DUI: SECOND FELONY OFFENSE
Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty PAYNE COUNTY 3 | JULY 2024
OOPS... I DID IT AGAIN
A 36-year-old Stillwater man who was released from
prison just 18 months ago, was arrested for drunk driving and crashing into a house, injuring his passenger,
on June 9.
According to the police report, a Stillwater police officer was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Walnut to
investigate an accident with injuries at approximately
2:26 p.m.
The accident occurred when a black SUV crashed into a house at the address.
When he arrived at the location, he saw Blake Jared Crawford and a female passenger
sitting on the ground next to the driver side door. The woman told him that her leg was
broken.
The officer asked if Crawford had been driving the vehicle, and she said yes.
She also said that she told Crawford to stop, but he wouldn’t.
While waiting for the ambulance to arrive, Crawford stated, “I f—-- up. I’ll go to prison.”
The woman told the officer that the man was drunk. The officer smelled alcohol on the
couple. He asked Crawford to move away from the woman so medical personnel could
treat her. After the man refused, the officer grabbed his arm and took him away from the
woman.
Crawford was unsteady on his feet, and he refused to speak to police about the accident. The woman said Crawford was drunk when he picked her up from a bar. He accused her of cheating, and he punched someone before they left. She also said Crawford
left the area speeding. She asked him to slow down, but he wouldn’t.
Crawford is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence
resulting in great bodily injury after the former conviction of a felony. His bond was set at
$20,000, and he was scheduled to appear in court on July 3, 2024.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 3
In This Chapter You Will Learn:
• Rule Number One: Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Two: No Matter What, Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Three: Don’t Fall Asleep With Your Hypodermic Needle In Your Lap
• Rule Number Four: Don’t Be A Criminal
To truly understand the importance of the four basic rules listed above, let’s follow
along with what happened last month to Megan Kachel, who could have easily avoided
all of this, but instead found herself in jail with everyone else who hasn’t read “Drug Dealing For Dummies”!!
Now this incident unfolds as FTO Darien Fedro was responding to the Kangaroo Gas
Station in Florida regarding a person sleeping in their car. When he located the vehicle,
he saw Megan Kachel asleep in the driver seat with the vehicle running and a loaded
syringe in her lap!! After Kachel was awakened from her slumber, she stepped out of the
vehicle and agreed to talk to a deputy whom she admitted to that the syringe in her lap
contained heroin!!
From there, a search of the vehicle revealed a bag on the front passenger seat which
was partially opened with another syringe sticking out. Inside the bag were multiple bags
that contained a substance that field tested positive for Fentanyl, ultimately weighing 2.9
grams and another bag containing approximately 1.5 grams of a crystal like substance
that field tested positive for meth!! And if that wasn’t enough, within one of the bags of
drugs were 3.5 pills which were identified as Alprazolam!!
Since Kachel didn’t follow Rules 1-3, it ultimately led her to Rule 4, so she was given
a free ride to jail on an $8,000 bond for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of
Fentanyl, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
As a courtesy, in the
future, it’s highly recommended keeping up with
the various chapters of
“Drug Dealing For Dummies” and especially follow Rule One from today’s
chapter, unless you want
to make a reservation for
yourself at the jail!!

POOL PARTY
Two people were arrested after they took a
U-Haul on a high-speed pursuit and crashed it
into a man’s swimming pool on June 9.
According to reports, a man was watching TV
in his bed at approximately 2 a.m. He said he was
watching a show that had a siren on. The siren
became louder, and he realized what was going
on.
According to Sapulpa police officers, Destiny
Meisha Livingstone, 39, and 31-year-old Kasey
Alan Haag took a whole box of lottery tickets from
Kum and Go. They tried to flee from officers in the
U-Haul van before crashing into a gate and fence
and driving straight into the pool.
One of the suspects took off on foot while another was taken into custody out of the swimming
pool.
Livingstone is being charged with attempted
robbery in the first degree, eluding/attempting to
elude a police officer, and malicious injury to property under $1,000.
Haag is being charged with attempted robbery
in the first degree, falsely personate another to
create a liability, and obstructing an officer.
Their bonds were set at $125,000, and they are scheduled to appear in court
on July 17, 2024.
We often receive calls asking if there is a price to keep
someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money
or favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting officer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.
Thank you and God Bless

vandalism at a Beverly Hills hotel.
In a series of posts to X on Saturday and Sunday, Garcia compared himself to Britney Spears and Donald Trump
and spoke about medical issues as well as his religious
beliefs.
Police say the boxer caused about $15,000 in damage
to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on Saturday.
After being booked, the fighter complained of a medical issue and was taken to Cedars
Sinai Medical Center.
He’s now out on bail.
“I feel like I’m Ryan Spears Aka Britney Spears,” he wrote in one post.
An attorney representing Garcia issued a statement that the boxer is going through some
mental health and family struggles.
“This comes at an extraordinarily challenging time for
Ryan, as he has been grappling with devastating news regarding his mother’s health,” said attorney Darin T. Chavez
with Tricarico Chavez LLP.
“First and foremost, we urge everyone to respect Ryan’s privacy during this difficult period. Ryan has been
open about his struggles with mental health over the years
and at this time he is dealing with an immense emotional burden. The support and understanding from fans and
the public are crucial as he navigates these personal challenges. We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the
resources he needs. Our team is committed to ensuring
that he receives the appropriate help and care to address
both his immediate and long-term well-being. We ask for
continued support and compassion as Ryan focuses on
his family and his health at this time.”
Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs) faces suspension from the New
York Athletic Commission after he tested positive for the
banned substance ostarine in the lead-up to his majority
decision victory over Devin Haney in April in a major upset.
Garcia floored Haney three times but was ineligible to
win the WBC junior welterweight title after he was 3.2
pounds overweight.
A decision is forthcoming from the commission, and his
victory could be overturned.

SHE SHED, HE SHED
A 45-year-old Wellston man was arrested after he
allegedly assaulted two people and threatened to burn
down a shed on June 7.
According to the police report, a Lincoln County
deputy was dispatched to a residence on Springwood
Drive at approximately 9:12 p.m to investigate an assault and battery. A woman said Andrew Lee Miller had
strangled her. A man at the location said Miller kicked
him in the head and poured gasoline all over his shed
and property, threatening to burn it down.
Officers surrounded an RV at the location and ordered Miller to step out of the vehicle
and show his hands. Officers also searched other residences and buildings in the area,
but they couldn’t find the suspect. They pinged a woman’s phone who was possibly with
him. Officers were concerned about the woman’s safety, but the pings were spread too
far apart.
Deputies located and detained the man the next day. Miller told a deputy that he had
been attacked with a machete.
During the investigation, the deputy learned that Miller had an issue with the man
and woman doing narcotics. At one point, they started arguing and Miller put his hands
around the woman’s neck. The man asked Miller why he did that to her. Miller replied,
“You think you are a big man too, huh.” At one point, Miller kicked the right side of the
man’s head, causing a blood vessel in the man’s eye to rupture.
Miller said he saw the couple shooting meth into their arms, so he told them to leave
the property. He said the man attacked him with a machete, so he defended himself by
pushing the man to the ground. He denied strangling the woman. He also said he didn’t
threaten to burn anyone’s property down.
A witness who saw part of the altercation told police that she saw the man attack Miller
with a machete. She said she saw Miller kick the man in the mouth in self defense.
Miller is being charged with arson in the fourth degree. His bond was set at $10,000,
and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 5, 2024.
