OFFICE DRAMA
A Stillwater man with a prior criminal history is
facing two felony charges of second-degree arson
after allegedly setting fire to the leasing office of an
apartment complex on two separate occasions, according to reports.
Trey Devon Christopher, 32, was initially arrested
on July 1 in connection with a fire reported on June
28 at the leasing office of the complex, where his
girlfriend resides.
The arsons may be linked to the woman being served a notice to vacate her apartment by the end of July.
Surveillance footage reportedly captured Christopher near the scene of the first
fire, pouring a liquid near the office door shortly before flames erupted. The video
appeared to show the suspect adding more fuel before fleeing the area on foot.
Reports state Christopher was later seen on convenience store security cameras
around the same time, attempting to purchase gasoline with a cooking oil bottle and
later buying gas using a debit card at another store before leaving on a bicycle.
Emergency crews responded to the structure fire at approximately 4:30 a.m. the
same day. The leasing office was unoccupied at the time.
A second fire occurred at the same location on July 1. Video from the scene reportedly showed a man walking toward the area just before another flash of fire was
recorded.
Officers recovered a plastic syrup bottle filled with a petroleum-based liquid near
the ignition site.
Christopher is being charged with arson in the second degree. His bond was set
at $15,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on August 19, 2025. ADAM

A hooded daredevil was caught on video recklessly scaling the Roosevelt Island tramway on
June 16 and sending cops scrambling to bring
him to safety has been charged in the stupid stunt.
Miguel Martinez, 20, of Oceanside, Long Island,
NY, was charged with reckless endangerment,
obstruction of governmental administration and
criminal trespass in the brazen incident that unfolded around 7 p.m., authorities said.
Footage shows the masked Martinez nonchalantly walking back and forth
along the gangway of the tramway’s 250-feet-tall support tower on the Manhattan side. At one point, he descends and climbs a series of short ladders on the
tower and makes his way out onto an I-beam barely wide enough to accommodate his feet, the nail-biting video shows.
Shocked New Yorkers called 911, prompting cops to respond to the scene in
climbing gear.
The brave first responders made their way to the tower’s peak, secured Martinez in safety gear and brought him down to the ground unharmed, police said.
The thrill-seeker was taken by paramedics to Weill-Cornell Medical Center,
according to the FDNY.
There was no indication that Martinez — who has no prior arrests in the Big
Apple — scaled the tower as part of a protest or for a cause, cops said.

DOG DAYS OF
SUMMER
An animal complaint call has led to the rescue
of over 40 dogs in deplorable conditions south of
Kellyville.
James peeks, 56, and Angela Peeks, 53, of Kellyville, were both charged July 23 with 42 counts
of felony cruelty to animals, in Creek County District Court.
According to the Creek County Sheriff’s Office,
on July 19, Creek County Deputies responded to
an animal complaint near Kellyville. Someone reported seeing over fifty dogs on a property without food or water.
When the deputies arrived, they found several
dogs running around in the yard and heard many
more barking inside the house. There was also a
bad smell coming from the house. The property
had old cars filled with rotting garbage outside,
no running water, and decaying food and trash
visible from the windows. The septic system was
also faulty.
The deputies got a search warrant for the property. After announcing themselves and not getting a response, they entered the
trailer and found a heartbreaking scene. There were 38 dogs of all ages and
breeds in the house, bringing the total to 42 abused dogs on the property. One
puppy had died, and there were five pregnant female dogs. The owners claimed
that they had been feeding and watering the animals every day.
Bond for each count for $20,000 with a bond total of $840,000 bond for both
suspects.
The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals and Big Bones Canine Rescue were contacted to coordinate the immediate removal and veterinary care of the dogs,
some of which were so emaciated they scored a 1 on the Purina Body Condition System. If you would like to help with the care of these animals, contact the
Oklahoma Alliance for Animals at 918-742-3700 or www.animalallianceok.org.
This case is still under investigation.

