Claremore man Joshua Adam Yule, 23, was first approached by an officer at a QuikTrip due to reports
that the man was breaking into vehicles.
The officer let Yule go, but he was eventually arrested when the officer found him breaking into vehicles
near the jail!
Guess someone wanted to be locked up…
On May 29, a Claremore officer was dispatched to
the convenience store at approximately 2:48 a.m. He
found Yule, who was allegedly breaking into vehicles.
Yule admitted to using meth earlier that evening – the
officer let him go.
Apparently not getting arrested wasn’t going to work for Yule – he decided to
test the limits and break into a car closer to the popo.
Around 4:21 a.m., the officer saw Yule standing by a vehicle near the Rogers
County Jail. When he tried to see what the man was doing, Yule took off running.
According to the police report, Yule eventually came to a stop after a “brief foot
pursuit.” When the officer asked the man why he ran, Yule said he was trying to
break into a vehicle parked at the jail.
The officer placed the man under arrest and searched his person. He found two
small baggies in his sock. One baggy contained a clear crystalline substance that
field-tested positive for meth.
Yule is being charged with burglary in the second degree, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing an officer and public intoxication. His bond was set at $3,000, and he is
scheduled to appear in court on June 22, 2015.
Your luck just ran out

Two years ago, 77-year-old Charles Nieman and his wife stopped
at the Loaf-‘n-Jug convenience store in Boise City to get gas. Nieman was outside his vehicle when a Hispanic male walked up to him
and demanded his wallet. Nieman, who was hard of hearing, turned
to his wife and asked her what the man said. Moments later, the
suspect shot Nieman in the head. The suspect ran from the area.
Nieman was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced
him dead. The Boise City Police Department requested OSBI assistance with the case. Numerous leads were run by agents and local
law enforcement, but the suspect has not been identified. Today, on
the second year anniversary of this case, the OSBI is offering up to
$5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the
man who killed Mr. Nieman. Nieman would have celebrated his 55 wedding anniversary later this
month with his wife Lois. He is also survived by three children and six grandchildren. If you have any
information, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017

Noodling or hand
fishing is extremely
popular, but can be
very dangerous too.
Noodling at night
can be even more
dangerous, and has
resulted in several
noodlers drowning,
over the past few
years. Regulations
were changed, last year, making it illegal to noodle at night.
These noodlers were caught illegally noodling at night on June
11, 2015 at Robert S. Kerr Reservoir. Oklahoma Game Warden J.D.
Stauffer (Haskell Co.) apprehended them with one large Flathead and
a smaller Blue catfish, both caught well after dark, driving around the
lake in a pontoon boat without required navigation lights. Remember, please be safe while enjoying our great outdoors!
All were cited for their violations, cases are pending.
NO NIGHTTIME NOODLING!

Langley
A Grove man who “needed” a truck
was found lying on his stomach in the
grass trying to hide from the police.
Apparently, 26-year-old Justin Langley confused stealing with needing.
On June 11, a Delaware County
deputy was dispatched to a residence
on E. 267 Lane north of Grove shortly after 3 a.m. According to the police report, Langley had just stolen a
truck from the residence.
When the deputy arrived at the
residence, a woman met him and
pointed toward some tall grass. She
told him, “They caught him – he is
over there.”
The deputy looked at the grass and he saw Langley lying in the
grass on his stomach.
Two women were watching at the man. One of the women told
the deputy they heard the truck leave the driveway. They heard it
getting farther and farther away, then all of a sudden, they heard it
getting closer and closer.
They saw it turn up the road and heard the engine shut off.
When they went to investigate, they saw Langley jump out of the
truck and run to the grass. The women chased him and held him
at the location until police arrived.
The deputy approached Langley and asked for his information.
The alleged truck-stealer said, “It don’t f------ matter.”
The deputy placed the man under arrest.
Langley told him, “She told me I could use the truck if I needed
it, and I needed it.”
Obviously not!
Langley is being charged with larceny of automobile. He was released on a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on
June 30, 2015
But I needed it!

