SALINAS, Calif.- Over the weekend Francisco Felix, 29, was arrested after driving through a crime scene of a homicide that had happened the previous night.
Officers and detectives were actively working at the crime scene when Felix drove through.
Felix almost hit several officers, as well as a CSI vehicle. He ultimately crashed into a police car, where an officer was sitting inside. (Salinas Police Department). The officer received minor injuries from the impact.
When tested, Felix blew a .26 BAC, just over three times the legal limit. He was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. (Kron4)
