A 54-year-old man was put behind bars after he
allegedly took his junk out of his pants and started
masturbating on a Greyhound bus on October 9.
According to court documents, Sean Arlen
Cruse, exposed himself to a woman while on a
Greyhound bus. He then began “masturbating
vigorously.”
When Pauls Valley officers arrived to arrest the
man, Cruse resisted arrest. He tensed up his arms
and made fists to avoid being put in handcuffs.
Cruse is being charged with indecent exposure and resisting an officer. His bond was set at
$20,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court
on November 12, 2021.

AMERICA’S DEADLIEST SHOOTINGS
ARE ONES WE DON’T TALK ABOUT
On any given day in America, an average of 63 of our mothers,
brothers, partners, and friends are taken from us by gun suicide.
But tomorrow’s deaths could be prevented. Give your loved ones
a second chance at life. Store your guns safely: locked, unloaded,

A CRUISE AROUND TOWN
Brianna Harper allegedly led police officers
on a vehicle pursuit before pulling a knife on
them on the afternoon of October 6.
According to reports, someone reported a
reckless driver driving into Davis from Sulphur
at approximately 4:45 p.m. An officer saw
Harper sitting in the driver’s seat of a white
Corolla in the EZ Mart parking lot. The officer smelled marijuana and noticed that the
woman was acting weird. He asked her if she
had been smoking. She said yes. She added
that there was some marijuana in the door of
her car and her medical marijuana card was
at home.
At some point during the conversation,
Harper started her car. Despite the officer’s
efforts to stop her, she left the parking lot and turned west onto East Main
Street, then turned south onto Seventh Street and made multiple left hand
turns at speeds ranging from 40-60 mph. She drove west onto B Street, then
back to Main.
Davis officers pursued the woman. She hit a patrol vehicle multiple times
during the pursuit.
The chase continued into the Subway parking lot, east on Benton Avenue,
and east on Main. She then turned left onto Fifth Street and right onto Benton
Avenue. The vehicle pursuit came to an end when Harper hit a utility police
behind Sooner Foods. She continued fleeing on foot before a police officer
cut her off in the Sonic parking lot.
Sometime during the ordeal, Harper allegedly pulled a knife on police officers.
Chickasaw Nation Lighthorse Police Department took over the arrest because Harper is a Chickasaw native.

OSBI RENEWING REWARD FOR INFORMATION IN
THE JENNIFER JESSE HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is renewing a $5,000 reward for
information that leads to the identification of
a suspect in the murder of 30-year-old Jennifer Jesse. On March 11, 2020, Jesse was
found deceased by Union City police officers.
A passerby called 9-1-1 after discovering her
body on SW 44th near Gregory Road. Jesse
was positively identified on March 13, 2020.
The medical examiner determined she had
been shot multiple times.
On March 30, 2020, the OSBI released
photographs of a man that is believed to have
information that will assist agents with the investigation. The pictures were taken at the
Braum’s located at 7025 S. Western Ave., in
Oklahoma City at around 9:13 p.m. on March
2, 2020. The race of the man in the photographs is unknown. He is wearing distinctive
shoes, which are light blue with bright pink
shoelaces. He is believed to be wearing some
kind of bandana or head covering. Agents still
want to speak to this man.
If you have any information about Jesse’s
murder, contact the OSBI at (800) 522-8017
or you can email [email protected]. YOU CAN

Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty MARSHALL COUNTY 19 | NOVEMBER 2021
A 40-year-old Lebanon man allegedly fired a
gun at some juveniles on October 15.
According to reports, three juveniles called
911 in the early morning hours and said a vehicle
drove up to them in the Lebanon/Powell area on
the west side of Marshall County. As the truck
pulled up beside them, someone inside started
shooting in their direction. No one was injured in
the drive-by shooting.
Marshall County deputies started investigating
the shooting, and they identified the suspect as
Charlie Ray Clayton.
Deputies went to the man’s residence, where
they found a firearm that was the same caliber
used in the shooting. They also found possible drugs, which were sent off
for analysis.
Clayton is being charged with use of a vehicle in discharge of a weapon,
possession of a firearm after former felony conviction, and unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. His bond was set at
$100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on December 10, 2021.

MOTHER AND SON IN CUSTODY IN WYOMING; CHARGED
IN CONNECTION WITH MURDER OF BLANCHARD MAN
A 47-year-old woman and her 26-year-old
son are in custody in Wyoming charged with
the murder of 56-year-old Michael “Andy” McGuffee.
Debbie Senft and Zachary Mussett, both
of Texarkana, Texas, are currently in custody
in the Sweetwater County, Wyoming Detention Center awaiting extradition to Oklahoma
to face charges related to the murder of McGuffee.
On October 15, 2021, McGuffee’s wife was
contacted when he did not show up for work
and she sent a family member to check on his
welfare. When that family member arrived at the
residence in the 8300 block of Garvin Drive and
saw signs of a fire, he contacted the Blanchard
Police Department. After officers arrived at
the scene and found McGuffee deceased, the
Blanchard Police Department requested Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) assistance with the investigation.
When OSBI agents arrived on the scene they
determined McGuffee was the victim of a homicide. While agents processed the crime scene,
it was discovered that a fire had been started
and many items were stolen from the residence
including McGuffee’s pickup truck.
Agents soon discovered that items stolen from McGuffee were pawned
in Salina, Kansas. At that point, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI)
went and collected the evidence from the pawn shop on behalf of the
OSBI. A few days later, agents recovered the pickup truck at a car wash
off I-35 and 89th Street in Oklahoma City.
The investigation then led agents to Wyoming. Working with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Senft and Mussett were located 15 miles east of Rock Springs, Wyoming on I-80. The Wyoming
Highway Patrol pulled over the moving truck Senft and Mussett were driving and agents with Wyoming DCI took the pair into custody.
Senft, who is McGuffee’s half sister, and Mussett are both charged with
one count of Murder in the First Degree and one count of Arson in the First
Degree and are being held without bond in Wyoming.
In addition to KBI, Wyoming DCI, and the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the
OSBI would like to thank the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal’s Office and the
Goodland, Kansas Police Department for their assistance with the Investigation.

AROUND THE STATE
SHOOTING ARREST -- Man arrested after
shooting his neighbor.
Around 3:15 p.m. on October 12, officers
got called out to a shooting near 4300 N. Iroquois Ave. A woman called police saying her
neighbor shot her 23-year-old grandson.
The victim told officers he went to the
neighbor’s house to talk to him about WIFI.
After knocking on the door twice, the victim
says Edward Deonta White fired several gunshots through the window, hitting the victim
once in the shoulder.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is
expected to be okay.
Officers setup a perimeter around the
house. After 30 minutes of announcements without a response, the Special
Operations Team was activated. Officers also talked with a family relative who
identified White and provided additional information.
After several hours of making announcements, the SOT team made entry in
the house and found White had escaped.
Officers then received information that Edward White was spotted at several
area convenience stores. Eventually, Edward White was caught at a Walmart
fighting with deputies.
Edward White was arrested for:
Shooting with Intent to Kill AFCF (After Former Conviction of a Felony)
Possession of a Firearm AFCF
Drug Possession AFCF
*This is a previous mugshot of White. He was being combative and uncooperative at the jail.
