BOXING DAY
Waurika man Major Antonio Henderson, 38, was
placed under arrest after he allegedly showed up at a
man’s home and threatened to kill him on December
26.
According to the affidavit, Duncan police officers
were dispatched to a home in the 800 block of D Street
to investigate reports of a man making threats with a
knife. They made contact with the man, identified as
Henderson.
Henderson at first obeyed commands to put his hands above his head. He then
dropped them several times and said, “No, just shoot me.” Officers eventually placed the
man under arrest. They noticed that Henderson smelled like alcohol.
An officer spoke with the victim, who said Henderson started banging on his door and
demanding that he come out and fight him. At some point, Henderson showed the man
what appeared to be a knife. Henderson then pushed his way inside of the man’s home
and told the man he was going to kill him. He started waving around the knife. When
Henderson heard the police sirens, however, he seemed to calm down and tried to talk
things out with the victim.
Henderson left the residence. Officers found the knife on the front porch.
Witnesses said they saw Henderson tell the man that he was going to kill him. They
also said the man told Henderson several times to put the knife away. The victim told
police that Henderson had been threatening him for months online from prison. He had
blocked the man on most applications, but Henderson had recently been threatening him
using TikTok.
The man showed the officer the messages, which revealed that Henderson wanted to
fight the man because he thought the man and Henderson’s girlfriend had sex while he
was in prison. Henderson later told officers that he went to speak to the victim “man to
man” about him having sex with his girlfriend, and that the man owed him answers.
Henderson is being charged with endeavoring to perform an act of violence after the
former conviction of two or more felonies. His bond was set at $35,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on March 3, 2025.

SUSPECTS CAUGHT
According to Waurika Police Chief Jimmy Gallaher, on December 29, 2024, at approximately
4:00 a.m., on the corner of D and 8th at the Mac’s
Convenient store, a masked individual was spotted by security cameras busting the front glass door out and entering the store,
where the individual then took an estimated $2000 worth of merchandise as well
as another $1000 in property damage. Chief Gallaher reached out to the public
asking for assistance in this case.
“This is a neighborhood business that thrives and brings business, as well as
jobs, to our community,” Chief Gallaher said. “Any tips leading to the arrest of the
suspect will be kept confidential.”
Thanks to tips that came in, a full confession was made by two juveniles and
all merchandise was recovered. The Waurika Police Department would like to
thank the community members for helping in this matter.
SOUTHERN
SHENANIGANS
TYLER, Texas (KLTV/Gray News) - Texas authorities arrested
at least two men involved in a $400,000 scheme to steal Lego
sets from Walmart and Target stores across four states and resell
them online.
Brian Keith Fleming, 33, and Ladarion Dontre Anderson, 33,
were arrested. According to an affidavit, the scheme involves 10
people and has operated for at least two years.
On Oct. 14, 2022, a trooper noticed 19 unopened Cricut machines during a traffic stop, and according to the affidavit, the
driver could not explain why they were in the car or where the
machines came from.
The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant and the
trooper reached out to Walmart and Target to determine if the
machines were stolen.
Authorities obtained a search warrant for two cell phones that
were in the car and the text history on those devices helped them
launch an investigation that crossed state borders.
The phones revealed conversations about stealing Cricut machines to sell to a third person at a cut rate, according to the affidavit. The texts also mentioned doing the same with Lego sets.
The United States postal inspector ran an investigation on the
buyer, who was reportedly paying cash for the items and then
reselling them on Amazon, eBay and other online platforms, according to the affidavit.
On March 14, a special agent in Texas was assigned to the case and learned from an Amazon
investigator that the seller had handed over a number of invoices for Lego sets that named Fleming
directly.
The investigation revealed that Fleming and Anderson were working together with a circle of five
“shoppers” to steal the sets from stores across Texas, the affidavit says.
Fleming and Anderson were caught on Walmart surveillance video walking down the Lego aisle
before buying a handful of other items, all in the $1 to $2 range.
The document says one of the five shoppers would then go into the store and put a matching
number of Lego sets into a cart before walking past the registers and out the door.
If stopped, they would show the receipt for the items Fleming or Anderson had bought, with
the names and prices changed. Investigators identified this pattern after detaining several of the
shoppers.
The affidavit says Walmart and Target investigators estimated the combined total value of the
items stolen to be over $400,000.
Invoices from the reseller show more than 500 Lego sets were resold at or below half of the market price over just four months in 2024.
Fleming and Anderson have both been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and
theft over $300,000.
The arrest documents show over 273 individual thefts, mainly from stores across Texas, but also
in Oklahoma, Florida and Pennsylvania.