A Muskogee woman was arrested in Sallisaw because she reportedly tried to return an item to Walmart that she didn’t purchase at
the store. When her returns were denied, she instead tried to steal
some stuff.
On June 3, a Sallisaw officer was dispatched to the store in the
1100 block of Ruth at approximately 2:47 p.m. due to a woman attempting to do a “fraudulent return.”
According to the police report, a loss prevention employee told the
officer he was contacted by customer service about the woman and
her messed up return. Customer service said they denied the woman’s attempt to return some items.
Before going to investigate the situation, the loss prevention employee watched a surveillance video and saw 26-year-old Rhonda Rachelle Brewer enter the
store with a few items – but she didn’t walk into the store with one of the items she was trying
to return.
A man, who was apparently Brewer’s accomplice, walked into Walmart, grabbed the item
and put it in a shopping cart in the middle of the store. He then left the store. Shortly after,
Brewer entered the store, found the shopping cart and walked up to customer service. She
tried to return the items in her possession.
When customer service wouldn’t take the items back, she then attempted to leave the store.
She walked past all of the registers with the items without paying.
Brewer is being charged with grand larceny. Her bond was set at $2,500.
Point of no return

A Tulsa man was arrested in Wagoner June 8, because
the vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen.
52-year-old Jerry Dee Keys insisted he bought the truck
in Tulsa, but his story just didn’t make sense.
According to the affidavit, a Wagoner police officer was
patrolling near a car wash at state Highway 51 and Mockingbird Lane due to recent thefts in the area. Shortly after
midnight, a truck pulled into a stall and parked. The officer
checked the truck’s tag – it came back as stolen.
The officer made contact with the driver, identified as
Keys. Keys said he bought the vehicle from a man in Tulsa.
While they were speaking, the officer looked at Keys’ feet.
He saw a small baggy containing what appeared to be meth.
He tested it, and he was right; the baggy contained methamphetamine.
The officer conducted a search of the vehicle, and he found a plethora of drugs and paraphernalia, including glass smoking pipe with burnt residue, two baggies containing a white
powder substance that tested positive for methamphetamine, scales and a baggy containing
a white crystal substance and syringes.
Dispatch advised Keys’ license was suspended.
When the officer told Keys he wanted to ask him about the drugs and vehicle at the police
department, Keys said he understood, but he asked the officer to remove his tools from the
vehicle.
The officer asked him what he meant.
Keys said everything in the vehicle was his, and the truck was completely clean when he
bought it.
During the interview, Keys said he purchased the vehicle from a man in Tulsa for a price
that was a lot lower than average retail price. He couldn’t remember the man’s name. He also
said the bill of sale was at his accountant’s house, but he didn’t know her address.
Despite saying everything in the vehicle was his earlier, Keys told the officer the drugs and
paraphernalia weren’t his. When the officer reminded Keys what he said, Keys changed his
story and said the items were already there, but he hadn’t “gotten around” to calling police
about the stuff.
Keys is being charged with possession of stolen vehicle, distribute CDS within 2000FT of
park/school, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with license canceled/
suspended/revoked. His bond was set at $50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on
July 9, 2015.

