FAMILY FEUD
A Pauls Valley man is in custody following a domestic dispute that escalated into a shooting at a local residence on the evening of July 13. 65-year-old
Ezekiel Seaton Estep allegedly shot a family member
during an argument.
According to reports, Pauls Valley police officers
responded to the scene and discovered a man with
a gunshot wound to the leg lying in the front yard of
the home. Officers also found another man inside the
residence, kneeling with his hands on his head.
Officers administered aid to the injured man, who had a tourniquet wrapped around
his leg.
When officers looked around the inside of the home, they found a large amount
of blood in the living and dining areas that led into the front yard. Authorities also
recovered a pistol from the back of a couch, believed to be the weapon used in the
shooting.
Estep is being charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon. His bond
was set at $60,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on August 22, 2025.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 5
In this month’s “Drug Dealing For Dummies” lesson, we discuss how not one single person
on the planet wants to put drugs in their body that you just shoved up your poop chute!! That’s
right...if you are gonna try to hide your supply of drugs, the last place you should think about
putting them is in your prison wallet, as who in the world wants to ingest something you just
shoved up your butt and then defecated out on the floor!!
While “Drug Dealing For Dummies” is a guide, some things shouldn’t need to be said such
as...don’t do drugs, don’t sell drugs, don’t sell drugs in Brevard County (Fla.), and without question, don’t try to hide drugs when you are going to jail by shoving them up your anus!! Especially
when we constantly tell you that no matter where you hide your contraband, we are still going
to find it through our X-ray machine or during the strip search before you are taken to a cell!!
I mean let’s be honest folks, there are not a lot of places you can hide drugs when you are
being stripped search, so for us, its really a matter of after we put on our gloves do we go in your
mouth first to search for drugs or your prison wallet first!!
Sadly, not everyone reads “Drug Dealing For Dummies” as
lRobert Plummer found his way to jail once again after he attempted to flee from Deputies who were trying to stop him on
his bicycle. Plummer was just arrested days ago for resisting and
trying to pull a gun from a bag when Deputies were taking him into
custody!! Now here he is again, doing the same exact crap and
earning another ride in our courtesy shuttle to the Brevard County
Jail after he physically resisted Deputies again!!
The only difference in this time and his previous visit just days
before, is when he was taken into the changing area last night
to put on his new jail attire, he defecated on the floor and out
popped three separate baggies of drugs!! That’s right, he copped
a squat and defecated three separate baggies on the floor that
respectively contained 5.3 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, 4 grams of a substance that field
tested positive for meth, and a baggie that contained
5.29 grams of a substance that field tested positive for
cocaine!!
Well, regardless of how crappy he acted, we still got
him a not so nice room with no view at the jail and a
slightly used pair of shower slides to make his stay more
comfortable after he was charged with two counts of
Introduction of Contraband Into A Detention Facility,
Resisting An Officer With Violence, Resisting Without
Violence, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia!!
Sheriff Wayne Ivey, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Florida

WATCHERS
A couple from Wichita, Kansas, got their trip
through Oklahoma cut short after they were
stopped for speeding during a “criminal interdiction emphasis shift” by deputies from Love and
Johnston counties.
Lamont Trequal Presley, 32, and Isabel Emily
Karcher, 18, both of Wichita, KS, were charged
July 22 with two counts of felony aggravated
trafficking in illegal drugs, acquire proceeds from
drug activity, one count of trafficking in illegal
drugs, misdemeanor possession of CDS-meth,
and misdemeanor possession of CDS-marijuana,
in Love County District Court.
According to the Love County Sheriff’s Office,
on July 20, just before 9:00 p.m., Love County
deputies, along with deputies from the Johnston
County Sheriff’s Office, were working a special
shift to catch criminals- a.k.a “criminal interdiction
emphasis shift”. A Love County deputy pulled over
a speeding car, and the deputy noticed a strong
smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The
driver admitted to speeding and after completing
the enforcement for the traffic violation, the deputy did a quick search of the car.
It was obvious that the people in the car were involved in drug trafficking by
what deputies found. Inside the car, they found
meth, marijuana, over two ounces of cocaine,
nine ounces of Xanax, two pounds and eight
ounces of ecstasy, a bag of unknown pills- which
were sent to a lab, and some cash that seemed
as if it came from illegal drug deals.
“Great work by the Deputies for being proactive and working to rid our communities of this
poison,” said Sheriff Andy Cumberledge. “It’s
an uphill climb but we will continue making that
climb every single day to better the way of life for
our citizens.”
Bond for Presley and Karcher was set at
$155,000 each.

SILENT SUFFERING
An Ardmore Resident has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an incapacitated person earlier this year.
Todd Philip Wilkerson, a 53-year-old from Ardmore, admitted to one count of Sexual Abuse in Indian Country. If found guilty, Wilkerson could face up to
life in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The indictment says that on March 26, 2025, Wilkerson knowingly had sexual contact with a victim
who couldn’t understand what was happening and
couldn’t say no or stop.
The crime happened in Carter County, inside the
Chickasaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
A federal judge accepted Wilkerson’s plea and ordered a report on how serious the
crime is.
A U.S. District Court Judge will decide how long Wilkerson should go to prison after
considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other rules.
Wilkerson will stay in the custody of the United States Marshals Service until the
judge decides on a sentence.

