A Tulsa man was arrested after he allegedly left 16 threatening
phone calls on a Marlow church’s
answering machine.
Gary Lance Mister Watts Jr., 36,
apparently didn’t like the church or
one of the church’s members.
Sounds like someone needs to
pray about it!
On September 24, a Marlow police officer was dispatched to the
church in the 400 block of W. Main
shortly after 1 p.m. The pastor told
the officer his church received a total of 16 threatening messages from August 7 to September 20 from
the same person. He said he knew for certain the voice on the messages belonged to Watts.
One of Watts’s family members attended the church. The pastor
said he wasn’t sure what issues Watts had against the church itself.
The officer listened to several of the messages allegedly left by
Watts. According to the affidavit, the messages were very obscene
and contained foul language. On the messages, Watts used vulgar
language and “obscene” cuss words toward the church member and
his family, and the church.
On October 1, the officer went back to the place of worship and
recorded the messages left by Watts. Watts also sent threatening
emails to the church.
The church member who the messages were directed at told the
officer he was certain the voice on the messages belonged to Watts.
Watts is being charged with obscene/threatening/harassment by
use of an electronic device. His bond was set at $5,000, and he is
scheduled to appear in court on November 3, 2015.
Watts the problem?

Frank Anthony Espinoza, 56, was arrested October 8 after he allegedly took
some drugs and caused another driver to
run off the road. The El Reno man then
crashed his truck and left the scene.
According to the police report, a state
trooper was dispatched to a store in
Foster at approximately 4:55 p.m. for a
hit-and-run accident. A man at the store
said he was driving westbound on SH 29
when he saw a black truck traveling eastbound. As they were meeting, the truck
went left of center and the victim ran off
the roadway, hitting a tree.
The victim then followed the truck while flashing his lights, trying
to get the man to stop. The man never stopped, so the victim went to
the store and called the police.
The trooper drove east on SH 29 looking for the vehicle. She was
advised a truck had wrecked and was abandoned on 21 Mile Road.
Someone stopped and told the trooper the owner of the truck worked
at a nearby drilling site.
The trooper went to the rig site and made contact with Espinoza.
She took the man to the scene of the abandoned truck. He admitted
he had been driving the truck.
Espinoza appeared to be under the influence of something – his
speech was slurred, he was unsteady on his feet, and he seemed to
have trouble with coordination.
Some sobriety tests revealed the man was most definitely not sober.
The trooper went back to the store. Another woman told her she
saw Espinoza’s truck drive into the ditch twice. She said she also had
to drive off the roadway to avoid a collision.
Espinoza is being charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and leaving scene of accident involving
damage. He was released on a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on December 8, 2015.

Marlow man Gregory Dean Neve Jr., 31, allegedly stole a bunch of stuff and tried to sell
some of it online.
Unfortunately for him, the victim found the
stolen stuff online, which ultimately led to the
man’s arrest.
According to the affidavit, the victim reported some stuff had been stolen from a
shop building located east of CR 296 on Hope
Territory Road. He told a Stephens County
deputy that he hadn’t been at the shop for a
while, but when he returned, the garage door
and side door were open and stuff was missing.
Some of the items missing included a Polaris, a 4-wheeler, a boat,
a chainsaw, weed eaters, rods and reels, fishing tackle, and hunting
blinds.
On October 7, the victim contacted the police department with some
new information. He saw one of his stolen items online, so he looked up
the phone number associated with the item.
The phone number led the victim to some other listings; he noticed
a business in the background of one of the pictures. Apparently, Neve
had sold some copper and batteries to the business.
Police went to Neve’s residence in the 7300 block of Whitetail Drive.
While they were speaking to his brother, he drove from behind the
house riding in a camo Polaris that looked like the one the victim reported as stolen.
Neve couldn’t tell the officer where he got the vehicle from. The vin
number matched the one belonging to the victim.
Neve was placed under arrest. During the arrest, an officer found
a pipe containing a burnt residue that smelled like marijuana in the
man’s pocket. During booking, an officer found a baggy containing a
green leafy substance that tested positive for marijuana.
