WHERE THE BAD
PEOPLE GO
A Claremore man has been sentenced to 50 years in
prison after he was convicted of sharing a video of himself
sexually abusing a toddler.
On October 2, U.S. District Judge John D. Russell
sentenced Brayden Kent Bull, 26, for Aggravated Sexual
Abuse of a Minor Under 12 in Indian Country, Production of
Child Pornography, and for the Receipt and Distribution of
Child Pornography. Judge Russell ordered Bull to be sentenced to 600 months imprisonment, followed by a lifetime
supervised release. Upon his release, Bull will also be required to register as a sex offender.
“This 50 year sentence of imprisonment is direct consequence of the severity and depravity
of Bull’s criminal conduct,” said U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. “To combat child predators it
takes a community effort. Parents, teachers, caregivers, and law enforcement are vital players
in this effort. I want to commend all those that helped bring this sexual predator to justice.”
“Those who produce, share, and view images of child sexual abuse materials create a lasting cycle of trauma and victimization, making these offenses extremely harmful,” said acting
Special Agent in Charge Travis Picard HSI Dallas. “Identifying child predators particularly those
involved in the sexual abuse of innocent children requires a collaborative effort in bringing them
to justice. We greatly appreciate the strong partnerships we have with our law enforcement
colleagues, ensuring this individual will never harm a child again.”
According to court documents, Bull admittedly filmed himself sexually abusing a toddler he
was babysitting. Bull then shared the video on social media. Law enforcement received several
CyberTips that led them to Bull. After a search warrant was conducted, law enforcement found
additional material that showed explicit videos of children being sexually abused.
Bull is a citizen of the Navajo Nation and will remain in custody pending transfer to the U.S.
Bureau of Prisons.
Homeland Security Investigations and the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office investigated the
case.

AROUND THE NATION
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A Miami Beach Corvette owner faced an unusual situation when he discovered an
intruder trapped inside his car and asked him for help
to get out.
“My brother, this is not your car, this is my car,” Julio
Solano, the owner of the car told 33-year-old Ravesh
Rabindranauth.
“Can I get out?” Rabindranauth was heard asking
Solano while being recorded on the victim’s cellphone.
“No, you can’t get out. We’re calling the cops,” Solano replied.
Solano told a local news station that he was stunned when he returned to his car after
breakfast and found Rabindranauth sitting inside, pleading for help.
The incident unfolded at a parking garage on Washington Avenue and 16th Street in
Miami Beach.
Miami Beach police arrived on the scene and arrested Rabindranauth, who now faces
burglary charges.
Julio Solano believes that while Rabindranauth managed to break into the vehicle, he
was unable to start it or escape due to the car’s security system.
“The car’s electrical components don’t function without the keys, and fortunately, he
didn’t know about the manual door release under the seat,” said Solano.
Investigators said Solano had notified the owner of Premiere Auto Miami 1, an exotic
car rental company that stores its vehicles in the garage.
Authorities said Rabindranauth was read his Miranda rights and agreed to speak with
the officers. A routine records check revealed no local criminal history or outstanding
warrants.
Jail records show he is facing one count of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance.
He was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where his bond was
set at $2,500.

A former Nowata Public Schools superintendent was taken into custody on the morning of
October 8 after he crashed the vehicle he was
driving into a concrete barrier on the Creek Turnpike in Tulsa.
After a thorough investigation, Leon Ashlock,
47, was escorted to the Tulsa County Detention
Center on suspicion of DUI.
According to reports, Ashlock was allegedly driving a vehicle owned by
Muldrow Public Schools, where he is the current superintendent. An off-duty
firefighter followed the vehicle and relayed information to the Tulsa Police Department of the driver’s erratic driving. Ashlock then crashed into the barrier.
Officers arrived at the scene of the crash and allegedly discovered two bottles
of 100-proof cinnamon schnapps within reach of the driver. One bottled reportedly had several of ounces left, while the other was completely empty.
Ashlock was very unsteady on his feet, his eyes were red, watery, and bloodshot and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and person. His actions were lethargic and he seemed confused. He could not explain
to officers why he was in Tulsa, where he was coming from, or where he had
been, reports state.
The Probable Cause Statement said Ashlock failed all his field sobriety tests
and showed signs of impairment.
As of press time, no charges have been filed in Tulsa County District Court.
Ashlock served as the superintendent of Nowata Public Schools from 2015-
2018. He’s held subsequent positions at Tahlequah and Cashion before being
hired in Muldrow this school year.

