BAD CHECKS
A Dewey woman, so inebriated she didn’t know where she was,
was taken into custody May 16 after police found her passed out
on a resident’s porch.
Amy Denise Davis, 36, was charged May 17 with second-degree burglary, breaking and entering dwelling without permission, and public intoxication in Washington County District
Court.
According to the affidavit, Officer Aaron Vaughan was dispatched to a home in the 400 block of E. 6th about a woman
passed out on the front porch. When Vaughan arrived, he tried
to speak with her, but she didn’t respond, even though she was
breathing and her eyes were open.
After making sure she was okay and coaxing her up, she told
the officer her name, said she had “enough” to drink, and then called him an a**hole.
The resident came out of the house as Vaughan was talking to Davis. He asked the resident
if she knew Davis and she replied no; she had arrived home to find Davis lying on the porch
and called police.
Vaughan told Davis to stand up, but instead, she held held out her right hand. Vaughan
helped her up, told her she was being arrested for public intox, and placed her in the back of
his patrol car.
The resident’s son told Vaughan he had arrived at the house earlier and found the back
doggy door open and Davis walking around inside. He told her to leave several times, and
after a few minutes, was able to convince her to go outside and shut the back door behind her.
About 20 minutes later, Davis came back inside the house, walked over to the couch and
plopped down on it, carrying a bottle of booze. He eventually convinced her to go outside
again and smoke a cigarette. When she went out, he immediately shut the door behind her,
locked it, and stuffed a towel into the doggy door so she couldn’t get back in. He then left to
pick up his mom at work. When they returned, Davis was on the front porch and the mom
called police.
The mom told Vaughan she noticed some cash missing from the house.
Bond was set for Davis at $50,000 and her next court date is scheduled for June 1.

Notah
A Dewey “mother” was taken into custody May 18 after police
found her inside a car with two toddlers in the back seat, one covered in poop and the other holding beer in its lap.
Stephanie Notah, 44, was charged with child neglect, transporting
an open container, possession of a controlled dangerous substance
and drug paraphernalia May 21 in Washington County District
Court.
According to the probable cause affidavit, officers were dispatched
to the Dollar Tree in the 2600 block of S.E. Washington Blvd. in reference to a woman fighting with her children.
When they arrived, they saw Notah sitting in the driver’s seat and
two 3-year-olds sitting in the back seat. As they got closer to the vehicle, they heard the children crying and Notah yelling “Shut the f**k up!”
Officers immediately smelled the strong odor of feces coming from inside the car when
they made contact with Notah and saw dried feces covering the legs of one little girl. She also
had a bicycle lying on top of her.
Notah explained to the officers that the child had been sitting in her own feces for “just a
few hours.” She added she had tried to buy some wipes but the store was closed. When asked
why she allowed her child to sit in her own feces for so long, Notah replied “I was getting
around to cleaning her up; just hadn’t had time and then I had to go get wipes.”
Officers noticed two open bottles of beer next to Notah, and the rest of the six-pack in one
of the child’s lap.
“Are you under the influence of anything?” Officer Johnson asked Notah.
“I only smoke the fake marijuana,” she replied. “I don’t smoke marijuana very often anymore.”
Johnson then searched the vehicle with the aid of his K9 partner and found a marijuana
grinder, at least five smoking pipes, and loose marijuana on the car’s floorboard.
A witnesses inside the store told Johnson they saw Notah throw a box at one of the girls
and it hit the girl in the face. Another said they heard Notah yelling “Shut the f**k up! You
girls are nothing but little b**ches!” and other obscenities.
An officer who was currently working on a child abuse case against Notah for allegedly
striking one of the children in the head with a broom handle arrived on scene. Not long
thereafter, DHS took the girls into custody.
Notah’s bond to $25,000 and ordered she have no contact with any minor children until
further order of the court. Her next hearing is set for June 1.
June’s “Miserable Mom” Award goes to:

