SECRETS REVEALED
A Cache man’s dark secret was revealed
after a child he allegedly sexually assaulted
tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease.
Justin Brock, 32, was charged March 23
with lewd or indecent acts to a child and
possess juvenile pornography in Comanche
County District Court.
According to OSBI, on March 19, 32-yearold Justin Brock was arrested by agents from
the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation
(OSBI) on charges related to sexually abusing
a young child.
In January 2021, the Comanche County
District Attorney’s Office requested a full OSBI
investigation after learning that the young child had tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease. Over the course of the OSBI investigation, evidence
was collected and interviews were done that pointed to Brock being the suspect that sexually abused the child.
Brock was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on March 19 by OSBI agents and transported to the Comanche County Detention Center by the Lawton Police Department. The Cache Police Department also assisted with the investigation.
If you suspect a child is being sexually exploited, contact the National Center
for Missing and Exploited Children immediately at 1-800-THE-LOST or www.
cybertipline.com. You can also contact the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit at (800) 522-8017 or [email protected].

APRIL IS NATIONAL CHILD ABUSE
PREVENTION MONTH
April is National Child Abuse Prevention
Month, a time to recognize that we each can
play a part in promoting the social and emotional well-being of children and families in communities.
Parenting is one of the toughest and most
important jobs in America, and we all have a
stake in ensuring that parents have access to
the resources and support they need to be successful. Entire communities play a role in helping families find the strength they need to raise
safe, healthy, and productive children.
Here are some things you can do:
Get to know your neighbors. Problems seem less overwhelming when
support is nearby.
Help a family under stress. Offer to babysit, help with chores and errands,
or suggest resources in the community that can help.
Reach out to children in your community. A smile or a word of encouragement can mean a lot, whether it comes from a parent or a passing stranger.
Be an active community member. Lend a hand at local schools, community or faith-based organizations, children’s hospitals, social service agencies,
or other places where families and children are supported.
Keep your neighborhood safe. Start a Neighborhood Watch or plan a
local “National Night Out” community event. You will get to know your neighbors while helping to keep your neighborhood and children safe.
Learn how to recognize and report signs of child abuse and neglect.
Reporting your concerns may protect a child and get help for a family who
needs it.

SURPRISE!
Two suspects who broke into a home
on March 22 probably weren’t expecting to be met by the gun-wielding
homeowner.
According to reports, Caddo County
deputies were dispatched to a home on
County Road 1140 in Lookeba to investigate something suspicious. The homeowner said that two men were circling
his home.
The men, later identified as 22-yearold Tyler Stephen Cuccias and 30-yearold Scotty Gene Runzel, kicked down
the back door of the house.
The homeowner fired a shot in their
direction – one of the suspects fired
back.
The homeowner’s family chased the
suspects as they drove away from the
scene.
The suspects also allegedly fired shots
through the sunroof of their vehicle as
they tried to escape the scene.
Shortly after, the suspects crashed
into a tree and took off running.
People spotted the men in a field and
alerted law enforcement.
Runzel turned himself in not too long
after the crash. Cuccias, however, led
officers on an hours-long manhunt. He
also eventually surrendered to the police. Both men were in possession of
meth at the time of their arrests.
Cuccias is being charged with burglary in the first degree, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. His bond
was set at $50,000.
Runzel is also being charged with burglary in the first degree, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. His bond was set at $150,000.
Both men are scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2021.
RUNZEL
CUCCIAS
We often receive calls asking if there is a price to keep
someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money
or favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting officer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.
Thank you and God Bless

A 63-year-old Davidson man was taken into
custody after he allegedly shot at officers during
an investigation on March 21.
According to an OSBI press release, deputies
with the Tillman County Sheriff’s were investigating an incident that occurred the day before in the
200 block of West Grand in Davidson. They were
trying to speak to a resident about the incident,
but before they could even ring the doorbell, they
were met by gunfire coming from inside the house.
Deputies quickly sought cover and returned fire.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol, OHP’s tactical
team and the Frederick Police Department arrived
on the scene to assist the deputies.
Eventually, the suspect, Kim Allen Fillmore, walked out of the front door
carrying a rifle. He put the rifle on the ground. Officers immediately placed
him under arrest and transported him to the Tillman County Jail.
Fillmore is being charged with two counts of assault and battery with
a dangerous/deadly weapon. His bond was set at $500,000, and he is
scheduled to appear in court on April 13, 2021.