AROUND THE STATE
Gotta give kudos to a Jennings man who was
so determined to get to his court date on time in
Pawnee that he “borrowed” a LifeNet truck to get
there. But, alas, it was all for nothing.
Kody Ray Adams, 28, was charged September
25 with larceny of a motor vehicle, in Payne County District Court.
According to OHP, Adams was at a gas station
in Stillwater on September 24 asking people for a ride to Pawnee County for his
court date. When he couldn’t find a ride, he decided to hop in an unoccupied
LifeNet ambulance supervisor vehicle that had been left running.
OHP Ryan Trooper Long caught Adams at the courthouse walking in after
Adams had ditched the vehicle. Trooper Long arrested him after he admitted to
“borrowing” the vehicle, took him up to his court date, and then took him right
back to Payne County.
And guess what the court date was for??? Possession of a stolen vehicle.
Adams’ next court date was set for October 1, which he missed because
he was still in Payne County jail, and bond for the Pawnee County charge was
revoked.

THAT'S METHED UP!
TSA detects methamphetamine concealed in traveler’s groin at Philadelphia International Airport
When a Transportation Security Administration
checkpoint scanner at Philadelphia International Airport
alarmed in the groin area of a Columbia County, Pa.,
man yesterday (September 30), a shotgun shell that appeared to be tampered with was
removed from beneath the man’s clothing.
A closer inspection of the altered shotgun shell determined that the white powder that
had been concealed inside of the shell was not an explosive. Philadelphia Police determined that the shell contained methamphetamine and arrested the man, a resident of
Orangeville, Pa., on a state charge.
Shotgun shells as well as any caliber of ammunition are prohibited from being carried
through a security checkpoint.
“Our focus is in ensuring that nobody attempts to bring explosives onto a flight,” said
Gerardo Spero, TSA’s Federal Security Director for the airport. “We use technology and
the skills of our officers and explosives experts to help ensure that explosives do not get
past our checkpoints.
“In this instance, our explosives experts conducted a test to determine what the mysterious white powdered substance
was and fortunately it was determined not to be an explosive. It
is disappointing to see individuals
attempt to hide items on their person or among their carry-on items
in an attempt to conceal them.
We are not looking for drugs,
but when we come across them,
we alert law enforcement and let
them handle the situation.”
Spero commended his officers
and explosives specialist for their
expert handling of the situation.
“It was a good catch and a job
well done by all involved, including our law enforcement partners,” he said.
Shotgun shells as well as any
caliber of ammunition is prohibited from being carried through a
security checkpoint.

TICKET, PLEASE
49-year-old Lori Ann Dobias-Castillo of Neosho, Missouri, allegedly stole a casino ticket at the
River Bend Casino in Wyandotte on August 22.
According to the police report, a Wyandotte
Nation police officer was dispatched to investigate the incident at approximately 3:55 a.m. The
officer spoke with a security supervisor, who said
Dobias-Castillo stole a ticket and cashed it out.
She then tried to leave the casino. Security stopped the woman before she left
with the cash from the ticket, which totaled $2,808.54.
The supervisor told the officer that the woman was known for stealing other
patrons’ tickets and committing fraud by playing other player’s club cards for
free play.
The officer spoke with the victim, who said his ticket was printed by accident.
A woman took the ticket while he wasn’t looking.
The officer spoke with Dobias-Castillo, who said she found a ticket that she
thought was just worth $28. She said after she cashed it, she decided it was
time to leave the casino.
The woman handed the officer $2,708. When he asked where the rest of the
money was, she pulled a one-hundred bill from her pocket and handed it over.
The officer then told her she was banned from tribal property for 30 days.
Dobias-Castillo is being charged with grand larceny. Her bond was set at
$5,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on November 4, 2024.
