BACK 40
A Park Hill man will be spending the next 40 years
in a federal prison after he pleaded guilty to murdering
another man in 2022.
Xavier Sean Wilson, 23, of Park Hill, was sentenced
to 480 months in prison for Murder in Indian Country -
Second Degree.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service.
On October 4, 2023, Wilson pleaded guilty to one count of an Information charging
him with Murder in Indian Country—Second Degree. According to investigators, on April
30, 2022, Wilson assaulted and killed the victim with a knife inside the victim’s home.
The crime occurred in Cherokee County, within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation
Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
“The penalty imposed by the court reflects the gravity of the crime,” said FBI Oklahoma City Special Agent in Charge Doug Goodwater. “Thanks to the efforts of the FBI
and our law enforcement partners, the defendant will now be held accountable for his
actions. The FBI is firmly committed to combating violent crime in Indian country and we
hope this brings some measure of closure to the community.”
“The defendant’s shattering act of violence took the life of the victim, meriting the sentence handed down today,” said United States Attorney Christopher J. Wilson. “Nothing
makes up for the horror of such a crime, or for the sudden loss experienced within a family and a community. But it is my hope that the sentence handed down allows a measure
of justice and safety to allow the family and community to confront its grief.”
Wilson will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of
incarceration. JOSEPH

AROUND THE STATE
The Tulsa Police Special Victims Unit recently conducted
an investigation into multiple reports of sexual assaults by a
massage therapist.
Earlier this month, one victim reported that she had scheduled a massage at Spa Lux Day Spa and Massage with a
massage therapist named Wesley. The reporting victim stated
that Wesley aggressively pulled her hair, applied pressure to
her throat, and exposed and massaged her breasts during the
massage.
The reporting victim stated that the massage therapist also rubbed her stomach and sexually molested her. She reported that the suspect also made sexually suggestive comments toward her. She
reported being in a state of shock, and Tulsa Police were called. The suspect had left the business
prior to Officers arriving on scene.
In May, another reporting victim described a similar encounter. The second victim stated that she
had received a massage at Spa Lux with a massage therapist named Wesley. She reported that
Wesley exposed her breasts, grabbed her genitals, and sexually molested her. The second reporting
victim described being in a state of shock and confusion.
The suspect was ultimately identified as Wesley Adam Cole. OnAugust 27, the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office filed two counts of Rape by Instrumentation against Cole, and he was arrested.
The Special Victims Unit is still investigating this case, and anyone with relevant information can
reach out to the unit directly at 918-596-9168 or at [email protected]
Experiencing any sexual assault is terrifying, distressing and confusing. If you experience a sexual
assault during a massage it is important to realize that whether or not you choose to speak up, your
response is valid. If you feel safe doing so, you can express your discomfort and ask the massage
therapist to stop.
The Tulsa Police Department recommends that you file a police report after any sexual assault
incident so Detectives can investigate and assess the potential for filing of criminal charges.

INVESTIGATORS SEARCHING FOR
INFORMATION ON
MARKET PLACE SCAMMER
The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office has received information that the same individual has
scammed multiple individuals in Wagoner County
for thousands of dollars. The suspect never meets
in person, and always has other individuals go
and pick the products up for him.
They pose as construction workers and wear
construction clothing when they pick up the products. The identification card presented to the victims is fake, so this has produced no leads for investigators. He uses multiple credit/debit cards as a payment method, and the cards are typically stolen cards.
If you are contacted by this suspect, please do not sell any property to him.
The suspect has been operating on Facebook Market Place and local business
in the Tulsa / Broken Arrow Area.
If you are selling online and meeting up, get as much information as you can
when selling or buying. A tag number, pictures of ID’s and the individuals, the
vehicle they arrived in, and meeting at a safe, well-lit location are a few tips to
follow.
If you recognize this individual or have information on his identity, you are encouraged to contact the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office at 918-485-3124 and
ask for Investigations.
Above is a photo of the possible suspect.
Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office
We often receive calls asking if there is a price to keep
someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money
or favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting officer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.
Thank you and God Bless

The flame was definitely put out that day!

