Senior citizen sex offender caught peering through windows at a Stillwater apartment community

STILLWATER, Okla.— A peeping tom is caught and arrested at senior citizen apartments.

On August 12, 59-year-old suspect Russell Haddock was arrested when multiple witness accounts complained about him spying on them at Legacy Park apartments (News on 9).

Officers first responded to a call placed on August 11 regarding a person watching a couple.

Later, investigators say Haddock admitted to the crime during interrogation. Haddock was living at the apartments, taking care of his ill mother. When arrested, it was reported he was in possession of meth (News on 6).

Haddock had an outstanding warrant for three counts of indecent exposure, two counts of failure to register as a sex offender, and one count of lewd/indecent exposure to a child (Sex Offender Registry).

Haddock is currently being held in Payne County jail on a $30,000 bond.