POLYAMOROUS LOVE TRIANGLE
ENDS IN MURDER
Two of the three persons involved in a love
triangle was put behind bars after they allegedly killed the third person in their polyamorous
relationship.
According to reports, the victim’s body was
found on some railroad tracks near the 1100
block of N. 7th in Duncan on March 23. The
man was lying on his back, and he had a gunshot wound on the right side of his face.
Officers spoke to the man’s father and brother, who had seen the man two or three days
prior. Investigators learned that the man and
25-year-old Koby William Tidwell were both in
a relationship with Rebecca Elizabeth Farber,
36.
Officers went to the victim’s home that he
shared with Tidwell and Farber in the 1300
block of N. 7th. While officers waiter for a
search warrant to look in the home, Tidwell
fell through the ceiling in the garage. He had a
9mm bullet in his pocket. He later admitted to
shooting with victim with the same caliber of
weapon. He said he shot the man in the face
and left him on the railroad tracks.
Farber told police that the men had been in
an argument, and she left. During the argument, Tidwell said the victim took a swing at
him. Tidwell grabbed his gun from the waistband of his pants and shot the
man in the face. He later told Farber, “He’s dead.” When the woman didn’t
believe him, he took her to see the body.
Reports state the couple then had sex multiple times after seeing the
body. Tidwell allegedly told police, “That was the rawest emotion I have
ever seen in my entire life, ever felt in my entire life, the best sex I ever had.
I don’t know why, but it turned me on when she could look at someone
that she said she loved … dead. And then wanna have sex after. … It just
amazed me and intrigued me and enthralled me.”
Farber told police that she cried and didn’t believe it when Tidwell told
her the victim was dead.
Tidwell is being charged with murder in the second degree. His bond
was set at $2.5M.
Farber is being charged with accessory after the fact after the former
conviction of a felony. Her bond was set at $1.25M.
Both suspects are scheduled to appear in court on May 19, 2021.

Drunken job interview ends in arrest, not
an offer letter
TULSA, Okla. – A job interview fueled by
booze ended badly for the applicant after he
allegedly attacked the other man when he
learned that he wouldn’t be getting the position.
According to a release from the Tulsa Police
Department, officers were dispatched to the
Mingo RV Park at approximately 2:30 a.m. on
March 5 to investigate a shooting.
Apparently, both the suspect and the victim
called the police.
Officers were advised that two intoxicated
men at the scene decided that for some reason, they should discuss a job while they were both drunk. They got into
some kind of argument during the intoxicated interview.
When Irvin Roach learned that he didn’t get the job, he wasn’t too happy.
He allegedly used his truck to pin the victim against a nearby trailer and
trailer hitch.
The victim, in response, fired several shots at Roach, grazing him once
on the shoulder. He told police that he feared for his life, so he fired the gun
through Roach’s windshield.
Roach left the scene and headed to a nearby gas station, where he called
the police and said he had been shot. The victim also called the police and
said he had been assaulted.
The man who fired a gun at Roach was not arrested.
Roach was arrested on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon after
former conviction of a felony.

A 51-year-old Duncan man was put behind bars
after he allegedly started a fire that destroyed a
Chickasha restaurant back in September.
According to reports, Nidal Nazih AL-Ghazawneh allegedly started a blaze at Sam’s Southern
Eatery on September 20.
The restaurant was open for business that evening. After the restaurant closed for the night and
the staff went home, a fire started up in the kitchen area. Chickasha firefighters raced to the scene
and started to battle the blaze. While they were
trying to take down the flames, a structure beam
failed and endangered the firefighters who were
inside the building.
While investigating the fire, the State Fire Marshal’s Office and Chickasha Fire Department discovered that the fire was most likely started on
purpose.
AL-Ghazawneh was arrested on March 30 and is being charged with
arson in the second degree and endangering human life during arson. His
bond was set at $50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on April
28, 2021.
