VETERAN OF THE
PSYCHIC WARS
Claremore man Tommy Russell Goodman, 73, pleaded
not guilty after being charged with terrorism last month for
allegedly threatening Donald Trump supporters.
According to reports, Claremore police officers arrested
Goodman on November 7 after several people reported
he had threatened them. Goodman reportedly threatened
multiple neighbors, two bank employees, and a real estate agent due to their support of President-elect Donald
Trump.
In October 2024, two of the man’s neighbors filed a police report against him after he
threatened them for several months for supporting Trump. He allegedly told them that he had
orders to shoot people who were wearing red hats on Election Day. He also reportedly told one
neighbor that he would “take action” if there was any civil unrest after the election.
Another neighbor said Goodman vandalized his house with paint and threw trash and dead
animals onto his property, driving the family out of their home for displaying a Trump flag.
That neighbor said Goodman then tried to find out the family’s new address with an “address correction requested” letter. Part of the letter said, “When Trump starts his civil war, many
will be killed.
The neighbor’s real estate agent showed officers video from her cell phone that showed
Goodman calling her a “Trump Nazi.”
Goodman also allegedly threatened to take an AK-47 to a local bank. He also displayed a
Nazi flag on his truck and sent a letter to a neighbor who had a Trump flag on their residence.
He addressed the letter to the “Claremore Nazi Party.”
Goodman is being charged with terrorism in the alternative of terrorism hoax, possession
of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and unlawful possession of a controlled drug
with intent to distribute. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on
February 13, 2025. NATHANIEL

TRAIN VS. MUSTANG -- Driver arrested for DUI
On December 14, just before 2:00 a.m., Officers responded to a call of a Ford Mustang Convertible on the
tracks in the area near 100 S. Guthrie Avenue.
The driver of the Mustang, 22-year-old Cody Tungate, later admitted to Officers that he left a car meet
event commonly known as a “Street Takeover”.
Several citizens observed Tungate attempting to
drive the convertible from the tracks, and said they had
to drag him from the vehicle as a train was rapidly approaching. At the same
time, another individual attempted to drive the vehicle from the tracks but was
unsuccessful.
The oncoming train was unable to stop in time and collided with the car, likely
totaling the vehicle. No one was injured.
Cody Tungate displayed multiple signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI
and Transporting an Open Container.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.

COOL CHANGE
Two men with extensive criminal backgrounds
in Mayes County were caught in the act of stealing air conditioning units from a local service company.
Richard Winter, 38, and Dale Littlefield, 64, both
of Pryor, were charged December 10 with possession of stolen copper, in Mayes County District
Court.
Pryor Creek Police Chief Jeremy Cantrell said in
a press release that on the morning of December
4, Pryor Creek police officers were advised of a
larceny at Melton’s AC & Appliance Service where
a white truck pulling a trailer loaded up old AC
units and drove off.
Mayes County deputies located the vehicle and
conducted a traffic stop on it. The occupants
were Winter and Littlefield.
Pryor Creek Officers arrived and took both men
into custody and transported them to the Mayes
County Jail.
Bond for both
men was set at
$5000 each and
both are scheduled to next appear in court on
January 9 for their preliminary hearing.
We often receive calls asking if there is a price to keep
someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money
or favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting officer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.
Thank you and God Bless

SOUTHERN
SHENANIGANS
TYLER, Texas (KLTV/Gray News) - Texas authorities arrested
at least two men involved in a $400,000 scheme to steal Lego
sets from Walmart and Target stores across four states and resell
them online.
Brian Keith Fleming, 33, and Ladarion Dontre Anderson, 33,
were arrested. According to an affidavit, the scheme involves 10
people and has operated for at least two years.
On Oct. 14, 2022, a trooper noticed 19 unopened Cricut machines during a traffic stop, and according to the affidavit, the
driver could not explain why they were in the car or where the
machines came from.
The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant and the
trooper reached out to Walmart and Target to determine if the
machines were stolen.
Authorities obtained a search warrant for two cell phones that
were in the car and the text history on those devices helped them
launch an investigation that crossed state borders.
The phones revealed conversations about stealing Cricut machines to sell to a third person at a cut rate, according to the affidavit. The texts also mentioned doing the same with Lego sets.
The United States postal inspector ran an investigation on the
buyer, who was reportedly paying cash for the items and then
reselling them on Amazon, eBay and other online platforms, according to the affidavit.
On March 14, a special agent in Texas was assigned to the case and learned from an Amazon
investigator that the seller had handed over a number of invoices for Lego sets that named Fleming
directly.
The investigation revealed that Fleming and Anderson were working together with a circle of five
“shoppers” to steal the sets from stores across Texas, the affidavit says.
Fleming and Anderson were caught on Walmart surveillance video walking down the Lego aisle
before buying a handful of other items, all in the $1 to $2 range.
The document says one of the five shoppers would then go into the store and put a matching
number of Lego sets into a cart before walking past the registers and out the door.
If stopped, they would show the receipt for the items Fleming or Anderson had bought, with
the names and prices changed. Investigators identified this pattern after detaining several of the
shoppers.
The affidavit says Walmart and Target investigators estimated the combined total value of the
items stolen to be over $400,000.
Invoices from the reseller show more than 500 Lego sets were resold at or below half of the market price over just four months in 2024.
Fleming and Anderson have both been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and
theft over $300,000.
The arrest documents show over 273 individual thefts, mainly from stores across Texas, but also
in Oklahoma, Florida and Pennsylvania.

