Anadarko man Isaiah James
Martin, 18, was arrested for allegedly trying to cash a stolen check
on May 19.
He told the officer it wasn’t his
fault – even though he admitted
to cashing stolen checks in the
past.
According to the affidavit, a
convenience store employee contacted the Anadarko City police
and advised a man was in the
store trying to cash a check that
had been reported as stolen. An
officer went to the store in the
400 block of N.E. First at approximately 5:40 p.m. to investigate.
The employee handed him a check belonging to a woman
in the amount of $45. She also handed him Martin’s ID.
The employee told the officer Martin came in to cash the
check – he was still standing at the front register. When the
officer approached the man, Martin told him his aunt gave
him the check for some work he did. The officer told him the
check was stolen and placed him under arrest.
Martin admitted he was lying. He told the officer a woman
gave him the check. He said he went to her house and she
handed him a check and asked him to cash it because she
didn’t have an ID.
The officer asked him if he had cashed any other checks
for his friend. He said the week before, he cashed a check for
her in the amount of $140.
Martin is being charged with knowingly concealing stolen
property. His bond was set at $5,000, and he is scheduled to
appear in court on June 23, 2016.

Foster man Barry Claude Kelly, 35, went on an alcohol-fueled rampage on May 26, threatening to shoot his parents and police officers.
According to the affidavit, Kelly’s sister called police at approximately 2:55 p.m. and told
them her brother was being violent and threatening their parents. On the way to the residence on North CR3000, the deputy was advised Kelly’s father had left his house, and he
was waiting at a nearby store.
The deputy met with the man who said Kelly was still inside the house with his wife and
a firearm. He explained that Kelly had been drinking all day, and they started to argue. He
decided that he was going to leave for the night, and he packed up some of his belongings. As he was packing, he saw his son walk toward a gun case and grab a rifle. He loaded multiple rounds into the firearm and
cocked it back. The man said Kelly pointed the barrel at him and said, “I will blow your head off.”
Officers went to the man’s home, but they were unable to find the suspect.
Kelly’s sister told police she had just spoken with her brother, and he told her he was in the woods near the
house with a gun and he wasn’t coming out.
A deputy requested the sister try to call Barry again so he could talk to him. After multiple attempts, the
man finally answered.
Kelly was pissed off at his family, and he told the deputy, “I have a rifle with a scope and if you come in
here, I will pick you all off one by one or I will die trying. And, my rifle can shoot a lot further than a 9mm.”
Kelly’s cousin arrived at the scene, and he was able to call the suspect and convince him to lay down his
gun.
The cousin then went into the woods and came back out with Kelly, who was immediately placed under
arrest.
Kelly is being charged with feloniously pointing firearm and threaten to perform act of violence. His bond
was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 13, 2016.

A Hobart man allegedly spent the early morning hours
of May 16 breaking into people’s cars and stealing mundane things such as a makeup bag and coin purse.
Michael Dakota Gilley, 20, may have broken into six vehicles that night.
According to the affidavit, a Hobart officer was dispatched to the 100 block of North Washington shortly after 7 a.m. to investigate two burglary reports. At one of the
residences, the officer found a foot print in the mud that
had a wavy tread pattern.
While the officer was speaking to the victim, he was advised a shady character was walking around in the area of
Fourth and Lowe looking in the windows of vehicles.
The officer located the man and he asked him to come to the patrol car. Gilley’s
eyes were bloodshot and his pupils were constricted. The man’s hands were in his
pockets. The officer told him to remove them.
Gilley asked the officer what he did wrong – he said he was just walking down
the street, and he didn’t want to get arrested. He then put his hands back in his
pockets.
The officer told him again to take them out and asked if he had any weapons.
Gilley replied hesitantly, “I don’t think so. I shouldn’t, ummm no.”
The officer found an open knife in the man’s pocket where he kept putting his
hands. He asked Gilley why he was carrying an open knife. Gilley said it was for
“protection and stuff.” He was also carrying a makeup bag, a pendant, and a coin
purse that said, “Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.” He insisted
his aunt gave it to him, but one of the victims later identified it as hers.
Gilley's shoes also had the same pattern the officer found in the mud at the
scene of the crime. He placed the man under arrest and transported him to jail.
During booking, Gilley threw his head back, hitting the officer in the face. He
also told another officer that he would beat his ass, and he would love to meet him
outside the jail when he wasn’t carrying a badge or gun.
Gilley is being charged with knowingly concealing stolen property and battery/assault and battery on police officer. His bond was set at $20,000, and he is
scheduled to appear in court on June 27, 2016.