A hooded daredevil was caught on video recklessly scaling the Roosevelt Island tramway on
June 16 and sending cops scrambling to bring
him to safety has been charged in the stupid stunt.
Miguel Martinez, 20, of Oceanside, Long Island,
NY, was charged with reckless endangerment,
obstruction of governmental administration and
criminal trespass in the brazen incident that unfolded around 7 p.m., authorities said.
Footage shows the masked Martinez nonchalantly walking back and forth
along the gangway of the tramway’s 250-feet-tall support tower on the Manhattan side. At one point, he descends and climbs a series of short ladders on the
tower and makes his way out onto an I-beam barely wide enough to accommodate his feet, the nail-biting video shows.
Shocked New Yorkers called 911, prompting cops to respond to the scene in
climbing gear.
The brave first responders made their way to the tower’s peak, secured Martinez in safety gear and brought him down to the ground unharmed, police said.
The thrill-seeker was taken by paramedics to Weill-Cornell Medical Center,
according to the FDNY.
There was no indication that Martinez — who has no prior arrests in the Big
Apple — scaled the tower as part of a protest or for a cause, cops said.

10 | AUGUST 2025 Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty CARTER COUNTY
In June 2025, Deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle
from the Kia dealership in Melbourne, Florida, that had been
taken off of the lot the day before by an unknown suspect.
Later that evening, the vehicle was determined to be in the
area of West King Street in Cocoa, and the sheriff’s team went
to work!!
Deputy Keith Grosse of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office
Ag/Marine Unit subsequently observed the vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-thru line, pulled up to the menu board placing
an order, possibly for a Hamburglar Happy Meal!! Dep. Grosse pulled in behind the vehicle like he
was lining up to place an order as well, and then shortly after, officers from the Cocoa PD arrived on
scene to help block the vehicle in!!
The driver and only person in the car, Kenneth Miller, was taken into custody, and interestingly
enough, he told Deputies that he didn’t have a driver’s license, but wait that’s not all… Miller is already out on bond for driving while license suspended with knowledge, resisting an officer, reckless
driving, and failure to register a motor vehicle!!
So he is already out on bond for doing dumb criminal stuff and then decides to go steal a car!
And here’s where the case gets even better, or how about juicier than a Big Mac, Miller matches
the description of one of two males who test drove that same vehicle a few days prior!!
When Kia employees came to retrieve the vehicle, they brought two sets of keys with them from
the dealership but only one set worked!! The good news is that the other set of keys to the vehicle
weren’t lost as they were in Miller’s pocket!!
BCSO Agents believe Miller and the other suspect switched the set of keys during the test drive
allowing them to come back and steal the vehicle with no problems. And to top it all off, the tag on
the vehicle was from another Kia dealership!!
Another criminal is behind bars on no bond…I’m lovin’ it!! Did anyone other than me just hear the
music play for the McDonald’s jingle?

THAT'S METHED UP!
The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office said suspicious
activity is what led deputies to arrest a man in June.
According to arrest documents, just after midnight
on Thursday, June 26, a Wichita County Sheriff’s Deputy saw a person on a self-propelled scooter leave the
sidewalk and begin to travel northbound in the southbound lanes of Kemp Boulevard.
The deputy said he knew the location to be a high drug trafficking area, so he made
the block and found the rider on Buchanan Street. The deputy initiated a stop when the
rider attempted to cut across the parking lot of a church.
When the deputy asked the rider for an ID, he said he did not have one, but identified
himself as Justice Zimmer.
During a search of Zimmer, the deputy located a knife, several bullets, a hard metal
object Zimmer said was a tool, and a yellow plastic baggie with residue of what appeared
to be crystal methamphetamine.
Deputies said Zimmer also had a backpack that had a plastic cylinder holding two
more baggies, one with more residue and the other with a
crystal-like substance, both of which field-tested positive for
methamphetamine.
Zimmer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and booked into the Wichita County Jail with a bond
of $10,000.
At the time of publication, the Wichita County Jail log also
showed that Zimmer was charged with fraudulent use or
possession of identifying information, but information on the
charge was not available.
Zimmer’s total bail is set at $35,000.

THREE PEAS IN A POD
Three men suspected of being in the country
illegally, were caught red-handed cutting almost
3/4ths of a mile of wire from a cell tower near Purcell.
Juan Martinez, 31, Cristian Orellana, 29, and
Jerlis Martinez, 29, all from Houston, TX, were
charged July 11 with entering with intent to steal
copper and possession of stolen copper, in McClain County District Court.
According to the McClain County Sheriff’s Office, on July 10, around 12:18 pm, the McClain
County Sheriff’s Office got a call about a burglary
happening at a U.S. Cellular antenna site near
230th Street and State Highway 74. Deputies
and officers with the Purcell Police Department
rushed to the scene and managed to catch three
suspects that had cut about 3,600 feet of copper
coax lines.
The suspects had loaded a bunch of the copper coax into a cargo trailer, but they left a lot of
it near the tower because they got caught in the
act.
Inside the trailer, deputies and officers found
climbing gear and cutting tools. They also had
some cut copper
coax cable from
another theft.
McClain County
Detectives are still
investigating the
whole thing and
might file more
charges.
Additionally, all
three suspects are
believed to be in
the U.S. illegally and are currently in ICE custody.
AROUND THE STATE
On June 22, 2025, the Laverne Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of
Investigation to investigate allegations of sexual
assault.
OSBI special agents began their comprehensive investigation and identified the suspect as
66-year-old Christopher Cassel, who is a pastor
in Laverne, Oklahoma.
Based on the information and evidence gathered during the investigation, Cassel was arrested and booked into the Harper County Jail on two counts of Forcible
Sodomy, one count of Distribution of Narcotics, and one count of Furnishing
Alcohol to a Minor. This is still an ongoing investigation at this time.
The OSBI appreciates the Laverne Police Department for their continued
assistance with this investigation.
