Frederick man Clayton Allen Corrales, 19, told an officer he took
a laptop computer from his former employer because he was angry
he got fired.
According to the affidavit, a Frederick officer was dispatched to a
business in the 200 block of South 7th Street on February 9 to investigate a stolen computer. The owner told the officer Corrales took
the laptop.
The officer asked the man how he knew the former employee
jacked the computer. The man said he received an email on February 8 stating that his Microsoft Outlook password had changed. He
didn’t think it was a big deal, so he changed his password again.
Later that day, the man received another email that his password
had been changed. This time, the email included a username -- Clayton Corrales.
The officer left to go to the suspect’s residence, but he was quickly dispatched back to the
business. Corrales had come to him.
The victim pointed toward a man sitting in a truck in front of his business. He identified
the man as Corrales. When the officer approached Corrales, the man said he was trying to
return the stolen laptop. He said that he took the computer because he was mad at the owner
for firing him.
Corrales was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
Corrales is being charged with petit larceny. He was released on a $1,000 bond and is
scheduled to appear in court on July 1, 2016.

Hobart man Anthony Ray Lonewolf, 41,
ran when officers tried to place him under arrest for a warrant on February 13. He didn’t
get very far, though. Officers hid in his woman’s home and waited for him to stop by.
According to the police report, Hobart officers went to Lonewolf’s home in the 200
block of East 7th at approximately 9:35 a.m.
to arrest the man for a warrant. His mom answered the door, and officers asked if her son
was in the home. She told them he was in a
back room.
Police followed the woman to the wanted man and advised him he
had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He asked if he could hug
his mom before being placed in handcuffs.
An officer agreed, but Lonewolf wasn’t trying to be sweet. He was
trying to get away. He put his arm around his mother and asked her
to walk him outside.
The officer told the man he would be handcuffed before leaving the
house. Lonewolf then ran out the front door and headed west on 7th.
The officer lost him when he turned north onto Main Street.
The officer met with two women -- he thought Lonewolf might try
to contact one of the women due to their recent relationship. He was
right. The woman said Lonewolf texted her and told her he was leaving the state. He asked to see her kids before he left.
The officer asked the other woman (the homeowner) if he could
hide in her house so he would be there when Lonewolf came by. She
agreed.
Shortly after noon, the officer was dropped off at the woman’s
home. It didn’t take long for the man to arrived. Around 12:30 p.m.,
Lonewolf walked into a bedroom where two officers were hiding.
They quickly placed him in cuffs and took him to jail.
Guess he won’t be leaving the state anytime soon!
Lonewolf is being charged with escape from arrest or detention.
His bond was set at $1,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court
on April 14, 2016.

someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money or
favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting
offi cer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.

A New Orleans woman was arrested in Cotton County on
February 27 when police found her lying in the back of a stolen car with food, beer, drugs, and sex toys. She claimed she
stopped to drink a beer and look at the stars.
Shortly after 8 a.m., a Cotton County deputy was advised of
a woman lying in the back of a Jeep just outside of Devol. Dispatch advised the vehicle was stolen out of New Orleans.
The deputy approached the Jeep and saw a woman sleeping
in the back. He knocked on the window and asked if she was
OK. She replied she was fine. She was partially nude, so the
deputy told her to cover up.
While she was gathering her clothes, he noticed a pink baggie in the vehicle.
When she finally exited the car, he told her she was under
arrest for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She said she knew she was driving a stolen
car. She said a man tried to rape her in New Orleans, so she pushed him out of the vehicle
and drove away.
The deputy asked if there was anything in the vehicle he should know about. According to
the police report, she told him there might be some “Molly” in the Jeep.
The deputy asked for her license, but the girl in the picture clearly wasn’t her. When the
deputy questioned it, she called him a “f------ n-----” and said he was trying to “f--- up” her
life.
After some more colorful language, she eventually identified herself as 27-year-old Caitlin
Anne Belt.
The deputy looked in the woman’s purse and found bags filled with a chalky substance,
bags filled with a crystal substance, a straw and white residue, pills and more baggies. There
was also a receipt for the purchase of two dildos.
The deputy asked her why she would buy the sex toys instead of reporting the rape to police. She said she needed to go to her happy place.
In the vehicle, the deputy found the dildos, some clothing, blankets, pillows, food and beer.
Belt is being charged with trafficking in illegal drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a driver’s license and obstructing officer. Her bond was set at
$50,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on April 5, 2016.

Altus Cody Lynn Brown, 33, was arrested for attacking vehicles at
McDonald’s on February 28.
According to the affidavit, an Altus officer was approached by the
victim shortly after 9 a.m. The victim said a “crazy” man was kicking
and hitting vehicles at the restaurant, and he slashed the victim’s tire
with a knife.
The officer found the suspect at the intersection of S. Spurgeon and
E. Walnut. He was carrying a Walmart bag and had an open knife
with the blade extending from his hand.
The officer told Brown to drop the weapon. Brown told the officer
he had just as much right to go through the drive-thru as anyone else.
The officer asked if he had been in a vehicle while going through
the line. Brown said no.
Police looked in the bag Brown was carrying. It contained two Blu-ray movies, headphones
and a phone case with the security case still on the cover.
The victim positively identified Brown as the suspect.
Brown was placed under arrest and put in the patrol car, but his violent antics continued.
He kicked out the back window of the vehicle and had to be transported to jail in another car.
A man who was in the car with the victim during the alleged attack told police they were
in the drive-thru lane when Brown walked up to their vehicle and hit the bumper guard.
He walked away, but a couple minutes later, he was back. This time, he asked the driver for
money.
Brown then walked to the back driver’s side and reached down where the tire was. The
driver locked the doors and rolled up the windows, but Brown started banging on the window with the blade of his knife. The men left the drive-thru line, but Brown ran after them,
swinging the knife.
The next day, the officer was advised that the I-Phone cover in Brown’s possession was
stolen from Walmart. An employee saw the man take the cover, the headphones and the movies, put them into a Walmart bag and leave the store shortly after 12:30 a.m. without paying.
Brown is being charged with attempted robbery with a weapon, two counts of malicious injury to property under $1,000, obstructing officer and larceny of merchandise from retailer.
His bond was set at $150,000, and he was scheduled to appear in court on March 3, 2016.