DOMESTIC ABUSE FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE
Keithan Moore, of Wilmer, Texas, wrapped
a towel around his hands to make it appear
he was carrying a gun. He then walked into
a building, walked up to the counter and demanded money. Unfortunately for him, the
building he walked into was the Wilmer Police
Department. After offi cers wrestled him to the
ground, he told the cops it was all a joke. They
took it a little more seriously. He’s under arrest.
Christopher Stone, of Launceston, Tasmania,
wanted some chicken schnitzel... really wanted
some chicken schnitzel. However, he was a
little short of funds. So, he did what any bozo
would do, he stuffed the schnitzel in question
down his pants, threatened the cashier at the
supermarket with a gun and walked to his car.
One thing he didn’t plan on, however, was how
diffi cult it would be to drive with a large schnitzel in his pants. Police offi cers say he was attempting to adjust the schnitzel when he lost
control of his vehicle and rolled the car. He’s
busted!
From Newton Township, Pennsylvania
comes the story of an unidentifi ed pervert who
exposed himself to a woman. But it would seem
that he didn’t really want her to see what he was
showing. The place he chose for his crime was
the Bucks County Association for the Blind. Police are still looking for the suspect.
Joseph Wilkins, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, spotted a stereo in a parked car that he just
had to have. Seeing no one anywhere around,
he broke in but quickly found it was going to be
more diffi cult than he thought. After struggling
to remove the stereo he found it was locked
into the dash and the only thing he could pry
loose was the faceplate, which he took with
him. It was what he left behind that caused all
the problems. Apparently while wrestling with
the stereo, his wallet slipped out of his pocket.

Sterling Williams
Williams was convicted of
stabbing to death 22-yearold LeAnna Hand and
assaulting her roommate,
Elizabeth Hill, in 1997 in
their Tulsa apartment.
Williams was a doorto-door meat salesman
and had sold Hand and
Hill meat on a previous
occasion. Williams stabbed
Hand with a butcher knife
and then kicked open Hill’s
bedroom door and attacked and battered her.
He received the death sentence for Hand’s murder
and a 99-year sentence for Hill’s attack.
A Kansas City psychiatrist testifi ed that he
diagnosed Williams with bipolar disorder. The
psychiatrist said Williams had fi xated on four
women and had intended to rape Hand, not kill her.
Williams had fi ve prior felony convictions in 1993
in Jefferson County, Ark. -- two for rape and one
each for kidnapping, burglary and battery. He
received a 10-year-sentence and 10 years’ probation
and was paroled in January 1996.

In the past few months, there have been many stories of high school teachers being arrested for having
sexual relationships with their students. Give us your
opinion: should teachers who have a sexual relationship with a student who is 17 or older be prosecuted?
Poll
Scarlet T: Yes they should be prosecuted, they are there to teach not have
sex with the kids, if they are still in school
teachers should have more control.
Mike M: YES, its not about the age
but the morality
Samantha W: not in the legal way
like registering as a sex offender.. but
definitely a professional way such as being fired. they ALL (teachers & students)
know what they’re doing is inappropriate
& far from professional, so some action
should be taken.. but when its consentual it should be taken sooooooo extreme.
Jackilyn P: hell yes!! they should be
prosecuted!! they’re there to teach not
have sex.
Dakota M: Its supposed to be a professional business of teaching students,
not teaching students to have sex with
them and disobeying the law. If the student was done and graduated then that’s
their business but not while in school.
Coby P: If they’re the age of consent
and it’s not taking place in a school then
it’s not anybody’s business.
Adrian B: Yes, there is a huge differential in power between a teacher and
a student. Teachers who take advantage
of students are violating the teacher/
student relationship. Its never okay for a
teacher to date their students, even if the
students are college age.
Bobbie A: When you keep God out of
places the devil tends to get in and take
over!
JoAnn S:I know one of these teachers and it’s really a hard question to
answer. He is a really nice person and
has a family. He was really involved in
his sons lives and in sports with them.
Just to know him, you wouldn’t think he
would do something like that. But on the
other hand, it is against the law and anyone that breaks the law should be punished. However, it is a sin and I believe
that is between him and his God. AND
then there is the girl. She was 17. I was
also told it takes two. So if one is going
to be punished then both parties should
be punished.
Kari H: Of course. The question is
“Should the teacher who has sex with the
student be prosecuted”. Turn the question around “Should the student who
had sex with the teacher be prosecuted”
and most would say “yes”.
Maria H: hell yes!! they should be
prosecuted!! they’re there to teach not
have sex.
Robert F: Most of you are talking
about two different things 1) criminality
(2nd degree rape) and 2) morality. It is
legal for a 60 year old man to sleep with
a 16 year old girl. Why is that any better
than a 23 year old teacher and a 17 year
old? I don’t see a meaningful difference.
HOWEVER, it should be a fireable offense.
Christina G: Yes so it can show
ppl how serious this is. First of all, how
dumb can a teacher b to even think about
getting w a student?Parents & caretakers
have trusted the school system by sending their kids to school based on EDUCATION, not to form a ‘special’ relationship
with a teacher. And imagine how things
will b for the student, as he or she gets
older, the memory of the ‘relationship’
with the teacher will b forever branded n their mind....not Jen the school
cheerleader or Jon from band class but
a freakin’ teacher. BTW.....a teacher n
the Okemah school system resigned a
couple of weeks ago due to an inappropriate relationship with a student. The
mother showed text messages between
the teacher & student. But it was all
hush-hush because the teacher is related
to somebody from the local newspaper
office. My nieces who knew this teacher
said she always got back massages from
the guys....now this should not b something you should hear about a teacher.
What happened to comments such as,
‘Mrs. Smith was a great math tutor’ or
‘Mr. Smith made biology so much more
simple with his methods.’ Maybe yearly
psychological tests should b done to
teachers to avoid any more mishaps.