THAT'S METHED UP!
No one likes the Grinch anytime of the year, but we especially don’t during the holidays!! But in this case, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit in Florida played the role of the Grinch as they took away all of the
drugs our little drug dealing friend Keith Sarr was stashing in
his house.
On December 6, the SWAT Team broke into Sarr’s residence (lawfully, of course) as they executed
a search warrant for the Special Investigations Unit. As you might imagine, the agency had received
multiple complaints about the house and it’s occupants from local citizens.
Now, at least Sarr was smart enough not to try and run once the SWAT team hit his house, and
as you might imagine, he had drugs inside his house…in fact he had 60.86 grams of fentanyl which
is enough to kill just over 30,000 people if put into a lethal dose!!
During their search they also found 97.8g of methamphetamine which is also enough to charge
him with trafficking in meth as well!! And of course, he had two firearms inside, which makes perfect sense as he is a convicted felon
and as such can’t have a firearm!!
On a positive note, SIU Grinches took all of Sarr’s crap and gave
Sarr to jail where he can make new friends to spend the holidays
with!!
Sarr was charged with Trafficking in Meth, Trafficking in Fentanyl,
and two counts of Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon,
so he qualified for one of the returning guests suites as he is gonna
be with them a while since he has a “No Bond” status!!
Don’t be a Grinch or a drug dealer this holiday season folks, especially not in Brevard County, because they will show you how the
real Grinch will kick in your door and ruin your Christmas for sure!!

CRASH LANDING
An Air Force Captain was taken into custody after
it was discovered he was uploading child pornography from his computer.
James Edward Tolson, 42, of Altus, was charged
December 27 with child sexual abuse material - buying/possessing/procuring and violation of ok statute
via computer, in Jackson County District Court.
According to Altus Police, on December 19, Altus
Police Detectives, along with the assistance of the District III Drug and Violent
Crimes Task Force, arrested Tolson.
Altus Police Detectives initiated an investigation based on a cyber tip they
had received. Investigators learned through their investigation that Tolson
had uploaded illegal files containing child sexual abuse material (formerly known as Child Pornography) into a cloud-based account. It was later
learned that Tolson is a civilian employee and Captain at the Altus Air Force
Base Fire Department.
Bond for Tolson was set at $100,000.

TRAIN VS. MUSTANG -- Driver arrested for DUI
On December 14, just before 2:00 a.m., Officers responded to a call of a Ford Mustang Convertible on the
tracks in the area near 100 S. Guthrie Avenue.
The driver of the Mustang, 22-year-old Cody Tungate, later admitted to Officers that he left a car meet
event commonly known as a “Street Takeover”.
Several citizens observed Tungate attempting to
drive the convertible from the tracks, and said they had
to drag him from the vehicle as a train was rapidly approaching. At the same
time, another individual attempted to drive the vehicle from the tracks but was
unsuccessful.
The oncoming train was unable to stop in time and collided with the car, likely
totaling the vehicle. No one was injured.
Cody Tungate displayed multiple signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI
and Transporting an Open Container.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.

A Massachusetts man got himself stuck inside a chimney while
trying to evade cops on December 10 in a failed attempt to channel
Ol’ Saint Nick.
Officers with the Fall River Police Department (MA) attempted to
conduct a raid of the man’s Canal Street home in the small New England town — only to be led on a Christmas goose chase.
As the cops knocked on the front door, they saw two men fleeing
the home via the roof, according to 10WJAR.
“[One man] invoked the essence of the seasonal icon and attempted to hide inside of a chimney,”
police said in a statement. “[He] quickly became stuck in the chimney and required the assistance of
the very detectives he was previously fleeing.”
Bodycam footage shared by the police department shows the moment the responding police
officers scaled the roof and confronted Langlias who was deep in the flue.
“You’re an idiot,” said an officer wielding a flashlight as the camera panned down to Langlias, 33,
wedged inside the base of the chimney.
The officers confirmed that the suspect was in fact stuck, but able to breathe while they called for
the fire department to come and rescue the wannabe Santa Claus.
“Get me out of here, bro!” Langlias pleaded with the same cops he had tried to hide from, according to the footage.
Firefighters can be seen in the video taking apart the chimney brick-by-brick from inside the home
as Langlias helplessly waited to be taken into custody.
“Due to his Santa-antics, Langlias was transported to a local hospital out of precaution and was
medically cleared,” police
said.
The other wanted party
jumped off the roof, onto a
car, and lammed it before
cops could make an arrest and remains at large.