THAT'S METHED UP!
The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office said suspicious
activity is what led deputies to arrest a man in June.
According to arrest documents, just after midnight
on Thursday, June 26, a Wichita County Sheriff’s Deputy saw a person on a self-propelled scooter leave the
sidewalk and begin to travel northbound in the southbound lanes of Kemp Boulevard.
The deputy said he knew the location to be a high drug trafficking area, so he made
the block and found the rider on Buchanan Street. The deputy initiated a stop when the
rider attempted to cut across the parking lot of a church.
When the deputy asked the rider for an ID, he said he did not have one, but identified
himself as Justice Zimmer.
During a search of Zimmer, the deputy located a knife, several bullets, a hard metal
object Zimmer said was a tool, and a yellow plastic baggie with residue of what appeared
to be crystal methamphetamine.
Deputies said Zimmer also had a backpack that had a plastic cylinder holding two
more baggies, one with more residue and the other with a
crystal-like substance, both of which field-tested positive for
methamphetamine.
Zimmer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and booked into the Wichita County Jail with a bond
of $10,000.
At the time of publication, the Wichita County Jail log also
showed that Zimmer was charged with fraudulent use or
possession of identifying information, but information on the
charge was not available.
Zimmer’s total bail is set at $35,000.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 5
In this month’s “Drug Dealing For Dummies” lesson, we discuss how not one single person
on the planet wants to put drugs in their body that you just shoved up your poop chute!! That’s
right...if you are gonna try to hide your supply of drugs, the last place you should think about
putting them is in your prison wallet, as who in the world wants to ingest something you just
shoved up your butt and then defecated out on the floor!!
While “Drug Dealing For Dummies” is a guide, some things shouldn’t need to be said such
as...don’t do drugs, don’t sell drugs, don’t sell drugs in Brevard County (Fla.), and without question, don’t try to hide drugs when you are going to jail by shoving them up your anus!! Especially
when we constantly tell you that no matter where you hide your contraband, we are still going
to find it through our X-ray machine or during the strip search before you are taken to a cell!!
I mean let’s be honest folks, there are not a lot of places you can hide drugs when you are
being stripped search, so for us, its really a matter of after we put on our gloves do we go in your
mouth first to search for drugs or your prison wallet first!!
Sadly, not everyone reads “Drug Dealing For Dummies” as
lRobert Plummer found his way to jail once again after he attempted to flee from Deputies who were trying to stop him on
his bicycle. Plummer was just arrested days ago for resisting and
trying to pull a gun from a bag when Deputies were taking him into
custody!! Now here he is again, doing the same exact crap and
earning another ride in our courtesy shuttle to the Brevard County
Jail after he physically resisted Deputies again!!
The only difference in this time and his previous visit just days
before, is when he was taken into the changing area last night
to put on his new jail attire, he defecated on the floor and out
popped three separate baggies of drugs!! That’s right, he copped
a squat and defecated three separate baggies on the floor that
respectively contained 5.3 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, 4 grams of a substance that field
tested positive for meth, and a baggie that contained
5.29 grams of a substance that field tested positive for
cocaine!!
Well, regardless of how crappy he acted, we still got
him a not so nice room with no view at the jail and a
slightly used pair of shower slides to make his stay more
comfortable after he was charged with two counts of
Introduction of Contraband Into A Detention Facility,
Resisting An Officer With Violence, Resisting Without
Violence, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia!!

HAIR OF THE DOG
An 83-year-old Stroud man is facing hundreds of
charges of cruelty to animals after 404 dogs living in inhumane conditions were removed from his business.
According to the affidavit, a representative from a local
animal rescue group advised Stroud police officers that
Jerry Dean Hine told her he was going to a nursing home
soon and needed to thin out his dogs from his business in
the 1400 block of W. Main Street.
When she went to pick up the dogs on July 12, she saw
nine dogs who were in front of the store in a makeshift pen.
The dogs were in horrible conditions, ranging from feces
matted to their skin to some dogs having no hair due to skin issues. She told police that she
estimated there were 150 to 200 dogs inside of the building.
Once she realized the inhumane conditions the dogs were living in, she asked him if she
could take all the dogs. He refused and started yelling at her, calling her a whore and a b—-.
The woman told police that when she was at the business, she could hardly breathe due to
the odors of urine and fecal matter. Officers went to the business on July 14 and saw five small
dogs in the back of Hine’s truck. The dogs were matted with fecal matter and their hair was
grown around their eyes and mouths.
Hine said his helper had been gone for four days and he couldn’t keep up with grooming
the dogs.
When officers went inside Hine’s business, they were overwhelmed by the smell of urine and
feces. The reading of ammonia in the area was over 100 ppm - a reading of 20 ppm could
cause loss of eyesight in dogs.
After securing a search warrant, officers went back to the business with a representative
from the Tulsa Humane Society, who arranged for the dogs to be transported to their facility.
Veterinarians examined the dogs seized from the business. Many had severely matted hair
and seemed as though they weren’t able to excrete a bowel movement.
Some of the dogs also appeared to have had no human interaction, as they would cower if
someone tried to pick them up.
Hine is being charged with 408 counts of cruelty to animals. His bond was set at $25,000,
and he was scheduled to appear in court on July 31, 2025.

