TULSA, Okla. – In April, Tulsa officers were dispatched to a gas station on 61st and 169 regarding a victim that someone ran over.
The victim, an Amazon delivery driver, informed police that she had parked the delivery truck at a gas pump.
The Amazon worker left her vehicle at the pump and went inside.
When she stepped out of the gas station to make her way back to the vehicle, the victim reported that a coworker ran her over.
The coworker was identified as Jemeya Smith. Smith was in a silver sedan at the time of the incident.
According to Tulsa police, surveillance video found the incident to match the victim’s accounts of the crime.
The victim stated that Smith was allegedly stalking and harassing her for months.
In May, Smith was charged with Assault with A Deadly Weapon, and in June she was booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
