MISSOURI WOMAN CHARGED WITH MURDER AFTER KILLING HER BOYFRIEND WITH SWORD ON CHRISTMAS EVE

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO. — 32-year-old Brittany Wilson of Missouri was arrested Christmas Eve after killing her boyfriend with a sword.

Wilson called the police herself Friday night to let them know what she had done. When police arrived at the scene of the crime, Wilson was outside and covered in blood. Officials located a sword nearby.

Once police arrested Wilson, they made their way inside, and that is where they found the victim. 34-year-old Harrison Stephen Foster was dead on arrival and had several fresh stab wounds. (Oklahoma News 4).

Wilson admitted to the police that both she and Foster had taken methamphetamine earlier that day. And that “she believed Foster had several other entities living in his body, and she was setting him free by stabbing him.” (AP NEWS).

Monday morning, Wilson pleaded not guilty to both her charges, first-degree murder and armed criminal action. She also requested a public defender on her behalf.

Her hearing will continue Thursday morning to see if she even qualifies for a public defender. (KFVS12).
