CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!
After tornadoes ravaged the Claremore community last month, one man decided he was going to take advantage and burglarize storm-damaged homes while cleanup efforts were underway.
Unfortunately for the suspect, Koby Thompson,
police heard about his plot and put it to a stop.
According to reports, Claremore Police officers
and Rogers County deputies learned about the
man’s plan on May 27. Officers then went to his home and arrested him as he
was leaving to commit the crime.
Reports state the man had some clothes to conceal his identity and some
burglary tools in his vehicle at the time of arrest.
After investigating the incident, police officers became aware that Thompson
had his eye on a certain house that he planned to burglarize. He believed there
were some firearms and other valuable items inside the home.
Authorities also arrested Thompson for outstanding felony warrants that were
out of the Cherokee Nation Attorney General’s Office. These warrants included
charges of endangering others while eluding and malicious injury to property.
Thompson is being charged with conspiracy to commit a burglary. Court date
and bond information were unavailable at the time of publication.

A Pryor man, who just happened to be a registered sex offender, was caught tapping into
his primal desires in full public view earlier this
month.
Roger Dale Gilley, 63, was charged June 6
with felony indecent exposure in Mayes County
District Court.
According to the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office, on June 5, deputies were dispatched to the Salina area around N 4418
Rd on reports of a male subject erroneously touching himself in public. Deputy Anaya responded, and in the course of her investigation, discovered Gilley,
who is a registered sex offender, was the suspect who was masturbating in
view of the public and had several witnesses describe his actions.
Deputy Anaya made an arrest on Gilley and he was booked at the Mayes
County Jail.

AROUND THE STATE
Trail-blazing
On June 4, around 7:45 p.m., an Officer attempted to stop a red Chevy sedan near 5100
S. Riverside. The sedan ran a red light and was
driving on the rim of the front passenger tire.
Instead of stopping, the Chevy drove onto the
River Parks pedestrian trails and continued driving south. The suspect put numerous pedestrians and cyclists in danger on the trail, forcing
some of them to jump out of the way to avoid being
hit.
Officers quickly mobilized in the area and set up
stop sticks ahead of the pursuit, successfully deflating the driver side tires. The Chevy stopped near
7100 S. Riverside on the trail.
Officers gave the driver, identified as Wayne
Seward, numerous commands to exit the vehicle,
but he refused. Pepper balls were deployed in a
attempt to coerce the suspect out of the car. Ultimately with the help of a K9 Officer, Seward was
taken into custody.
Wayne Seward was arrested for Eluding and Obstructing Justice.

vandalism at a Beverly Hills hotel.
In a series of posts to X on Saturday and Sunday, Garcia compared himself to Britney Spears and Donald Trump
and spoke about medical issues as well as his religious
beliefs.
Police say the boxer caused about $15,000 in damage
to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on Saturday.
After being booked, the fighter complained of a medical issue and was taken to Cedars
Sinai Medical Center.
He’s now out on bail.
“I feel like I’m Ryan Spears Aka Britney Spears,” he wrote in one post.
An attorney representing Garcia issued a statement that the boxer is going through some
mental health and family struggles.
“This comes at an extraordinarily challenging time for
Ryan, as he has been grappling with devastating news regarding his mother’s health,” said attorney Darin T. Chavez
with Tricarico Chavez LLP.
“First and foremost, we urge everyone to respect Ryan’s privacy during this difficult period. Ryan has been
open about his struggles with mental health over the years
and at this time he is dealing with an immense emotional burden. The support and understanding from fans and
the public are crucial as he navigates these personal challenges. We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the
resources he needs. Our team is committed to ensuring
that he receives the appropriate help and care to address
both his immediate and long-term well-being. We ask for
continued support and compassion as Ryan focuses on
his family and his health at this time.”
Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs) faces suspension from the New
York Athletic Commission after he tested positive for the
banned substance ostarine in the lead-up to his majority
decision victory over Devin Haney in April in a major upset.
Garcia floored Haney three times but was ineligible to
win the WBC junior welterweight title after he was 3.2
pounds overweight.
A decision is forthcoming from the commission, and his
victory could be overturned.

