“A TRAIL OF CARNAGE”
Members of the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested Walter Stumpf, 66, of Yukon on September 9th after
he uploaded images of child pornography through America
Online and Yahoo. The investigation began in September
when the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI)
contacted the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO)
and referred the case for investigation.
America Online and Yahoo audited Stumpf’s account
and sent the contraband images to the National Center of
Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as part of their
protocol anytime a user has child pornography on their
account. NCMEC sent this information to the OSBI, who
referred the case to Canadian County Sheriff’s Office.
Canadian County Investigators quickly identified the
user of the account which aided in narrowing down the
electronic devices that contained child pornography. The
user of the America Online and Yahoo account was identified as Stumpf. It was determined
that Stumpf was living at a residence located north of Yukon, in the Surrey Hills addition
near NW Highway. A search warrant was obtained and executed at Stumpf’s residence on
September 9th.
During the search at his residence, Stumpf told investigators he enjoyed watching nudist
videos. Stumpf said he did not believe nudist videos of prepubescent children where the
camera focused on the private parts of children was illegal. Stumpf stated he used his Personal Computer to download videos. Investigators found two flash drives plugged into his
computer. The flash drives contained multiple images of prepubescent children nude. Once
investigators concluded Stumpf was in possession of child pornography, he was arrested.
Investigators also conducted a thorough forensic examination of the electronic devices
seized from Stumpf’s residence at the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office. During the forensic
investigation multiple devices were examined. Investigators recovered over 500 images and
videos. Stumpf also had in his possession 34 DVDs of nudist movies featuring children as
young as 2 years old nude. Stumpf had over 34 hours of video featuring child pornography.
Also recovered on Stumpf’s desktop computer were sexual fantasy stories between himself and children. These stories featured sexual relationships between a child as young as
seven years old and himself. The introduction to the story also states he is a pedophile and
a lover of young girls. These stories describe the victims coming from the Rainbow Girls and
DeMolay organizations. These organizations have close ties to the Masons where Stumpf
has been a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Investigators also found during the forensic examination that Stump visited websites
featuring stories on raping and killing children. These stories are labeled as “snuff” stories.
Stumpf visited the website multiple times. Investigators reviewed the stories on the website
and confirmed the premise of the stories describes on kidnapping, raping, torturing, and then
killing children.
“As much as I hate to admit it, I would be seriously surprised if Stumpf hasn’t left a trail of
carnage behind. We are asking for anyone who has been a victim to call us at the Sheriff’s
Office, said Chris West, Canadian County Sheriff.
Stumpf was transported to the Canadian County Jail, where he was booked on two
counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Stumpf has since bonded from jail. Additional
charges are likely to be presented to the Canadian County District Attorney’s office once the
forensic examination is concluded.
On 09/24/2019, Stumpf was arrested again on an additional 35 counts of Child Pornography. His bond is set at $900,000.

Cops hunting a serial rapist in Georgia found him right under their noses — when he
tried to join their police force.
Kenneth Thomas Bowen III, 24, only came into the spotlight when he joined the Clayton County Police Department’s academy in 2018. He was fired after just a few months
for lateness and constant lying.
Officers later realized Bowen had been named a “suspicious” person after at least
one of eight sex attacks that terrorized Jonesboro since 2015, according to the Atlanta
Journal-Constitution.
Detectives soon noticed the “striking resemblance” between Bowen’s photo and
police sketches, police said at a press conference.
After also linking Bowen’s tattoos to the suspect’s description, officers obtained a
search warrant for his DNA, which linked him to the eight attacks, police said last week.
“Had he not attempted to join ranks in the Clayton County Police Department, it is
questionable as to when we would have apprehended him,” Clayton County Police
Chief Kevin Roberts said, according to the AJC.
Bowen has been charged with seven counts of rape and one count of sexual battery.
Officials said the attacks all happened within a two-mile radius of where Bowen lived in
Jonesboro. None occurred during his time at the academy.
“WE GOT HIM!” the police department wrote on Facebook last week alongside a
video of Bowen under arrest.
“Citizens of Clayton County can rest a little bit easier knowing that the serial rapist
has been CAPTURED! Great investigative skill set and excellent teamwork has brought
his terror to an end!”
Police in Middletown, NJ, have arrested two of three women wanted for stealing a
baby stroller from a local store.
The theft happened at Bambi Baby on Route 35. Police say that the women also had
three children with them.
Police say that one of the women went to the front of the store to grab the stroller,
while the other two women distracted an employee. After they left, one of the women
came back after she realized that she left one of the children behind.
“It rubs me the wrong way…stealing a stroller is more important than remembering
your child,” says Bambi Baby owner Enelio Ortega.
Authorities say that the women arrested are from England. Both are in their early-20s.
They are facing shoplifting and conspiracy charges. The third woman is still at large.
Forget about stolen vows, she took the wedding gifts.
Texas cops are hunting a woman dubbed “The Wedding Crasher” after she allegedly
stole thousands of dollars in gifts from at least a half-dozen newlywed couples.
The avowed thief executes the stunt by dressing as a wedding guest and sneaking
into the reception where she snatches up envelopes full of cash, checks and gift cards,
according to the Comal County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities first became aware of the matrimonial mugger when she hit up nuptials in
Spring Branch last November.
Since then, she’s struck at least five more times, mostly at the same venue.
“This is someone that is marking somebody’s special day and essentially ruining it,”
Comal County Detective Scott Frakes told KSAT-TV.
Investigators said they’ve obtained surveillance footage from several shops showing
the sacrilegious swiper using the allegedly stolen gift cards.
Cops are still working to count up the losses, but they estimate the total is in the
thousands of dollars.
“The difficult part is not all of the victims retained their receipts so it’s going to be
difficult in actually tracking everything that was stolen,” Frakes said.

