A Ponca City man is facing a felony charge after allegedly failing to refund a customer for incomplete vehicle repairs.
According to reports, a man contacted authorities
and told a Kay County deputy that he paid Dakota
Wrangler Craig, 28, $2,866.55 upfront for vehicle repairs that were never properly completed.
He said he dropped off his truck at Craig’s shop on
multiple occasions in May, only to be told that necessary parts had not arrived. Despite repeated attempts
to get the truck fixed, the repairs were not completed to satisfaction.
The man requested a refund from Craig on May 19.
Craig initially returned $444.38 but claimed via email that an additional $1,867 refund
had been processed, but the victim’s bank confirmed that no deposit had been made.
On May 26, the deputy went to see Craig at his shop, located in the 3000 block of
south Waverly. When the deputy asked the man about the allegations, Craig stated the
money was refunded through GoDaddy and it would take 7-10 days to be refunded to
the man.
On May 27, the deputy asked Craig about proof of a refund. Craig then claimed that
the refund was sent via Cash App.
The deputy also spoke to AV Tuning, the company Craig allegedly attempted to purchase parts from. The company reported having no record of anyone by Craig’s name
in their system and said they did not have any known customers in the Ponca City area.
As of June 2, the victim told the deputy he had not received the remainder of the refund, despite Craig allegedly stating he was selling a vehicle to repay the amount owed.
Craig is being charged with false pretense / bogus check / con game. His bond was
set at $25,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on September 5, 2025. AMISADAI

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 5
In this month’s “Drug Dealing For Dummies” lesson, we discuss how not one single person
on the planet wants to put drugs in their body that you just shoved up your poop chute!! That’s
right...if you are gonna try to hide your supply of drugs, the last place you should think about
putting them is in your prison wallet, as who in the world wants to ingest something you just
shoved up your butt and then defecated out on the floor!!
While “Drug Dealing For Dummies” is a guide, some things shouldn’t need to be said such
as...don’t do drugs, don’t sell drugs, don’t sell drugs in Brevard County (Fla.), and without question, don’t try to hide drugs when you are going to jail by shoving them up your anus!! Especially
when we constantly tell you that no matter where you hide your contraband, we are still going
to find it through our X-ray machine or during the strip search before you are taken to a cell!!
I mean let’s be honest folks, there are not a lot of places you can hide drugs when you are
being stripped search, so for us, its really a matter of after we put on our gloves do we go in your
mouth first to search for drugs or your prison wallet first!!
Sadly, not everyone reads “Drug Dealing For Dummies” as
lRobert Plummer found his way to jail once again after he attempted to flee from Deputies who were trying to stop him on
his bicycle. Plummer was just arrested days ago for resisting and
trying to pull a gun from a bag when Deputies were taking him into
custody!! Now here he is again, doing the same exact crap and
earning another ride in our courtesy shuttle to the Brevard County
Jail after he physically resisted Deputies again!!
The only difference in this time and his previous visit just days
before, is when he was taken into the changing area last night
to put on his new jail attire, he defecated on the floor and out
popped three separate baggies of drugs!! That’s right, he copped
a squat and defecated three separate baggies on the floor that
respectively contained 5.3 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, 4 grams of a substance that field
tested positive for meth, and a baggie that contained
5.29 grams of a substance that field tested positive for
cocaine!!
Well, regardless of how crappy he acted, we still got
him a not so nice room with no view at the jail and a
slightly used pair of shower slides to make his stay more
comfortable after he was charged with two counts of
Introduction of Contraband Into A Detention Facility,
Resisting An Officer With Violence, Resisting Without
Violence, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia!!

A hooded daredevil was caught on video recklessly scaling the Roosevelt Island tramway on
June 16 and sending cops scrambling to bring
him to safety has been charged in the stupid stunt.
Miguel Martinez, 20, of Oceanside, Long Island,
NY, was charged with reckless endangerment,
obstruction of governmental administration and
criminal trespass in the brazen incident that unfolded around 7 p.m., authorities said.
Footage shows the masked Martinez nonchalantly walking back and forth
along the gangway of the tramway’s 250-feet-tall support tower on the Manhattan side. At one point, he descends and climbs a series of short ladders on the
tower and makes his way out onto an I-beam barely wide enough to accommodate his feet, the nail-biting video shows.
Shocked New Yorkers called 911, prompting cops to respond to the scene in
climbing gear.
The brave first responders made their way to the tower’s peak, secured Martinez in safety gear and brought him down to the ground unharmed, police said.
The thrill-seeker was taken by paramedics to Weill-Cornell Medical Center,
according to the FDNY.
There was no indication that Martinez — who has no prior arrests in the Big
Apple — scaled the tower as part of a protest or for a cause, cops said.

