Two Ponca City Men Indicted for Armed
Robbery of Yale Drug Store to Steal Opioids
A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Tanner Blake Jensen, 28, and
Rodney Tyrone Fahs, 26, both of Ponca City,
in connection with an armed robbery of the
Yale Drug Store, announced First Assistant
U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester.
According to court records, on December
26, 2018, Jensen entered the Yale Drug Store
in Yale, where he brandished a firearm in the
presence of a customer and two employees
during a robbery. Both defendants are alleged to have been involved in stealing opioids, which are controlled substances, from
the drug store.
The indictment alleges in Count 1 that the
defendants unlawfully interfered with commerce by robbery under the Hobbs Act. In
Count 2, Jensen is charged with brandishing a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.
If found guilty on Count 1, each defendant
faces up to 20 years in prison, a fine of up
to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release. If found guilty on Count 2, Jensen faces not less than seven years and up to
life in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up
to five years of supervised release.
This specific case is a result of an investigation by the Yale Police Department, FBI
Oklahoma City Division, the Oklahoma State
Bureau of Investigation, and the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.

Creating and Distributing Child Pornography Videos
Lands Ponca City Man in Prison for 40 Years
Steven Mario Alford Orecchio, 46, of Ponca City, has
been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison for distributing on the Internet videos of his own graphic sexual
abuse of minors, announced United States Attorney
Timothy J. Downing.
On August 21, 2018, a federal grand jury brought
three counts against Orecchio based on conduct between February 2013 and November 2016. Counts 1
and 2 charged him with producing and distributing child
pornography photographs and videos of a minor identified as Jane Doe #1. Count 3 charged him with producing and distributing a child pornography video of a
minor identified as Jane Doe #2. As stated during court
proceedings, Orecchio distributed these images to others on the “Dark Web.”
The U.S. Marshals Service took custody of Orecchio
on September 10, 2018, when he left state custody based on state charges in Kay
County arising from the same conduct.
Orecchio pleaded guilty to Counts 2 and 3 on November 28, 2018. Pursuant to a
plea agreement, the government has dismissed Count 1.
U.S. District Judge David L. Russell sentenced Orecchio to 480 months, or 40
years, in prison. The court explained it fashioned the sentence so that Orecchio would
be in his eighties when released. Although federal prisoners can earn limited credits for
good behavior, parole has been abolished in the federal system.
After release from prison, Orecchio will serve any remaining years of his life on supervised release and be required to register as a sex offender.
“The innocence stolen from these children through unspeakable acts can never be
restored,” said U.S. Attorney Downing. “This conviction and sentence will not only
hold Mr. Orecchio accountable for his crimes, it will also ensure that he will never again
victimize another child. I am committed to working with our state partners to keep
defendants like this one away from children and to seek sentences that will deter others from harming children in such an egregious way.”
This case is the result of an investigation by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which includes agents and
officers from Homeland Security Investigations, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, the Ponca City Police Department, and the Tulsa Police Department, with the
assistance from Brian Hermanson, District Attorney for Kay and Noble Counties, as
well as law enforcement officers in New Zealand and Australia.

ARRESTS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH MURDER OF CREEK COUNTY MAN
Two men are in custody after an investigation by
the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI)
and the Creek County Sheriff’s Office connected
them to the murder of 37-year-old Sean Michael
Henderson of Creek County.
Henderson’s body was found floating in floodwater outside of Mannford, Okla., on May 30. The
Creek County Sheriff’s Office requested that the
OSBI assist with the investigation after deputies
discovered evidence that Henderson’s death was a
result of foul play.
An anonymous tip called into CrimeStoppers on
June 2 led investigators to a residence in the 4600
block of 65th West Avenue in Tulsa. Agents say
Henderson went to the residence where 63-yearold Paul Edward Carrier was living and got into an
argument with him. Carrier then shot Henderson in
the backyard of the residence, killing him. Carrier
and 45-year-old David W. Davidson then disposed
of Henderson’s body in a flooded-area outside of
Mannford.
On June 4, Davidson was arrested at his home
in Tulsa without incident. He was booked into the
Creek County jail and charged with First Degree Murder and Desecration of
a Human Corpse. On June 5, an arrest warrant was issued for Carrier. At approximately 6:30 that evening, Carrier was arrested in Tulsa without incident.
He is also in the Creek County jail facing charges of First Degree Murder and
Desecration of a Human Corpse.
This investigation, and subsequent arrests, was a collaborative effort between the Creek County Sheriff’s Office and the OSBI.

We shall overcome- a rags to riches story
The Pawhuska Police Dept, and City are excited to introduce our new family member! Ebony, a black Labrador, was found a couple months ago with
multiple fractures to her pelvis and leg. All the wounds had different rates of
healing, meaning she had been beaten on separate occasions. Ebony was
given a second chance in life thanks to Susie Owens, who has helped Ebony
heal. Chief Silva, along with City Manager Larry Eulert and Asst. City Manager
Rex Wikel, were amazed at the heart Ebony has shown for people even after
her fate at the hands of an unknown abuser. Ebony is strictly a therapy dog
for police staff, who takes burdening calls and witnesses terrible and stressing
matters. With that said, Ebony also is here for children and victims of crime. It
is our hope Ebony can help victims of crime find comfort and healing in their
darkest moments. You will see officers on foot patrol with Ebony. She is healing well and is very loving. Ebony is not a K9 officer, and is free to be loved
on and befriended. Chief Silva is a huge advocate for the underdog and the
fighters in life. Ebony has overcome tremendous odds, weighing only 18lbs
and only able to stand on her front legs when found. Ebony is now a member
of the community and the Pawhuska Police Dept. Ebony will make her home
at the Police station where anyone is welcome to come and meet her!

