CANADIAN COUNTY
REQUIRED DUTY
A 61-year-old Yukon sex offender is back in
prison after he violated the terms of his probation.
According to reports, back in May 2018, Peter
Alonzo pleaded guilty to, and was convicted of,
sex crimes against a child.
Those crimes included lewd/indecent propos
-
als to a child under 16, unlawful communication
by use of technology, and unlawful
possession of
a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. He was convicted in
Canadian County District Court.
Reports state he made an “electronically generated lewd proposal” to have
sex with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
The man was sentenced to serve three years in state prison, then seven years
of probation. He was in jail from August 2018 to September 2020.
After being released, Alonzo did not attend required sex offender treatment,
nor did he register as a sex offender like he was required to do.
The assistant district attorney for Pottawatomie County filed a petition to re
-
voke four years of the man’s suspended sentence on December 19, 2023. He
was convicted in the Pottawatomie case in December.
Alonzo also pleaded guilty at the Canadian County hearing to revoke the sus
-
pended sentence on April 16. He was ordered to serve four years in the custody
of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, with time served for the Canadian
County case and Pottawatomie County case to run concurrently. He was given
credit for the time he already served.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 2
In This Chapter You Will Learn:
• Rule Number One: Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Two: No Matter What, Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Three: If You Are Gonna Transport Drugs Don’t Do Stupid &#!t!!
• Rule Number Four: K-9’s Can Smell Your Dope
To truly understand the importance of the four basic rules listed above, let’s look at what happened last year
to Anthony Riposta and Aaron Esposito, who not only forgot basic rule number one, but apparently didn’t follow
any of the basic rules and as such, found themselves in jail with the other drug dealers that couldn’t follow the
rules either!!
Not only did they forget the importance of not being a scumbag drug dealer, but they also forgot that if you are
going to be a drug dealer, you better not do dumb stuff like making an illegal turn. As is often the case when you
violate these simple, but yet important rules, the Deputies usually show up, a big giant dog sniffs your vehicle, and
then you get cuffed and stuffed in the back of a patrol car as we seize your illegal drugs!!
In yet another classic example of what happens when you ignore the advice provided in “Drug Dealing For Dum
-
mies”, a deputy stopped a vehicle being driven by Riposta and made contact with him and his little friend Esposito.
The deputy then gets a little help from his friends, another deputy and his K-9 deputy partner, who alerts on the
vehicle, and then Riposta and Esposito are soon on their way to jail!!
Located during a search of the vehicle on the dash were three orange pills that were subsequently determined
to be Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine. Also located on the dash was a single broken white pill that field-tested
positive for cocaine, and 35 additional orange pills that were determined to be Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine.
The pills were contained in a green prescription bottle with the prescribed persons’ name ripped off. The pill bottle
was located in the center console of Riposta’s vehicle, next to two prescription pill bottles with Riposta’s name on
them.
As a result of the vehicle search, Riposta was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled
Substance and given a free ride to jail, where he got some nice, slightly used shower slides and a gift certificate for
a Honey Bun from the inmate commissary!!
Oh and his little friend Esposito...yeah he took the ride too as a lawful search of his person produced four
baggies that were hidden in his underwear that contained a clear crystal substance which field-tested positive
for methamphetamine and weighed a total of 13.7 grams. He also had two baggies containing a white powdery
substance that field-tested positive for fentanyl and weighed a total of 8.9 grams. Additionally, he had three orange
pills that were identified as Buprenorphine/
Naloxone, and five purple pills that were
identified as Alprazolam/Xanax that were
also hidden in his underpants as well!!
Esposito was subsequently placed un
-
der arrest for Trafficking in Methamphet
-
amine and two counts of Possession of a
Controlled Substance Without Prescription.
Esposito also got a luxurious package at the
jail when he arrived, that included shower
slides, tailored striped suit, and a thorough
search by our very accommodating staff
since he likes to hide stuff in his undies!!

PFEIL TURNS HIMSELF
IN TO POLICE
Elk City man Bryan Lee Pfeil, 34, turned
himself in to authorities on May 15 for several
char
ges.
According to reports, Elk City police started
investigating the man in April after a burglary
took place at a residence on McArthur Boule
-
vard. During the investigation, police conduct
-
ed multiple sear
ch warrants at Pfeil’s residence
and some storage units that he had in Elk City. They found some of the prop
-
erty that had been reported stolen at his home and in the storage units.
They were unable to find all of the stolen stuff, however.
Pfeil is being charged with child neglect, knowingly concealing stolen prop
-
erty, and possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction. His bond
was set at $30,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on June 10, 2024.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 3
In This Chapter You Will Learn:
• Rule Number One: Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Two: No Matter What, Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Three: Don’t Fall Asleep With Your Hypodermic Needle In Your Lap
• Rule Number Four: Don’t Be A Criminal
To truly understand the importance of the four basic rules listed above, let’s follow
along with what happened last month to Megan Kachel, who could have easily avoided
all of this, but instead found herself in jail with everyone else who hasn’t read “Drug Deal
-
ing For Dummies”!!
Now this incident unfolds as FTO Darien Fedro was responding to the Kangaroo Gas
Station in Florida regarding a person sleeping in their car. When he located the vehicle,
he saw Megan Kachel asleep in the driver seat with the vehicle running and a loaded
syringe in her lap!! After Kachel was awakened from her slumber, she stepped out of the
vehicle and agreed to talk to a deputy whom she admitted to that the syringe in her lap
contained heroin!!
From there, a search of the vehicle revealed a bag on the front passenger seat which
was partially opened with another syringe sticking out. Inside the bag were multiple bags
that contained a substance that field tested positive for Fentanyl, ultimately weighing 2.9
grams and another bag containing approximately 1.5 grams of a crystal like substance
that field tested positive for meth!! And if that wasn’t enough, within one of the bags of
drugs were 3.5 pills which were identified as Alprazolam!!
Since Kachel didn’t follow Rules 1-3, it ultimately led her to Rule 4, so she was given
a free ride to jail on an $8,000 bond for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of
Fentanyl, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Parap
hernalia.
As a courtesy, in the