A LONG TIME COMING
After an extensive investigation by OSBI, a $2M
bond was set for a suspect charged with the
2020 murder of a Cleveland man.
Phillips Adrian Stout, 60, was charged June 26
with murder in the first decree- deliberate intent
and possession of firearm after former felony conviction, in Pawnee County District Court.
On March 20, 2020, the Cleveland Police Department asked the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to investigate
a murder. Around 6:30 p.m., officers went to a house on West Pawnee Street
because a man was unresponsive. When they got there, they found 60-yearold Randall Madewell dead inside the house. The Chief Medical Examiner said
Madewell had been shot.
In June 2025, OSBI special agents got more information and found that
60-year-old Phillip Stout was in the house when Madewell was shot and named
him as the suspect. OSBI special agents submitted the information to the Pawnee County District Attorney’s Office, and they charged Stout with First-Degree
Murder and having a gun after being convicted of a crime.
Stout is currently in the Rogers County Jail on other charges and will be taken
to the Pawnee County Jail on a $2,000,000 bond.
AROUND THE STATE
On June 22, 2025, the Laverne Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of
Investigation to investigate allegations of sexual
assault.
OSBI special agents began their comprehensive investigation and identified the suspect as
66-year-old Christopher Cassel, who is a pastor
in Laverne, Oklahoma.
Based on the information and evidence gathered during the investigation, Cassel was arrested and booked into the Harper County Jail on two counts of Forcible
Sodomy, one count of Distribution of Narcotics, and one count of Furnishing
Alcohol to a Minor. This is still an ongoing investigation at this time.
The OSBI appreciates the Laverne Police Department for their continued
assistance with this investigation.

TIME
A Sand Springs man, Samuel Hatfield, was
sentenced to five months in jail for sexual battery that happened in Osage County.
According to reports, in April 2021, Hatfield
was charged with rape of a person with an unsound mind, sexual battery, and forcible sodomy. The family said the victim has Down Syndrome.
A year later, in April 2022, a judge decided there was enough evidence to
send him to trial. In September 2023, the jury couldn’t agree on a verdict, so
they called for a mistrial.
According to court records, on July 7, the rape and sodomy charges were
dismissed and he pleaded guilty to sexual battery. He got a 10-year suspended sentence, but he must serve the first five months in the Osage County jail.
He’ll also have to register as a sex offender.

In June 2025, Deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle
from the Kia dealership in Melbourne, Florida, that had been
taken off of the lot the day before by an unknown suspect.
Later that evening, the vehicle was determined to be in the
area of West King Street in Cocoa, and the sheriff’s team went
to work!!
Deputy Keith Grosse of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office
Ag/Marine Unit subsequently observed the vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-thru line, pulled up to the menu board placing
an order, possibly for a Hamburglar Happy Meal!! Dep. Grosse pulled in behind the vehicle like he
was lining up to place an order as well, and then shortly after, officers from the Cocoa PD arrived on
scene to help block the vehicle in!!
The driver and only person in the car, Kenneth Miller, was taken into custody, and interestingly
enough, he told Deputies that he didn’t have a driver’s license, but wait that’s not all… Miller is already out on bond for driving while license suspended with knowledge, resisting an officer, reckless
driving, and failure to register a motor vehicle!!
So he is already out on bond for doing dumb criminal stuff and then decides to go steal a car!
And here’s where the case gets even better, or how about juicier than a Big Mac, Miller matches
the description of one of two males who test drove that same vehicle a few days prior!!
When Kia employees came to retrieve the vehicle, they brought two sets of keys with them from
the dealership but only one set worked!! The good news is that the other set of keys to the vehicle
weren’t lost as they were in Miller’s pocket!!
BCSO Agents believe Miller and the other suspect switched the set of keys during the test drive
allowing them to come back and steal the vehicle with no problems. And to top it all off, the tag on
the vehicle was from another Kia dealership!!
Another criminal is behind bars on no bond…I’m lovin’ it!! Did anyone other than me just hear the
music play for the McDonald’s jingle?

DOESN'T PLAY NICE
A Bartlesville man is facing multiple felony charges
after allegedly breaking into someone’s house and
threatening to stab them.
Germaine Good, 33, was charged on July 21 with
assault with a dangerous weapon, attempted first-degree burglary, first-degree burglary, and assault and
battery, in Washington County District Court.
According to reports, Good got into an argument
with the victim at their place. During the fight, Good
allegedly shoved the victim into a board on the front
porch. The victim managed to pin Good to a chair. Good allegedly pulled out a knife
and threatened to stab the victim while pinned down.
The victim then ran into the house to call the police. Good tried to sneak into the
house through the front door by slamming it open with his body. But he couldn’t open
it, so he went through the garage door with a knife in his hand, looking all aggressive.
Inside the house, Good allegedly hit the victim in the chest with his hand and
grabbed their neck. Another argument broke out in the victim’s front yard.
His bond is set at $50,000.