THAT'S METHED UP!
A man who went on a shooting spree after he pulled
a gun on an employee at a Burger King in Colorado after the worker refused to accept drugs as payment has
been sentenced to a staggering 143 years in prison.
Eugene Robertson, 40, was convicted by a Colorado
jury on eight counts, including attempted murder with
extreme indifference, felony menacing, illegal discharge of a firearm, harassment, reckless endangerment and possession of a controlled substance, according to an Aug. 15
statement from the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office.
According to prosecutors, Robertson pulled up to a Burger King drive-thru window
on Buckley Road in Aurora on Oct. 17, 2022, at around 11 p.m. He tried to pay for his
meal with drugs, prosecutors say, and when the drive-thru employee refused, Robertson
pulled out a gun and pointed it at the worker before eventually driving away.
Not long after that, police responded to a shooting at a 7-Eleven convenience store
across the street from the Aurora Burger King.
“The store clerk said a man walked in and pointed a gun at his head. When the man
noticed a television surveillance camera system, he shot the screen and left the store. In
the parking lot, witnesses reported seeing the man shooting toward another person and
his girlfriend before leaving,” the district attorney’s office said.
No one was injured in the shooting at that convenience store, but just after midnight, as
police were on the lookout for a man matching Robertson’s description, police dispatchers received another emergency call. This time it was a woman calling from an apartment
building on E. Kentucky Avenue, just minutes away from the convenience store.
She said that Robertson was knocking on her door and when she wouldn’t open up,
he opened fire. Multiple people were in the home, but again prosecutors said no one was
injured in the hail of gunfire. Police were searching the grounds of the apartment building
when they spotted Robertson on foot.
He took off into some bushes but was quickly captured and arrested.
Robertson was not a first-time offender. It was reported that prior to the crime spree in 2022, he had
served a sentence of 84 months for felony distribution of crack cocaine, which made it illegal for him to
possess a firearm. The report also noted at the time
of his 2022 arrest, there was an outstanding warrant
in connection with a March 2021 incident in which
he is said to have been involved in a car crash and
shooting before fleeing the scene.

CLOSE, BUT NO CIGAR
Muskogee woman Robin Elizabeth Larsen, 53, is being charged with first-degree arson after she allegedly
set a home on fire on May 15.
According to the police report, a fire investigator with
the Muskogee Fire Department was sent to investigate
a fire at a single-family dwelling in the 600 block of
South 22nd Street. A man at the residence said that
he and his wife, identified as Larsen, were arguing. She
told him she was going to start a fire in the house, but
he didn’t believe her. He left the room.
Larsen later told him to go look at the pile of clothes in the living room. The man went
to look and saw a pile of clothes on fire. When he couldn’t put the fire out, he ran outside
and told his neighbors to call 911.
Fire marshals spoke to Larsen about the fire on August 14 at the Muskogee Detention
Center. Larsen said that she and her ex-husband were physically fighting when he hit her
in the mouth, causing the Black and Mild cigar she was smoking to fall out of her mouth.
She said the cigar landed on some trash bags containing clothes and trash that were in
the living room. She told the fire marshals that she then left the residence and went to see
a friend, who lived on South Junction.
As she was walking away, she and her ex kept arguing. She said while she was walking
past a home at 21st Street and Airline, she yelled at him that she had lit the house on
fire. The house’s occupants heard her make the statement, but she said she didn’t start
the fire.
On August 15, one of the occupants told the fire marshal that she heard Larsen yelling
and admitting that she started a fire in the house.
Larsen is being charged with arson in the first degree. She was scheduled to appear in
court on September 5, 2024. CRATEZZ

AMERICA’S DEADLIEST SHOOTINGS
ARE ONES WE DON’T TALK ABOUT
On any given day in America, an average of 63 of our mothers,
brothers, partners, and friends are taken from us by gun suicide.
But tomorrow’s deaths could be prevented. Give your loved ones
a second chance at life. Store your guns safely: locked, unloaded,
and away from ammo.
