NOT COOL TO
THREATEN SCHOOL
A 35-year-old Tahlequah woman was arrested
after she allegedly posted on Facebook threatening a local school on November 29.
According to reports, the incident started
around 9:40 a.m. after law enforcement was advised that someone had made threats from what seemed to be a fake Facebook
profile.
The post said: “Fine, quick and easy. The closest school. Just 2 minutes down
the road to Woodall school room by room just picking a kid to shoot. I won’t
even pick just aim fire next room.”
The school’s resource deputy quickly put Woodall Public School on lockdown.
While en route to the school, a Drug and Violent Task Force agent learned that
the Facebook poster was an adult woman who lived near the school.
Cherokee County deputies and a Cherokee Nation Marshal Service deputy
went to the school to check on the students.
Some other deputies went to the suspect’s residence on South Blackjack
Drive, which was less than a half a mile from the school.
They made contact with the suspect, identified as Frances Nichole Baldonado, and placed her under arrest.
The school was under lockdown for just approximately 10 minutes before
deputies arrested Baldonado.
Baldonado is being charged with terrorist threats. Her bond was set at
$500,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on January 2, 2024.

MINI MAYHEM
A Porter man was taken into custody after he led
police on a chase on his mini-bike.
In a press release, the Wagoner County Sheriff’s
Office stated that on December 7, Wagoner County Deputy J. Pearson was patrolling the Porter area
when he observed a mini-bike motorcycle that was
not legal to operate on the city street in the area
of Belaire and Main Street. The minibike was not
equipped with taillights or turn signal indicators and
did not have a license plate.
Deputy Pearson activated his emergency lights
and attempted to make contact with the driver at Main Street and Cresthaven. At
that time the driver of the motorbike made an attempt to flee from the deputy. Deputy
Pearson followed the minibike with his lights and siren turned on until it pulled into a
residential driveway near 4th and Belaire in the City of Porter. The driver then exited
the bike and began to run and hide. Deputy Pearson found the subject about 20 feet
from where the suspect had parked the minibike.
Deputy Pearson located and took the suspect into custody, identified as Randy L
McElmore of Porter, OK. Deputy T. Cook arrived on scene a short time later to assist Deputy Pearson. During a search of the arrested suspect, Deputies discovered
a loaded .22 caliber handgun and a white powdery substance in a clear baggie on
the arrestee. Randy L McElmore was transported to the Wagoner County Detention
Center and charged with Felony possession of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled
Dangerous Substance, and Attempting to elude a Peace Officer. He is currently being
held on a 6,500 Bond.

OSBI ARRESTS MAN FOR SENDING IMAGES TO MINOR
On October 18, 2023, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office in the State of Washington requested

warrant was obtained and executed at Reyes’ residence. Evidence was gathered from the home and Reyes was interviewed by OSBI agents.
Reyes admitted to sending the images and was arrested and booked into
the Beaver County Jail on charges of Indecent Exposure-Soliciting of Minors
and Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communication with a Minor by use of

FROM THE SHERIFF
Micheal is still missing and the only unsolved case we have. We work on
his disappearance weekly. This is a case that we take home with us daily
and pray for the family. Just a quick update on what has been done in this
case since December 10th 2020. On the 10th family members of Micheal
came to the Stilwell Police Department and wanted to report him missing.
Deputies met with the family and a search was done around his house
. The following day investigators went out and searched along with volunteers. Interviews were done and all leads were followed up on. By day
three DA investigators and the FBI was involved. At that time there were
multiple FBI agents in the area. We had five agents on Scene assisting us .
A team of mounted search and rescue volunteers from Sequoyah County
came and searched miles around the residence. All gaming and online
sites were checked and followed up on. A team of searchers brought dogs
from Tulsa and searched around the residence. My department another
team of FBI agents and DA investigators searched around the area . All
this was done in the first week while checking leads online and local. The
FBI sent three Agents that just track people and worked on it for months.
Every week since December 2020 we have followed any lead and will
continue. Just last week we were following up on a tip with DA investigators. I do have an investigator assigned to Michael’s case and we will
not stop trying to find him. The only thing we do know is he left his house
that morning on December 10th 2020 and was not in distress. Someone
knows where Micheal is. If you have information on Michael please call our
office. All information is anonymous and will be promptly followed up on.