DRUG DEALING FOR DUMMIES:
CHAPTER 3
In This Chapter You Will Learn:
• Rule Number One: Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Two: No Matter What, Don’t Be A Drug Dealer
• Rule Number Three: Don’t Fall Asleep With Your Hypodermic Needle In Your Lap
• Rule Number Four: Don’t Be A Criminal
To truly understand the importance of the four basic rules listed above, let’s follow
along with what happened last month to Megan Kachel, who could have easily avoided
all of this, but instead found herself in jail with everyone else who hasn’t read “Drug Dealing For Dummies”!!
Now this incident unfolds as FTO Darien Fedro was responding to the Kangaroo Gas
Station in Florida regarding a person sleeping in their car. When he located the vehicle,
he saw Megan Kachel asleep in the driver seat with the vehicle running and a loaded
syringe in her lap!! After Kachel was awakened from her slumber, she stepped out of the
vehicle and agreed to talk to a deputy whom she admitted to that the syringe in her lap
contained heroin!!
From there, a search of the vehicle revealed a bag on the front passenger seat which
was partially opened with another syringe sticking out. Inside the bag were multiple bags
that contained a substance that field tested positive for Fentanyl, ultimately weighing 2.9
grams and another bag containing approximately 1.5 grams of a crystal like substance
that field tested positive for meth!! And if that wasn’t enough, within one of the bags of
drugs were 3.5 pills which were identified as Alprazolam!!
Since Kachel didn’t follow Rules 1-3, it ultimately led her to Rule 4, so she was given
a free ride to jail on an $8,000 bond for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of
Fentanyl, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
As a courtesy, in the
future, it’s highly recommended keeping up with
the various chapters of
“Drug Dealing For Dummies” and especially follow Rule One from today’s
chapter, unless you want
to make a reservation for
yourself at the jail!!

TROOPER TROUBLE
An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper is facing serious
sexual abuse charges after a supervisor discovered questionable footage on his subordinate’s dashcam footage.
According to reports, Trooper Jackie Lee Rhinehart,
52, stopped the driver of a semi for speeding on I-44
near Big Cabin. The driver of the semi, who spoke broken
English, said Rhinehart gestured toward the sleeper of
the semi. She understood that gesture to mean that he
wanted a sexual encounter with her.
After the trooper gave Rhinehart a warning, he allegedly climbed into the semi and rubbed his genital’s on the
woman’s leg. When she got out of the cab, she stated the trooper then indicated that he
wanted her to perform a sex act on him.
The woman told investigators that she was scared. During the encounter, she said she
thought about recording what was going on or even calling 911, but she didn’t want to
cause more trouble with the trooper.
Reports state the trooper’s dash cam showed him pointing at his chest and saying, “Camera.”
Even though the traffic stop was over at that point, the trooper went to his patrol car and
stopped the in-car recording. He also positioned his patrol car so it stopped showing the
truck’s cab.
The woman told investigators the trooper then returned to her truck. She said she felt
pressured, like she had to perform the sex act on the trooper.
According to a statement released by OHP, the incident was discovered when a supervisor performed a routine check of dashcam video on March 13. The supervisor noticed the
trooper’s unusual interactions with the truck driver. An investigation was conducted, and
officials contacted the victim.
Rhinehart was placed on administrative leave.
Rhinehart is being charged with forcible sodomy and sexual battery. His bond was set at
$50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 26, 2024.

CAPTAIN OBVIOUS
A 32-year-old man was arrested on May 20 after he allegedly hit another vehicle head on while
he was under the influence of alcohol.
The suspect, Denis Kinu, also left the scene before police officers arrived.
According to the affidavit, a Miami police officer
was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Main to investigate a two vehicle accident. When he arrived
at the location, he observed that two vehicles had
collided head-on in the northbound turning lane
on S. Main Street.
A female driver told him that the other driver, later identified as Kinu, had fled
the scene. He was driving a white car.
The female driver’s passenger told the officer they were stopped on S. Main
facing northbound in the westbound turning lane at S. Main and Steve Owens
Boulevard. He saw the white car driving southbound in the 200 block of S. Main,
driving in a “snake pattern” in the opposite lane. The driver of the white car then
hit their vehicle head on and left the scene.
Another officer found Kinu at the intersection of 5th and A St. SW. Denis told
officers he was driving a white car. When an officer asked him if he had been in
an accident, he said no. The officer then asked him where his white car was.
Kinu pointed toward the scene of the accident.
While speaking to the man, the officer noticed that Kinu smelled like alcohol,
his eyes were red and glossy, and he was unsteady on his feet. Dispatch also
advised that the man had a suspended license.
Kinu is being charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving
with license canceled/suspended/revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court
on June 28, 2024.