Police found more of the victim’s stolen items on Neve’s property.
Neve is being charged with knowingly concealing stolen property
and possession of controlled dangerous substance. His bond was set at
$50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on November 18, 2015.

What you’re saying
about this on...
Thomas M: This is the most ridiculous question I’ve heard all day
Okjailbirds: But it’s important to a lot of people in this state.
Landon C: Find a different way to extract oil and natural gas, and you can make
fracking illegal.
Nic T: Fracking causes earthquakes!
Marilyn R: Oklahoma is an energy producing state, we depend on oil field to
feed our families. So the state shakes some at least we are still surviving and maybe the
shaking will keep our state from being so populated
Jaylan H: Yea if you people like walking everywhere
Lester H: Been n patch 30 yes there were earthquake s b4 cracking grow up liberals
Joe M: This drawing is deceiving. A typical water table is approximately <100-350’ in Oklahoma. Generally with a horizontal well like this one the operator will drill 7,000’ or more before making the “curve.” This would put you over a mile below the water table. Shawn G: Obvious who is in the oil and gas industry. What no one cares what it is doing to the ground water? It is all being determined by money and greed with no regard to the ramifications it will bring in the future. Christopher F: Thank God for the patch!! It feeds my family, and many of my friends families!! Allen G: Sure is you wanna pay 10$ a gallon for gas because OPEC will have all the control Chris M: That graphic is so far from the truth. So much much much further from the water table.. Jonathan J: Do you drive a vehicle? Ryan F: If they abide by the epa laws then the govt should stay the hell out of it! Theyre already sticking their noses where it doesnt belong Karyn C: It’s it going to pollute our drinking water? Destroy our farming land? Pollute the air? Hurt our children? Grandchildren? Us? Pollute our land where we live, play, work? If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of these, then no. John M: Yes and yes Travis B: Oil companies will all be shut down before long. It’s just a matter of time and technology. But then there are people that think oil will last forever! Lmao Jerrod A: That’s what gives me all these nice things and good living Lester H: If u don’t like the oilfield u need to walk everywhere u go and heat your homes n children the best way u know how n cook the best way u can because without the patch their is no of the other n if u work down the road n one way or another its gonna affect ya. And as far as ur water spray chemical s has probably done more had than the patch if its done right RJ W: No Should fracking be illegal? Should local governments be able to outlaw it if the state won’t? your thoughts on fracking If you have any information on the whereabouts of these individuals, please contact your local sheriffs department JACOB ALAN TEAGUE Offense: MOTION TO REVOKE FALSE DECLARATION OF OWNERSHIP IN PAWN Bond: $10,000 CANDICE LEANN AMOS Offense: MOTION TO REVOKE POSS OF CDS; FTP- POSS OF CDS bond: $62,295 NATHAN DESHANE TAFF Offense: FTA- POSS OF CDS AFCF Bond: $10,000 EDDIE LEE FALKNER, III Offense: LARCENY OF MERCHANDISE FROM RETAILER, ASSAULT AND BATTERY; MOTION TO REVOKE POSS OF CDS AND KNOWINGLY CONCEALING STOLEN PROPERTY bond: $25,000 Most wanted november 2015 | 9 Missing Children Persons with information on missing children should contact: O.S.B.I. at (405) 848-6724 Aylin Perez-Zelaya Missing Since: 8/11/2015 Age Now: 15 Missing from: Boerne, TX Tyler Larson Missing Since: 9/27/2015 Age Now: 17 Missing from: Sand Springs, OK Brianna Villela Missing Since: 9/9/2015 Age Now: 15 Missing from: Allen, TX Amanda Donlan Missing Since: 4/17/2015 Age Now: 17 Missing from: San Antonio, TX Destiny Mathis Missing Since: 1/25/2015 Age Now: 16 Missing from: OKC, OK Pedro Valle Missing Since: 9/11/2015 Age Now: 16 Missing from: OKC, OK Lexys Green Missing Since: 8/6/2015 Age Now: 15 Missing from: Houston, TX Dillion Henderson Missing Since: 9/16/2015 Age Now: 17 Missing from: Austin, TX Jada Calvin Missing Since: 9/30/2015 Age Now: 16 Missing from: Fort Worth, TX 10 | november 2015 Stephens County Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty DANNY BARKLEY PUBLIC INTOX JUSTIN BARTON FTA- OBTAINING PROPERTY BY FALSE PRET LAURA BRATCHER OBSTRUCTION ERIC BREATH POSS marijuana TRACI CARPENTER