PETIT LARCENY POSS OF CDS W/INTENT
By Lt. Jeff James
Oklahoma Highway Patrol
With all the water we have
received this year, there seems
to have been a large number of
drownings so far on Oklahoma lakes and waterways, the majority
of which could easily have been prevented. I am going to cover
some of the rules on wearing Personal Floatation Devices, as well
as some strong suggestions regarding them, in the hopes that we
can slow down this alarming trend!
First, let me just say that there are 5 types of PFDs. I’m not
going to get into their descriptions, just which types are required
for what situation. All PFDs must be U.S. Coast Guard approved,
and used in accordance with their label. The label will also state
the type. All vessels must carry one wearable (Type I, II, III,
or V) USCG approved PFD for each person on board or being
towed. In addition to that, vessels 16 feet in length or longer
must have one Type IV USCG approved PFD on board and readily
accessible. Oklahoma Law requires that all children under 13 years
of age wear an approved PFD whenever underway in a vessel less
than 26 feet in length. Each person on a personal watercraft or
sailboard must wear an approved PFD. Anyone being towed on
water skis or similar devices must wear an approved PFD. Ski belts
are not approved PFDs.
Now, besides being USCG approved, all PFDs must be: In good
serviceable condition. They must also be readily accessible. Readily
accessible means you must be able to put the PFD on in a reasonable
amount of time in an emergency. PFDs should not be stowed in
plastic bags, in locked compartments, or have other gear stowed on
top of them. They must also be of the proper size for the intended
wearer. Sizing for PFDs is based on body weight and chest size. A
good way to test this, especially for children, is to put it on, adjust
the straps, and have the wearer raise their arms up, and try to pull
it up off them. If it can come off, it is not the right size for the
wearer.
Those are the requirements, so now lets talk about the
suggestions. If you have children in or around water, make
sure they have a PFD on. Air mattresses, floaties, and other toy
floatation objects don’t count. There have been way too many
stories of toddlers near the water’s edge falling in and drowning,
and these could be prevented by following this suggestion. Also,
keep a watchful eye on those kids...even if they are only out of
your sight for a few seconds, its long enough for them to get in
trouble around the water. Last, wear one on boats even if you don’t
have to. In an emergency, you may not have enough time to put it
on. Thanks for reading, buckle up those PFDs and seat belts, and
be safe!

31-year-old Rachel Laine Huddleston is apparently a vicious
fighter when it comes to fighting
other women. The Pryor woman
was arrested June 10 after a police
officer broke up a fight between
her and another woman that
included hair that was “strung
across the front yard.”
What caused the fight? Huddleston reportedly broke the other
woman’s front window.
According to the police report, a Vinita police office was dispatched
to the 300 block of North Adair at approximately 10:53 a.m. due to a
fight in progress. When he arrived, he saw Huddleston and another
woman going at it. They were grabbing and pulling each other’s hair.
At one point, one of the women threw Huddleston to the ground.
Both women were missing some hair. Well, it wasn’t missing – it
was all over the front yard.
A woman told the officer Huddleston had broken the front window
in her house and left.
When she went outside to take a picture of the damage, Huddleston came back. She admitted to “banging” on the window.
Huddleston said the other woman started the fight – but she definitely didn’t back down!
She was transported to the hospital for some bleeding, and then
taken to jail for the fighting.
During booking, she admitted to having marijuana and smoking
pipes in her purse.
Huddleston is being charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, assault
and battery and malicious injury to property under $1,000. Her
bond was set at $2,500, and she is scheduled to appear in court on
June 17, 2015.

