DOG GROOMING GONE WRONG, GOLDEN DOODLE DIES

TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa dog groomer has been arrested after Tulsa Animal Welfare received a tip that a dog died at a grooming business.


Authorities were able to locate the deceased dog at the grooming establishment. The 4-year-old golden doodle was then taken to the Oklahoma Animal Disease Diagnostics Laboratory for further investigation.


The investigation confirmed the mistreatment of the golden doodle, and groomer Diego Jaimes Angel is considered the key suspect at this time.


An arrest warrant was issued. Tulsa Police Department, Tulsa Animal Welfare, and Elk City Police Department worked together to locate the suspect. Elk City Police Department made the ultimate arrest at a dog show and extradited Angel to Tulsa County. (Tulsa Police Department Facebook Page)
