided to call the casino from her cell phone and let them know that she left a bomb there.
In collaboration, the Seminole Hard Rock Casino police and the Clearwater Police Department were able to link enough evidence to identify Belizaire and locate her whereabouts.
Belizaire is charged with making a false report about planting a bomb, explosive or weapons of mass destruction.
Police say Belizaire informed them she needed to “blow off steam.”
