A woman is facing several charges after going on a
rampage at a Waffle House restaurant in Kennesaw,
Georgia, all while completely naked.
The incident happened January 8 around 10:30 p.m.
at the location on George Busbee Parkway.
According to police, the woman, identified as Jennifer Nicholson, stripped off her clothes, punched a
woman in the face and then threw a plate at a window.
She also threw several platters at patrons of the restaurant.
When police tried to subdue Nicholson, she fought
back, scratching an officer.
The woman who was punched sustained a broken nose in the attack.
Nicholson is facing several assault and public indecency charges.
She’s currently being held in the Cobb County Jail.

A convenience store clerk led police to arrest Bartlesville man Eric Charles Bruce Hoffman, 34, on January
5 after he spotted the man doing drugs in the parking
lot.
According to the police report, a Ramona police officer was dispatched to the store in on US 75 shortly after 3 p.m. to investigate drug activity in the north parking lot. He met with the employee, who said he saw a
man using drugs in a blue truck. The employee noticed
that the man had been slumped over in his truck for
a while, but when he went to check on him, he saw a
glass pipe in the man’s lap.
The officer approached the suspect’s vehicle and saw
the driver, identified as Hoffman, messing with a piece of wire and glass pipe. He
knocked on the window. Hoffman looked at the officer. The employee opened the
car door and said, “He has a glass pipe right there.
The officer told the man to step out of the vehicle. He asked Hoffman what he
was doing. Hoffman said he was waiting for gas.
The officer asked him if he was using drugs, to which Hoffman replied, “No, I
don’t use drugs anymore.”
He also denied smoking meth. The presence of the glass pipe suggested otherwise.
The officer placed the man under arrest and searched his vehicle. He found
more glass pipes with residue that appeared to be used to smoke methamphetamine and marijuana, and some used syringes.
Hoffman is being charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance
and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $150,000,
and he is scheduled to appear in court on January 22, 2016.

Miller arrested for
shoplifting, gun
A Pawhuska woman allegedly stole items from
the local Dollar General and a gun from a man
right before Christmas.
When an officer tried to question 29-year-old
Jamie Gail Miller about the alleged theft, she took
off running.
According to the affidavit, a Fairfax officer was
dispatched to the store at 11:37 a.m. on December
24. A woman was spotted walking out of the store
with several stolen items. She left in a blue truck.
The officer found the suspect vehicle on CR
5451.
The vehicle turned into the driveway of a residence, and Miller jumped out of the driver’s seat.
The officer noticed she was holding what appeared
to be the butt of a rifle wrapped in coats.
Miller must have noticed the officer. She dropped the gun and climbed over
a fence. She then took off running, despite the officer’s commands to stop. He
chased after her and tackled her to the ground.
The officer then placed the woman under arrest and put her in his patrol car.
A witness to the theft told the officer that she saw the woman walking around
the back store room. Miller placed some items into a gray tote and ran out the
back door.
The officer looked in the back of Miller’s truck and found a plastic tote containing all kinds of items, ranging from shirts to mouthwash and antibiotic cream.
Miller was also wearing a camouflage hat from the store when she was arrested.
A manager from the store positively identified the items as stolen from her
business.
The next day, an Osage County deputy contacted the officer and told him that
the rifle Miller had was stolen from a residence in Burbank.
Miller is being charged with possession of firearm after former felony conviction, knowingly concealing stolen property, larceny of merchandise from retailer
and resisting an officer. Her bond was set at $10,000, and she is scheduled to
appear in court on February 4, 2016.

Pawnee man Brett Wayne Sands, 26, was
arrested December 27 because he just couldn’t
seem to let a drunken argument go.
At approximately 2:59 a.m., Pawnee officers were dispatched to a fight in progress in
the 100 block of Eagle Chief Drive. A man met
them outside of the residence. According to the
affidavit, his clothes were wet and muddy. He
told the officers that Sands had just walked into
his house and attacked him.
The victim said Sands didn’t say a word to
him – he just “forcibly” opened the screen door, grabbed his sweatshirt and pulled him outside. The two started fighting. A neighbor
came over and got the men to calm down. He told Sands to go home.
An officer asked the victim if anything else occurred that night.
The victim said he was at Sand’s house earlier that evening hanging
out with some friends. He and Sands got into a “heated argument,”
so the victim said he left and went home around 1 a.m.
While he was done with the argument, Sands apparently wasn’t.
The man said Sands came to his house around 1:40 a.m., walked in
uninvited and started arguing with him.
Sands’s girlfriend came over and convinced her extremely intoxicated man to go back home. Sands left, but he came back around
2:30 a.m.
The victim said Sands called and started saying “harsh things” to
him and hung up. The victim then saw Sands walk up to his house.
That’s when the fight happened.
When the police went to speak with Sands, the alleged assailant
at first denied that anything had happened. The officer asked him
about the altercation. Sands said there was a misunderstanding between the two men, but he said he didn’t want to get into details. He
did, however, admit to “wrestling” with the victim. But according to
Sands, he never went inside the man’s house.
Sands is being charged with assault and battery. He was released
on a $7,500 bond, and he is scheduled to appear in court on February 16, 2016.

said Coddington beat Hale
on the head with a hammer

The appeals court
overturned Coddington’s original death sentence, but a
diff erent jury imposed another death sentence in 2008.
The court’s opinion said jurors at Coddington’s second
sentencing trial found that Hales’ death was atrocious
and cruel and that Coddington posed a continuing threat
to society.
The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the
death sentence.

Ponca city men Corey Rex Pruett, 25, and 19-year-old Dylan Lee Pruett
were arrested December 23 for allegedly stealing stuff from local automotive business. It all started when police found Dylan Pruett’s underage
fiancee driving a stolen car.
According to the affidavit, they arrested the girl shortly after 8 a.m.
because she was driving a car that was stolen from a Ponca City automotive business. Her man was wanted for questioning for a burglary that
occurred at the business that same morning.
At approximately 12:46 p.m., a Kay County deputy was traveling north
on 14th Street when a truck with a broken windshield drove by. There
were two men in the truck -- one of them looked like Dylan Pruett. But,
when the officer tried to stop the truck, the driver kept on going before
coming to an abrupt stop.
The driver, later identified as Corey Pruett, jumped out of the vehicle
and took off running. The deputy yelled at him to stop, but the driver
didn’t listen. He returned to the vehicle and saw Dylan Pruett in the passenger seat. The two made eye contact, but Dylan followed his accomplice
and took off running. He lost his shoes just before crossing Miller Street.
While officers were searching for the men, the deputy searched their truck. He found various tools that had been reported stolen from the auto business.
Police arrested Corey at his Stillwater residence in the 2400 block of S. Washington at approximately 3 p.m. He was arrested and transported to jail.
Dylan was still on the loose. But, it wasn’t long before the Ponca City Police Department
advised the deputy that they found a man walking down the street barefoot in the 1300 block
of S. 9th with a blanket wrapped around him. Officers identified him as Dylan Pruett -- when
they approached him, he tried to run again, but this time he wasn’t going anywhere.