18 | JANUARY 2025 Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty CRAIG COUNTY
THAT'S METHED UP!
No one likes the Grinch anytime of the year, but we especially don’t during the holidays!! But in this case, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit in Florida played the role of the Grinch as they took away all of the
drugs our little drug dealing friend Keith Sarr was stashing in
his house.
On December 6, the SWAT Team broke into Sarr’s residence (lawfully, of course) as they executed
a search warrant for the Special Investigations Unit. As you might imagine, the agency had received
multiple complaints about the house and it’s occupants from local citizens.
Now, at least Sarr was smart enough not to try and run once the SWAT team hit his house, and
as you might imagine, he had drugs inside his house…in fact he had 60.86 grams of fentanyl which
is enough to kill just over 30,000 people if put into a lethal dose!!
During their search they also found 97.8g of methamphetamine which is also enough to charge
him with trafficking in meth as well!! And of course, he had two firearms inside, which makes perfect sense as he is a convicted felon
and as such can’t have a firearm!!
On a positive note, SIU Grinches took all of Sarr’s crap and gave
Sarr to jail where he can make new friends to spend the holidays
with!!
Sarr was charged with Trafficking in Meth, Trafficking in Fentanyl,
and two counts of Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon,
so he qualified for one of the returning guests suites as he is gonna
be with them a while since he has a “No Bond” status!!
Don’t be a Grinch or a drug dealer this holiday season folks, especially not in Brevard County, because they will show you how the
real Grinch will kick in your door and ruin your Christmas for sure!!

IDOL HANDS
A 33-year-old Commerce man is being charged with
arson after he allegedly set a statue on fire on November 27.
According to the police report, a deputy marshal with
the Quapaw Nation Marshal Service was dispatched
to the Mickey Mantle statue located in the 400 block
of S Mickey Mantle Boulevard in Commerce. He was
sent there because the reporting party told dispatch
that she saw a man wearing a black jacket and blue
shorts stacking some items next to and on top of the
base of the statue. The man also had a black dog and
wheelbarrow with him.
The reporting party said she saw the man then light a large construction barrier on fire
and run away from the area. By the time the deputy arrived at the statue, the blaze had
already been extinguished. He searched for the area for the suspect.
A firefighter told him he saw a man who matched the description of the suspect walking toward River Street. The firefighter recognized the man to be Garrette Lee Brown.
The deputy went to Brown’s residence in the 200 block of S. River Street and saw a
man who matched the description of the suspect, along with a black dog, in the yard.
The man identified himself as Brown.
The deputy asked the man if he knew why he was contacting him. Brown replied,
“Yeah, probably.”
Brown then explained that he didn’t like statues. He also said due to not walking on the
highway in a long time, he thought that he should “free” Mickey Mantle from the statue.
The deputy placed Brown under arrest. The man said he shouldn’t be arrested, because he didn’t harm the statue by setting it on fire.
On the way to jail, Brown told the deputy that he lit the statue on fire because he
doesn’t like statues idolizing anyone other than God. He also said he started the fire because he was cold, so he was trying to keep his hands warm.
Brown is being charged with arson in the fourth degree. His bond was set at $10,000,
and he was scheduled to appear in court on December 16, 2024.

A Massachusetts man got himself stuck inside a chimney while
trying to evade cops on December 10 in a failed attempt to channel
Ol’ Saint Nick.
Officers with the Fall River Police Department (MA) attempted to
conduct a raid of the man’s Canal Street home in the small New England town — only to be led on a Christmas goose chase.
As the cops knocked on the front door, they saw two men fleeing
the home via the roof, according to 10WJAR.
“[One man] invoked the essence of the seasonal icon and attempted to hide inside of a chimney,”
police said in a statement. “[He] quickly became stuck in the chimney and required the assistance of
the very detectives he was previously fleeing.”
Bodycam footage shared by the police department shows the moment the responding police
officers scaled the roof and confronted Langlias who was deep in the flue.
“You’re an idiot,” said an officer wielding a flashlight as the camera panned down to Langlias, 33,
wedged inside the base of the chimney.
The officers confirmed that the suspect was in fact stuck, but able to breathe while they called for
the fire department to come and rescue the wannabe Santa Claus.
“Get me out of here, bro!” Langlias pleaded with the same cops he had tried to hide from, according to the footage.
Firefighters can be seen in the video taking apart the chimney brick-by-brick from inside the home
as Langlias helplessly waited to be taken into custody.
“Due to his Santa-antics, Langlias was transported to a local hospital out of precaution and was
medically cleared,” police
said.
The other wanted party
jumped off the roof, onto a
car, and lammed it before
cops could make an arrest and remains at large.