An Osage County judge denied the State of Oklahoma’s request for a $1 million bond to be placed on a Pawhuska bail
bondsman that was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and intimidating a state’s witness.
Fred Al Green, 61, of Green Bail Bonds, was first arrested May
15 at his home on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony,
distribution of CDS, and knowingly concealing stolen property after a 3-month-long investigation by the District 10 Drug
Force Task.
According to the probable cause affidavit, shortly after Green
was released from jail, he and several of his thugs allegedly went
to a home near Cleveland and cuffed the man who helped put
Green in jail, along with another woman, dragged them down a
flight of stairs and into a pickup.
The investigator in the original case received a call from a
man who said Green was at his house trying to revoke his relative’s bonds. The investigator
reported he heard screaming in the background and told the man to call 911 immediately.
As the investigator drove toward the man’s home, he heard a Pawnee County deputy announce over the radio that Green had left the house in a grey Chevy truck and to contact
Osage County. He then contacted Osage County and radioed them to be on a lookout for
the truck heading northbound on Highway 99. About that time, he was told Green had been
stopped north of Hominy.
At the scene, the investigator told a deputy to arrest Green for intimidating a state’s witness and kidnapping, and his thugs, identified as Chris Thornburg, Ronald Krushe, and Jason Towell, for kidnapping. The man and woman were released from the handcuffs.
The man told the investigator Green kept asking him questions about Green’s recent arrest
and the thugs elbowed him and told him that “he was not going to make it to Osage County.”
He added he was “in fear for his life and did not know what was going to happen to him.”
The woman mirrored his statement.
At his arraignment hearing May 18, the state requested $1 million dollar bond for Green,
but it was denied and set at $25,000. Green also was ordered to have no contact whatsoever
with the man and woman.

Summer is upon us, school is
out, and the time for recreation
and fun in the sun is here! With
summertime comes traffic to
and from the lakes, as well as numerous other endeavors that
you can enjoy across the state, including camping, riding horses,
motorcycles, and ATVs, and other activities too numerous to list
here. One thing that a lot of these activities have in common is
towing something to and from these locations. I am going to try and
touch on some of the basic safety issues to keep in
mind when towing a trailer.
One of the most important safety features that trailers come
equipped with are the safety chains or cables. These are required,
and must be in use when towing. These chains keep the trailer
attached to the vehicle should the coupling device break or otherwise
become disengaged. These chains or cables shall be of sufficient
size and strength to prevent parting from the towing vehicle. A
helpful hint when connecting your stay chains or cables is to cross
them under the tongue of the trailer. The stay chains or cables must
be attached in a manner to prevent the tongue from falling to the
ground, and crossing them allows the chains to catch it if it should
come off the coupling device.
Some larger trailers come equipped with an emergency breakaway
device. This device has a cable coming from it that must be attached
to the vehicle. If the trailer becomes disconnected from the vehicle,
when the cable is pulled tight, it automatically applies the trailer
brakes, preventing it from free-rolling. This device is required on
all trailers with a GVWR of 3000 lbs or more. Speaking of brakes,
state law requires that all brakes be maintained and in good working
order!
If you are breaking out this trailer for the first time since winter,
it’s a good idea to check the tires. Tires that sit for a long time
develop dry rot, flat spots, and lose pressure. Make sure that your
tires are in good working order, still have sufficient tread, and check
the pressure. Run the tires at the manufacturer’s suggested psi for
optimal performance.
Last but not least, we come to trailer lights. Make sure that all
your lights are functional. Plug them into the towing vehicle, and
check them all! Don’t assume that if they work in the daylight,
they will work at night, go ahead and check them with the towing
vehicle’s headlight switch turned on as well. If you are towing more
than one thing; in other words, towing in combination, only the
rearmost trailer’s lights must be operational.
Summertime is recreation time, and getting our toys to our
destination and back safely is the responsibility of every safe,
courteous driver. Lets all do our part to enjoy summer safely.
As always, thanks for reading, buckle up and be safe!