Trailer got trashed
Video of a wild police car chase in Missouri involving a driver towing a house has gone viral.
The Excelsior Springs Police Department released the footage in November of Sgt. Kyle Craven in pursuit of an unknown
male motorist driving erratically on Thanksgiving night.
The motorist went 30 mph with the 70-foot long mobile home attached to his
truck that Craven said looked like ‘he was gonna live in it.’ Officers attempted to
deflate his tires by laying stop sticks on the road, but they were not fast enough,
and the driver kept on cruising down US Route 69.
The 35-mile car chase ended after the driver with his mobile home crashed
while attempting to make a sharp left turn at Cameron Road in Mosby. Craven
said he thought the driver was drunk since his driving was so erratic, with his
vehicle veering into the middle of the lanes.
When the driver attempted the left turn he hit a stop sign, giving police the
chance to apprehend him.
Multiple police officers arrested him right in front of the mobile home, and
seemingly had fun doing it - especially the officers who shared high fives after he
was taken away by other cops.
The driver now now faces multiple traffic violation charges, but officers have
not clarified what those charges are.
If he was driving intoxicated, as Craven and other police officers thought, he
could possibly face a DWI (driving while intoxicated) charge, which is a Class B
misdemeanor in Missouri.
However, it can also lead to a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

TWO COUNTIES
WITH COLE
Porter man Jason Dale Cole, 44, was booked into jail
after a state trooper found meth in his vehicle following
a high-speed chase on November 18.
According to the affidavit, the trooper was on patrol
in the area of Skelly Road near 214th Street West when
he saw a red truck traveling westbound on Skelly.
The vehicle was traveling at 67 mph in a 45 mph zone.
The trooper noticed that the truck was a vehicle of interest in several burglaries and
thefts on the Muskogee-Okmulgee County line. The truck also belonged to a man the
trooper had been investigating for a couple weeks.
The man was identified as Cole.
When the trooper tried to stop the truck, Cole took off, leading the trooper on a highspeed pursuit down a gravel road. The chase continued westbound onto 40th Street
North and into Okmulgee County on Garfield Road near 340 Road.
Cole turned off Garfield Road and headed into a wooded area, running over some trees
and brush.
Eventually, the trooper saw the truck come to a stop behind a large cedar tree. Cole
turned off the engine and exited the vehicle. The trooper approached the man and told
him to put his hands in the air. Cole obeyed, and the trooper placed him under arrest.
While searching the man’s truck, the trooper found two loaded pistols in the front
floorboard. He also found some ammunition and extended round magazines that were
loaded.
In the passenger seat, the trooper saw a Crown Royal bag that contained approximately half a pound of methamphetamine. The meth was individually packed for distribution.
Cole is being charged with endangering others while eluding/attempting to elude a police officer, trafficking in illegal drugs, possession of a
firearm after a former felony conviction, possession of a firearm during
the commission of a felony, driving
with license canceled/suspended/
revoked, failure to maintain insurance or security, operate a vehicle
at a speed less than reasonable and
proper, and driving left of center.
Bond information and court date
were unavailable at the time of publication for Muskogee County, and he
is currently being held in the Okmulgee County jail.

How the Grinch stole Christmas
A Clay County, Fla., man is facing charges after
deputies say he fired a gun six times near the Middleburg Christmas Parade.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 4100
block of County Road 218, which is located along the parade route, after hearing several gunshots fired from the area.
When deputies arrived, they found several people yelling at the suspect, identified as Douglas Moore, 43, who was standing at the property line. The people
were demanding to know why Moore shot at them, an arrest report states.
No injuries were reported as a result of the gunfire, according to deputies.
Moore was told to get on the ground but refused, the report states. Moore was
then taken down by deputies after refusing to comply.
Deputies detained four individuals involved. Moore was ultimately placed under arrest following witness interviews and a review of the evidence.
The investigation revealed that Moore, a resident of a nearby property near
the incident location, became agitated by the activities stemming from parade
attendees and discharged a pistol multiple times while entering the property
where the victims were located.
While he was being read his Miranda Rights, deputies observed Moore speaking with slurred speech and had bloodshot and watery eyes, according to the
report.
As a result of the investigation, Moore was charged with six counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm, and using a firearm
while under the influence of alcohol.
“I am thankful for the quick response by the deputies who ran towards the
sound of gunfire to keep our community safe,” Sheriff Michelle Cook said in the
post.