AMERICA’S DEADLIEST SHOOTINGS
ARE ONES WE DON’T TALK ABOUT
On any given day in America, an average of 63 of our mothers,
brothers, partners, and friends are taken from us by gun suicide.
But tomorrow’s deaths could be prevented. Give your loved ones
a second chance at life. Store your guns safely: locked, unloaded,
and away from ammo.

In June 2025, Deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle
from the Kia dealership in Melbourne, Florida, that had been
taken off of the lot the day before by an unknown suspect.
Later that evening, the vehicle was determined to be in the
area of West King Street in Cocoa, and the sheriff’s team went
to work!!
Deputy Keith Grosse of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office
Ag/Marine Unit subsequently observed the vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-thru line, pulled up to the menu board placing
an order, possibly for a Hamburglar Happy Meal!! Dep. Grosse pulled in behind the vehicle like he
was lining up to place an order as well, and then shortly after, officers from the Cocoa PD arrived on
scene to help block the vehicle in!!
The driver and only person in the car, Kenneth Miller, was taken into custody, and interestingly
enough, he told Deputies that he didn’t have a driver’s license, but wait that’s not all… Miller is already out on bond for driving while license suspended with knowledge, resisting an officer, reckless
driving, and failure to register a motor vehicle!!
So he is already out on bond for doing dumb criminal stuff and then decides to go steal a car!
And here’s where the case gets even better, or how about juicier than a Big Mac, Miller matches
the description of one of two males who test drove that same vehicle a few days prior!!
When Kia employees came to retrieve the vehicle, they brought two sets of keys with them from
the dealership but only one set worked!! The good news is that the other set of keys to the vehicle
weren’t lost as they were in Miller’s pocket!!
BCSO Agents believe Miller and the other suspect switched the set of keys during the test drive
allowing them to come back and steal the vehicle with no problems. And to top it all off, the tag on
the vehicle was from another Kia dealership!!
Another criminal is behind bars on no bond…I’m lovin’ it!! Did anyone other than me just hear the
music play for the McDonald’s jingle?

SHENANIGANS
MADE AN EXAMPLE
On July 11, a Logan County judge handed down a
prison sentence to Jennifer Jones, the former Town of
Coyle Clerk/Treasurer. She pleaded guilty in March to
six felony counts related to a complex embezzlement
scheme that misused tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars.
Jones, 40, appeared in court for sentencing after admitting to misappropriating over $63,000 in public funds
between 2018 and 2019. She and her husband, William
Jones, a fellow town employee at the time, received unauthorized payroll payments totaling more than $6,200.
An audit found that over 450 utility payments, totaling nearly $50,000, were credited to
customer accounts but never deposited into town bank accounts. Jones also deposited
four checks totaling $2,593.88 directly into her personal bank account and tried to deposit
a fifth for $3,252.17 before bank staff caught on. When questioned, Jones admitted to
taking the check from the town.
The audit revealed that the misappropriated funds made up more than 20% of the town’s
average annual revenue.
During sentencing, the court ordered the following:
Count 1 – Embezzlement: 8 years, with 5 years suspended
Count 2 – Embezzlement: 2 years
Count 3 – Embezzlement: 5 years, with 2 years suspended
Count 4 – Making False Entry Related to Public Funds: 20 years, with 17 years suspended
Count 5 – Making False Entry Related to Public Funds: 20 years, with 17 years suspended
Count 6 – Violation of Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act: 10 years, with 7 years suspended
All counts will run concurrently, meaning Jones will serve three years in prison, eligible for
release with good behavior, and then probation for the rest of her sentence. BRANDI