fta/ftp- OBTain CASH by BOGUS CHECK RAMONDO CARR ENDEaVoRING TO DISTRIBUTE To Be A PerfecT PArenT. On October 6, a Chickasha officer was dispatched to the store in the 2000 block of S. First Street shortly after 2 p.m. to investigate a shoplifting incident. When the officer arrived, she made contact with an asset protection employee, who said she saw 33-year-old Kathryn Suzanne Garcia steal $49.22 worth of merchandise from the store. The officer viewed security footage of the incident and watched as Garcia selected some makeup and put it in her jacket. She then proceeded to walk to the front of the store. Garcia tried to purchase other stuff at a register, but for some reason she ended the transaction. She walked past all the registers with the stolen makeup still in her jacket. The employee caught her just as she was walking out the door. Garcia told the officer a woman whose name she didn’t know brought her to the store to select some items from an old receipt she had. The unknown female told Garcia to return the items she selected for money. Instead, Garcia decided to go to the cosmetics department and grab some stuff. She told the officer she was being “stupid.” Garcia also said she smoked meth the night before with her friend and took some Clonazepam that morning. She had no clue which town she was in. The officer placed the woman under arrest and transported her to jail. Garcia is being charged with larceny of merchandise from a retailer. She was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on November 13, 2015. According to the affidavit, a Chickasha officer was dispatched to Washita Valley Park shortly after 6 p.m. to investigate a report of a fight. When he arrived, there were several teens on scene that said they were involved in a fight with Allen’s kids. One of the scrappers said Allen pulled up to the altercation, pulled out a knife and asked the juveniles if they “wanted to get cut.” Allen then allegedly grabbed a girl’s hair and stabbed her in the leg and chin. The victim had injuries consistent with being cut by a knife. Unfortunately for Allen, kids these days like to document everything on their phones, and guess what – one of them recorded a video of mama gone crazy. In the video, there was a woman who looked just like Allen holding a knife. The maternal assailant didn’t try to deny anything. During an interview with Allen, the woman admitted that she went straight to the park when she heard about the fight. When an officer asked her if she wanted to speak to him about it, she replied, “You saw the video. I don’t need to say anything.” The knife-wielding mom was placed under arrest and transported to jail. Allen is being charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. She was released on a $20,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 14, 2015. The Chickasha man initially tried to blame some innocent man named Bubba for the theft, but his story just didn’t make sense. On September 26, a man reported that his truck had been stolen. Two days later, Sanders was arrested because the keys were found in his possession. He told the arresting officer that he bought the vehicle from Bubba for $100 and he planned to return it to his cousin – but he didn’t. On September 29, Sanders told a Chickasha officer the same story, but multiple inconsistencies in his account of the events made the officer doubt the man. When he told the suspect this, Sanders admitted that he stole the vehicle from his cousin, not Bubba. According to the police report, he said he was walking by the victim’s home when he saw the truck and decided, for whatever reason, to get inside. He noticed the keys were in the truck, so he turned on the air conditioner because it was hot outside. Sanders said he waited to see if his cousin was going to come home, but he never did. So, Sanders said he just drove off, stealing the vehicle. He said he parked it a few blocks from his house because he didn’t want to get caught with the vehicle at his residence. When Sanders was arrested, police found two checks in his wallet that belonged to other people. Once again, the man’s stories about how he got the checks just didn’t make sense. Sanders is being charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property. His bond was set at $15,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on November 10, 2015. Blame it on Bubba sanders Advertising in OK Jailbirds is well worth it. Reach more than just your local area.