Computer interconnectivity has produced enormous
benefits, but has also enabled criminal activity that exploits
this interconnectivity for financial gain and other malicious
purposes, such as internet fraud, child exploitation, identity
theft, and terrorism. The Internet can give identity thieves,
hackers, and scammers online access to your computer, financial and personal information and more. Additionally,
today’s mobile devices are well integrated with the internet
and have far more functionality than mobile phones of the
past. They are increasingly used in the same way as personal computers, potentially making
them susceptible to similar threats affecting computers connected to the Internet.
For youths, the internet often serves as a positive and powerful arena for socializing and
learning. However, the use of the internet also brings about risks to their safety, including
the dangers of sexual solicitation, online harassment and bullying, and exposure to illegal
content. By discussing responsible socializing and communicating, parents -- regardless of
whether they are technologically savvy -- can help their kids make better decisions about
online behavior.
Efforts to address cybercrime include activities associated with protecting networks and
information, detecting criminal activity, investigating crime, and prosecuting criminals,
. The Administration has taken significant steps to better protect America against cyber
threats and has developed a pragmatic and focused cyber-security legislative proposal for
Congress to consider. The proposed legislation is focused on improving cyber-security for
the American people, our Nation’s critical infrastructure, and the Federal Government’s own
networks and computers.

OK Jailbirds is cooperating with the efforts of Oklahoma
Department of Human Services to impact the huge social
problem of irresponsible parents who are not paying the
child supports ordered by our courts.
If these biological-only parents won’t honor the courts
order, perhaps public shame will get their attention.
If you know how to reach any of the Deadbeat Parents found on this page, please call the Oklahoma Department of Human Services
Child Support HotLine at 1-800-522-8014
It’s ALL about the KIDS!
Importance of Child Support
Children are our future and child support helps make sure they have a chance at a
productive life. Children have the right to get support from both parents and do not
lose this right when a parent leaves the home.
When children do not receive child support, they can:
Suffer both Emotionally and Physically
Live within a Reduced Standard of Living
Have their Basic Needs Unmet
Become Non-Supportive when they become Parents.
When one or both parents do not support their children, taxpayers often pay the cost
of raising children. When children receive public assistance and their parents pay no
child support, all taxpayers bear the cost of supporting the children.

GRAND LARCENY
The Ponca City Police Department arrested a man April
24 after he allegedly strangled his estranged wife in front of
their baby.
Joshua Aaron Brown, 19, was supposed to watch he and
his wife’s two-month-old baby while she went out with
friends, she said. However, she believed Brown “ended up
taking some Xanax” and passed out on the couch, according
to the affidavit.
A friend drew pictures on Brown’s face while he was passed
out, sending Brown into a rage upon his reawakening.
In her words, they are separated because “he wants to
smoke weed and do pills and (she) doesn’t want that around
(her) kid.”
Brown then pushed his wife to the ground, grabbed her by
the hair and threw her against the wall, according to the affidavit. He scratched her several times and she tried to call 911, she said. However, this upset Brown even further, leading him to choke her until her vision started to blur, she said.
She kept her phone in her bra and tried to get a hold of it in order to call authorities,
but he grabbed it, ran outside the house and smashed the phone a couple blocks from the
scene. Brown then grabbed her again and started to hit her until a neighbor came outside
to confront him, she said.
After the confrontation, Brown ran back to his home. His wife followed him, only to
have him spit in her face upon the officers’ arrival. He was then arrested and booked on
complaints of domestic assault by strangulation, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana
and interfering with a 911 call.
Officers found marijuana in his pocket after a pat-down search, according to the affidavit.
Brown was also charged April 19 with possession of a controlled substance with intent
to distribute. In that case, he is accused of having 12 bags of marijuana with a total weight
of more than 65 grams in his car, according to court records. He also pleaded guilty to
knowingly concealing stolen property in January 2011 and was given a five-year deferred
sentence.
Brown was released on a $5,000 bond April 30. He will next appear in court at 2 p.m.
August 10 for his latest charges.