An L.A. gang member, Nazario Conchuza Gonzalez,
who is part of the infamous Ms-13 gang, also called Mara
Salvatrucha, has died of medical complications after attempting to gold plate his own genitals to celebrate his
21st birthday.
The young man that is originally from El Salvador and
is an active member of the MS-13 crime family is believed
to have attempted to gold plate his own genitals with a
professional automotive gold plater stolen from a local
garage after first painting his genitals with a lead-based
paint, believe experts.
The 21-year old man who was allegedly a fan of the 2002 American comedy movie Goldmember, which is a loose parody of the James Bond films Goldfinger, had
taken the Spanish nickname of “Pelotas de oro”, or golden testicles, before attempting to gold plate his own genitals to his ultimate demise.
Dr Ian Joseffson of the Los Angeles Community Hospital warns of a growing
trend within gang members to attempt the “deadly operation”.
“This is the third case this year, but we have had many occurrences in hospitals in
the region these past years. It seems to be a growing trend within the gang member
community” he told reporters.
“I have no idea where this idea comes from but plating one’s own genitals will
only ultimately end in serious medical complications or even death, as we have seen
in this case” he explained.

A man from Wichita Falls, Texas, was
locked up in the Cotton County Jail on May
14 for an arrest warrant and the drugs in
his car.
According to the affidavit, a Cotton
County deputy stopped the man at approximately mile marker 2.5 southbound on
I-44 around 11:27 p.m. The man had been
traveling 87 mph in a 70 mph zone.
The deputy approached the vehicle and
asked the driver for his driver’s license and
insurance verification. The driver said he
didn’t have one. Instead, he identified himself as 49-year-old Roger Austin Hester, Jr.
The deputy returned to his patrol car to
check the man’s information. Dispatch advised that the man didn’t have a valid driver’s license, but he did have an
active arrest warrant out of Cotton County.
The man was placed under arrest.
Officers conducted an inventory of his car. They found a glass pipe with
burn marks and a white residue. A deputy asked Hester who the pipe belonged to. He replied, “It’s mine.” He said he used it to smoke meth.
Hester also told police there was some meth stuck in his driver’s seat seat
cover. The deputy retrieved a baggie containing a white substance from
the seat cover fabric. The white substance tested positive for methamphetamine.
Hester is being charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a
driver’s license. His bond was set at $5,000, and he is scheduled to appear
in court on June 9, 2016.

Frederick man Alvaro Magana, 36, allegedly stabbed his wife’s ex-boyfriend on May
18.
Apparently, he didn’t like him being
around her.
According to the police report, a Frederick
officer was dispatched to the 500 block of
North 9th to investigate a stabbing. When he
arrived, he saw the victim lying in the roadway, holding his neck with both hands. As
the wound on his neck bled, he begged the
officers, “Please don’t let me die.”
The victim told police that Magana stabbed
him.
Several witnesses, including the man’s
wife and mother-in-law, corroborated the
victim’s story, and said they saw Magana stab the victim.
Magana’s wife had previously been in a relationship with the victim. She told
the officer she was staying at her mom’s house and the victim came to see her.
While he was there, her husband walked in and stabbed the man. She showed the
officer the scene of the crime and the weapon used in the stabbing.
While he was talking to the witnesses, the officer was advised that the suspect
was at a residence in the 600 block of North Main Street. Magana told the officer
he knew his wife was staying at the house on North 9th. When he saw the victim’s bike parked outside, he grabbed a knife, walked over to the residence and
stabbed the man.
Magana is being charged with assault and battery with deadly weapon. His
bond was set at $50,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 26, 2016.

A Chickasha man allegedly ate some chicken in a grocery
store without paying on May 21.
Apparently, 34-year-old Justin Jared Jolley was a repeat
offender.
According to the police report, a Chickasha officer was
dispatched to the store in the 200 block of S. Fifth Street
shortly after 7 p.m. Dispatch advised employees caught the
suspect eating chicken and throwing away the package in
the store. When employees confronted him, he ran out of
the store, headed westbound.
The officer found the suspect walking in the 900 block
of Choctaw Avenue. He asked Jolley if he had just left the
grocery store. Jolley, who was sweating profusely, said yes. He seemed to know
exactly why the officer had stopped him. He immediately told the officer that he
didn’t steal anything, and he put everything back.
Busted!
The officer placed him under arrest and took him back to the store. A store
manager said she saw Jolley chowing down on some chicken made in the deli.
She confronted him, and he spit the chicken into a trash can and ran out the door.
The manager told the officer this wasn’t the first time they caught the man dining and dashing. She said they caught him numerous times before stealing and
eating food from the store, but this was the first time they reported it to police.
Jolley is being charged with larceny of merchandise. He was released on a $100
bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10, 2016.