Saudi Citizen Sentenced to More Than 12 Years in Prison
for Concealing Attendance at
Al Qaeda Training Camp and Visa Fraud
Naif Abdulaziz M. Alfallaj, 35, a citizen of Saudi
Arabia and a former resident of Weatherford, has
been sentenced to 151 months in federal prison
for making a false statement to the FBI about his
attendance at an al Qaeda training camp in Afghanistan in late 2000, as well as for visa fraud.
On February 5, 2018, Alfallaj was taken into
custody by the FBI without incident, based on a
criminal complaint signed in the Western District
of Oklahoma. According to the complaint, the
FBI found 15 of Alfallaj’s fingerprints on an application to an al Qaeda training camp, known as al
Farooq, which was one of al Qaeda’s key training
sites in Afghanistan leading up to the attacks of
September 11, 2001. The document was recovered by the U.S. military from an al Qaeda safe house in Afghanistan and included an emergency contact number associated with Alfallaj’s father in Saudi
Arabia.
Alfallaj first entered the U.S. in late 2011 on a nonimmigrant visa based on
his wife’s status as a foreign student. He answered several questions on his
visa application falsely, including whether he had ever supported terrorists or
terrorist organizations. Alfallaj has been detained in federal custody since his
arrest.
On February 6, 2018, a grand jury in Oklahoma City returned a three-count
indictment against Alfallaj. Count One alleged that from March 2012 to the
present, he possessed a visa obtained by fraud. Count Two alleged he used
that visa in October 2016 to apply for lessons at a private flight school in Oklahoma. Count Three charged him with making a false statement to the FBI
in an investigation of an offense involving international terrorism by denying,
among other things, that he had ever visited Afghanistan.
Alfallaj pleaded guilty to Counts One and Three on December 14, 2018. In
particular, he admitted he possessed a nonimmigrant visa from March 2012 to
early 2018 that he obtained by fraud. He also admitted he falsely told federal
agents during the December 2017 interview that he had never visited Afghanistan or participated in religious, tactical, or military training outside Saudi Arabia, and otherwise affirmed falsely that all of the answers on his nonimmigrant
visa application were true and correct. As part of his plea agreement, Alfallaj
consented to the entry of a stipulated judicial order of removal from the United
States at the end of any prison term.
On October 3, U.S. District Judge Scott L. Palk sentenced Alfallaj to 151
months in prison. This consists of 120 months—the statutory maximum—for
visa fraud and 96 months—also the statutory maximum—for making a false
statement. The court announced that 31 months of the false-statement sentence will run consecutive to the visa-fraud sentence, for a total incarceration
period of 151 months. In reaching this sentence, the court took into account
Alfallaj’s pattern of deceptive statements and his inquiry on an online forum in
2013 about participating in fighting in Afghanistan or Chechnya, in which he
used his nickname from the al Farooq camp. At the conclusion of the hearing,
the judge signed the stipulated order of removal.

A 57-year-old Clinton man received two kinds of
punishment after he allegedly assaulted his great-niece
on September 29. Officers eventually arrested Andrew
Jeffrey Williams, but unfortunately for him, his sister got
to him first.
According to the affidavit, the victim contacted police shortly after 2 a.m. and said her uncle had tired to
molest her. She said he was headed toward Clinton on
a riding mower.
A Washita County deputy went to the location on
Beverly Lane and spoke to the victim. While he was
there, he was advised another deputy had located a
“bloodied individual” on a riding mower.
The victim said she and Williams were watching TV
when he started talking about performing sexual acts
with the actors. He then asked her several times to
engage in sex acts. She showed the deputy a video where she repeatedly denied the
man’s advances.
Not taking no for an answer, Williams approached the girl, who was lying on the
couch, and held her down. He kept asking her to let him do it, and she kept saying no.
The girl eventually broke free and ran away from the man, who chased her around
the house. He eventually gave up and told her not to say anything, because he didn’t
want to go to jail.
While they were speaking, the victim’s grandmother – also Williams’ sister – came
into the room. The victim showed her the video.
The deputy noticed some blood on the railing of the front porch and some droplets
on the ground. He asked why there was blood everywhere, and why was Williams so
bloody? The victim was silent, but her grandmother spoke up. She told the deputy,

Officers located Williams on 28th Street just south of Clinton. Medical personnel
came to the scene and patched him up – he had bandages above his right eye and
blood on his face, shirt, arms and pants. He also smelled like alcohol.
The man later received several stitches above his eye before being booked into jail.
Williams is being charged with assault and battery with intent to commit a felony.
His bond was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on November
4, 2019.

The North Carolina woman accused of
cutting her husband’s penis off used a rose
pruner to carry out the heinous attack — as a
“message against sinning … and fornication,”
she said in a 911 call.
Victoria Frabutt, 56, allegedly tied up and
mutilated her soon-to-be ex-hubby James
Frabutt at their Newport home — and later
called the cops to say he was bleeding from
“his favorite part of himself,” WITN reported.
When the operator asked if James, 61, was
bleeding badly, Victoria coldly replied: “Oh no
… I couldn’t even get enough blood to make
the sign of the cross, or write sinner, or anything like that.”
Authorities haven’t revealed a motive for the maiming.
But when Victoria was asked what caused her spouse’s pain, her answer
was: “That would be part of the message against sinning against God and
fornication,” according to the call.
She said she’d put a towel on her husband and told him he wasn’t going to
die “because you’re going to carry a message,” the outlet reported.
Deputies found the detached manhood and placed it on ice.
It wasn’t immediately known whether doctors were able to reattach his
severed member.
Victoria, who has been charged with malicious castration and kidnapping,
sobbed during her first court appearance. Her bond was increased from
$100,000 to $500,000 during the hearing.