Ponca City and Kay County detectives arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of statutory
rape involving an 11-year-old girl April 27.
Michael Allen Kirchenbauer, has been under
investigation by the Ponca City Police Department since January after the girl’s grandmother
reported the assault. The victim said she and
Kirchenbauer had sex in her grandmother’s home
following an exchange of text messages.
Her grandmother told detectives that the victim was using her deceased husband’s cell phone
without her permission to send text messages, saying the girl was caught
with the phone several times even after attempting to hide it, according
to the affidavit.
During a forensic interview, the girl said she met Kirchenbauer
through another friend but did not know his last name. They had sex
from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. Nov. 3 of last year, she said. She waited outside
for him to arrive that evening because she did not want to wake her
grandmother.
The next day, they went to a creek and “just played around”, she
said. The victim added that Kirchenbauer did not use a condom when
they had sex.
She also said that she has had sex with four individuals in Kay County,
according to the affidavit.
Attempts to interview Kirchenbauer during the investigation were
unsuccessful, which led to the issuance of a warrant.
Kirchenbauer’s bond was originally set at $50,000 but was reduced to
$12,000 on the condition that he has no contact with the victim. However, he remains in the Kay County Jail.
He has pleaded guilty to three marijuana possession charges and
has a pending furnishing alcohol to minors case, according to court records. He is accused of forcing two 15-year-olds to drink warm vodka
and threatened to punch them if they refused, according to the affidavit.
He was given a two-year deferred sentence for the marijuana charges.
Kirchenbauer will next appear in court at 1:30 p.m. June 22.

Legislation aimed at closing
legal loopholes in deaths resulting from designer drugs has
been signed into law. Senate Bill
987 expands the definition of
murder in the first degree to include deaths resulting from the
manufacture or distribution of
a synthetic, or “designer drug”
as well as the manufacturing of
drugs that result in a death, as in a meth lab explosion. Gov. Mary
Fallin signed the bill into law.
Senator Susan Paddack said she filed the legislation after East
Central University students Stacey Jewell and Andrew Ackerman
died last year after using “2-Bromo Dragonfly,” a designer drug
still available on the Internet that can cause hallucinations, vomiting, seizures and rapid heartbeat. Prosecutors said because of how
the current law was written, the individual responsible could not be
charged with first degree murder.
“Designer drugs can be just as lethal as heroin or cocaine, but because our statutes did not specifically address them, prosecutors had
their hands tied when seeking justice,” said Paddack, D-Ada. “With
this new law, deaths resulting from the sale or manufacture of these
new drugs can be prosecuted as first degree murder cases.”
The legislation also expands the first degree murder definition to
include deaths from the manufacturing of drugs, such as meth lab
explosions.
“This new law will allow prosecutors to go after the dealers and
manufacturers of synthetic drugs and meth cooks when their product or manufacturing process leads to someone’s death,” said Senator Tom Newell, R-Seminole. “This legislation was long overdue and
had this sort of a law been in place, we may have seen fewer deaths
caused by synthetic drugs in Oklahoma communities last year.”
The new law becomes effective November 1, 2012.