What you’re saying
about this on...
Leon S: I had a flatbed trailer stolen one time I knew exactly where I was at the cop told me to go
steal it back. It’s really just a bunch of bullshit to protect and to serve my ads. I would sue the police department for not doing their job. I bet if you said the guy with the iPad had a gun there somebody would’ve
showed up.? The next time you’re stealing your stuff back don’t be so freaking honest only thieves and
liars get away with stuff like that honest people always get caught .
April C: I say the guy is a coward because he used a bat. If you’re going to fight a mans fight honey,
God gave you 2 good hands with fists to take care of business. If you can’t win with them then you need to
pull your big girl panties up and go home.
Preston K: His name is fitting
Kristy J: I had the whole top end of a motor stolen out of my racecar. Called the sheriffs office
because I knew exactly who got it and where it was located. Said they couldn’t do anything the guy was
already in jail for assaulting his gf. That was 6 years ago and still haven’t gotten part of my motor back. So
I applaud this guy!!! Hate a thief and a liar!!!!!
Joshua H: Dude is a hero
Michael L: Even better one, at a rodeo I watched people crawl to their vehicles stone cold drunk,
get in and drive off, in front of the police. When asked if they are going to bust them for drunk driving, said
cop replied with “ no we ain’t going to bust them, if we did then it would bring bad business against the
rodeo” Many times have I seen someone tell the police that they broke into a place, or that they actually
stole what the cop was asking them about, yet the police did nothing, just thanked them and told them to
have a nice day. Oh wait did I also mention how said person threatened to beat the crap out of someone in
front of the police, and they still did nothing. The only person they got mad at was the one that called them
and told them which city ordinance they was breaking, when they trashed that persons yard.
Rocky C: That’s bs, they arrested him for stealing his stuff back
Teresa T: Good for him. Give them what they deserve for stealing
Roy C: Unfortunately in most areas if you were to report the theft of the items they’d take the report
and file it and then tell you its a civil matter if you locate your property. You would have the burden of
proof on you and chances are if you took them to court you would spend more than the stuff is worth. He
may serve some time and pay a fine, but I bet that “friend” won’t steal from his family again.
Sheryl H: Crazy they make no mention if the thief was arrested. I hope they drop charges, and the
bat did not get hurt in the altercation.
Mary S: I like his style!
Tulsa police arrested a man after he broke into
a house, beat up the homeowner, and took an
item and jewelry Wednesday morning.
Authorities said Brian Masingale was tracking
an iPad that was stolen from his parents house.
The tracking led him to a friend’s house where
Masingale searched the house for other stolen
items. Masingale said he found a small bag of
jewelry that belonged to his parents.
Police say that’s when Masingale beat the
homeowner with a baseball bat. The man is expected to be okay.
Masingale called police to give them his side of the story.
“Upon further talking with him, he believed what he was doing was right. Rather than getting the police involved, he was just going to recover the property himself, “ said TPD Sgt.
Darren Bristow.
Police say he confessed to everything. Masingale was arrested for assault with a deadly
weapon and first degree burglary.
FOX 25
THE BEAT IS ON!!
Allen G: Temporary insanity plea sounds good to me
Kevin G: “He don’t need no stinking badges”. Ha
Jerimy W: Laws are laws, but I’d take that record with pride!
Margaret K: WHERE Is The Outrage ?? What about the real bad
guy ? did he get arrested ???
Marcie L: Not everyone’s first option is to call the police. I’m always
amazed when I see people on the news who say why didn’t you just call the
police, ‘because I was here and so and so was here and they needed to be dealt
with.’ The police weren’t going to track that IPad and then go in retrieve that
guys parents items.

Two Miami men are being charged with assault after they reportedly beat
another man during a night of drinking.
On June 8, a Miami police officer was dispatched to the 1500 block of
8th Avenue at approximately 1:37 p.m. to investigate reports of an assault.
When he arrived, the victim was being treated by paramedics.
The victim told the officer his son-in-law, 30-year-old Bobby Nathaniel
Ray, attacked him. Another man, later identified as Matthew Tyler Cornett,
29, was with his SIL.
The victim was covered in blood and had severe lacerations on his face. He
also had a red welt on the side of his face that spelled “BOB.”
The officer investigated the scene. In the room where the incident took
place, the officer found a broken ashtray and a “large amount of blood,” according to the affidavit. He also found more blood throughout the residence.
The officer then went to Ray’s residence to get his side of the story. Ray
never admitted that he attacked his father-in-law – he just told the deputy
he wanted to “beat his f------ ass.”
Ray said he and Cornett were drinking at his house, and they decided to
go to Cornett’s residence to get some more beer. He said they then returned
to his residence.
The officer placed Ray under arrest. In the man’s garage, he found a bat
with “BOB” cut into it that matched the welt on the victim’s face .
Cornett said he and Ray went to his residence to get some beer, and they
somehow ended up at the victim’s residence. He told the officer he entered
the residence through the open front door. Ray had a “beating stick” in his
hand and there was blood everywhere. Cornett said after the attack, they
returned to Ray’s residence.
He was also placed under arrest.
Ray is being charged with burglary in the first degree and assault and battery with a dangerous
weapon. His bond was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on June 22, 2015.
Cornett is being charged with burglary in the first degree and assault and battery with a dangerous
weapon. He was released on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 7, 2015.