Answer: The first
thing to understand in this discussion is that there is
only one race—the
human race. Caucasians, Africans,
Asians, Indians, Arabs, and Jews are
not different races.
Rather, they are different ethnicities of the human race. All human
beings have the same physical characteristics (with minor variations, of course). More importantly, all human beings are created
in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27). God loved the
world so much that He sent Jesus to lay down His life for us (John
3:16). The “world” obviously includes all ethnic groups.
God does not show partiality or favoritism (Deuteronomy 10:17;
Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11; Ephesians 6:9), and neither should
we. James 2:4 describes those who discriminate as “judges with
evil thoughts.” Instead, we are to love our neighbors as ourselves
(James 2:8). All forms of racism, prejudice, and discrimination are
affronts to the work of Christ on the cross.
Jesus commands us to love one another as He loves us (John
13:34). If God is impartial and loves us with impartiality, then we
need to love others with that same high standard. Jesus teaches in
Matthew 25 that whatever we do to the least of His brothers, we
do to Him. If we treat a person with contempt, we are mistreating
a person created in God’s image; we are hurting somebody whom
God loves and for whom Jesus died.
Racism, in varying forms and to various degrees, has been a
plague on humanity for thousands of years. Brothers and sisters of
all ethnicities, this should not be. Victims of racism, prejudice, and
discrimination need to forgive. Ephesians 4:32 declares, “Be kind
and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in
Christ God forgave you.” Racists may not deserve your forgiveness,
but we deserved God’s forgiveness far less.
What does the Bible say about Anger?

The Oklahoma State Bureau
of Investigation is offering
up to a $10,000 reward for
information leading to the arrest

involved in the murder of William
and Leota Huls November 9,
2008. An employee of their farm
found the couple dead of gunshot

OSBI agents have run numerous leads. “Investigators are hopeful
such a large reward will encourage someone to come forward with
information that will generate new leads,” Jessica Brown, OSBI PIO,
says.
The Craig County Sheriff’s Offi ce requested OSBI assistance with the
case the day the couple was found.
If anyone has information about the Huls’ murder, please contact

FACT:
Offenders could stop their
sexually violent behavior on
their own if they wanted to.
False. Wanting to change is usually
not enough to be able to change
the patterns that lead to sexual
offenses. To create the motivation
to change, some offenders need a
variety of treatment and corrective
interventions, and for others learning
how to make the change in their
own behavioral cycle of abuse is
more effective.

A Cleveland man faces a lewd molestation charge after telling Pawnee
County sheriff’s deputies he is in love
with his stepdaughter.
Greg Paul Bradbrook, 45, was arrested May 8 after an investigation
into the stepdaughter’s claims to a
school counselor that he was in love
with her and kissed her “the way two
lovers would”.
The victim said she did not want
Bradbrook to face jail time but that
she wanted him out of the house so
she could live a normal life, according to the affidavit.
The first incident between the two of them happened when she
was only 10 years old, she said.
When Bradbrook had a job, the incidents decreased, but when
he was out of work they intensified, the girl said. The victim also
reported that Bradbrook would regularly expose himself to her
when she looked at him.
The last reported incident happened a week before Bradbrook’s
arrest, court records show.
Bradbrook admitted in an interview that he wrote a letter professing his undying love for his stepdaughter when she was in
eighth grade. He also told officers he felt a “boyfriend and girlfriend” love for her.
After admitting to the fondling, Bradbrook said he knew what
he did and how he felt was wrong, adding that he needed help. He
also admitted to telling his stepdaughter that he wanted to have
sex with her, according to the affidavit.
Bradbrook remains in the Pawnee County Jail on a $100,000
bond. He will appear in court May 29 at 9 a.m.

Daiquiri Miller, a 34-year-old Tulsa woman, was jailed after a seventh
child was removed from her care after
the child tested positive for cocaine.
According to Tulsa Police, Miller’s
latest child (born on March 31st)
tested positive for cocaine after she
admitted to using marijuana, cocaine
and alcohol every single day during
her pregnancy.
She also asked health officials
“what took you so long” when they
arrived to take the child into protective custody.
Investigators say seven children have been removed from Miller’s custody over the years because of her continued drug use.
In 2000, 2009, and 2010, Miller gave birth to children who
tested positive for cocaine and marijuana when they were born. In
2009, she asked a health services worker “So are you taking him or
what” during an investigation.
On three other occasions, Miller had children taken away by the
Department of Human Services on accusations of abuse. In 1997,
a three month old was taken because of a suspicious broken leg.
In 1999, a child was taken after police became aware of her drug
use and feared neglect. In 2006, officers caught Miller smoking
cocaine next to her four-month-old daughter in a vehicle.
Miller has also been been arrested several times on prostitution
charges. Investigators say she solicited an undercover officer in
February while pregnant.
Miller was booked into the Tulsa City Jail and charged with child
abuse and two counts of prostitution. Her bail was set at $250,500.