A South Carolina man was caught rubbing buttered toast all over his neighbor’s SUV
window. Seems like a foolproof plan, how did he get caught? According to MSN, He
just dropped the toast a few feet away from the car and made his departure, causing
a nearby woman to notice and call the police. The police charged the now hungry man
with “malicious damage to property” and estimated the cost of damage to be about $1.
What’s the hottest you’ve ever been? Temperature-wise of course, because if it was
in physical terms, we all know we were the hottest at our 5th grade, bowl-cut, chubs
stage. But really, to what extent would you go to cool off?
Hopefully not so far you’d get arrested, but this is exactly what a group of four young
men in Germany did. On a hot day, they decided to make their own pool in a car.
In a BMW no less. A policeman noticed a very strange convertible driving down the
road. Upon closer viewing, it appeared that the bathing-suit clad men were splashing
around in the water-filled car, clearly intoxicated. Though there was no law against driving around with a pool in someone’s car, they were probably charged for driving without
a permit. Talk about hot water.
What do you guys think about sausage? I suppose it’s better than a hot dog, which
in turn is better than bologna (which is basically giant hot dog slices?). And no matter
what, it has to be better than Lunchables *shudder*.
No matter your opinion, sausage was a huge disappointment for this Phoenix man.
He attempted to rob two large businesses, first an Ace Hardware and then a Safeway.
He put his hand under his shirt to look like a gun, but the cashier was not fooled and
calmly said “no” to his request for money. Equally unsuccessful was his attempt to rob
a Safeway, which resulted in him being escorted out of the building. He waited a few
minutes before returning into the store to snag a small breakfast sausage and was
therefore charged with shoplifting. I guess all that failing worked up an appetite.
Sometimes people don’t want their babies. Throughout history, these people have
found convenient ways to get rid of them. In the middle ages, a popular solution was
to leave a swaddled infant on the doorstep of a misfortunate new parent. Worse for the
child, another option was an orphanage. In later times, parents could even put their kid
in the circus for life. The last one, I’m actually jealous of.
It might not have been this Florida woman’s goal to give away her child, but that’s
sure what it looked like. She had gone shopping at Dillard’s, and tried to shoplift $260
worth of clothing using her baby stroller. When a police officer followed her out to her
car, she flipped out and eventually threw her baby in its little carseat at him. The baby
was not injured. The shoplifter received three charges, including “resisting a police officer without violence”. Um. What would be violent, throwing her entire family?

sound of madness
A Bixby man was put behind bars after he allegedly
broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home and threatened her
on May 26.
According to the affidavit, Pawnee officers were dispatched to the residence in the 900 block of 9th Street
at approximately 8:40 a.m. The victim said 32-year-old
Zachary Browning Coleman was banging on her door,
trying to get to her and her children. When officers arrived, they heard the victim screaming that Coleman
was in the basement. They entered the home and
found the woman barricading the basement door.
While searching the basement, an officer found
Coleman crouching behind two walls. He refused to
obey officer commands and instead yelled, “F--- you!”
A struggle ensued, and pepper spray did nothing to the man.
At one point, Coleman took out a pink BB gun and pointed it at an officer. While
fighting with the man, he told them that “they refused to give [him] [his] medicine,”
and he wanted “suicide by cop.”
The man continued to yell and assault officers until they had to physically carry
him out of the basement.
The victim told police her mom watched her kids while she took a shower. After
she got dressed, she heard Coleman yelling at her mom that she better not call
the cops. When the man realized that she had indeed called the police, he ran out
of the house. The victim watched the man, who suddenly ran toward her in an
aggressive manner. She locked the door but heard him enter the basement and
walk up the stairs. She could hear Coleman screaming through the door.
According to reports, the man was in violation of a protective order that had
been served a couple days prior to the incident.
Coleman refused to speak to officers and said he only went to the residence to
get his medication.
Coleman is being charged with violation of protective order, battery/assault and
battery on police officer, burglary in the first degree, reckless conduct with a firearm, domestic assault and battery in presence of minors, and resisting an officer.
His bond was set at $150,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on July
23, 2019.

A Tulsa woman, who can’t seem to keep her
hands to herself, is now facing felony theft charges after she allegedly stole several items from a
beauty supply store in Bartlesville.
Ranisha Roschelle Steele, 28, was charged with
felony larceny of merchandise from a retailer AFC
two or more, in Washington County District Court.
According to court information, Steele was
caught taking $1,146 worth of beauty and hair
supplies from the Ultra Beauty store in Bartlesville
on June 11.
Steele, who is an obvious kleptomaniac, has
convictions for theft dating back to 2010. Counties in her five-finger discount shopping spree include Wagoner, Muskogee, Payne, Tulsa, and her latest- Washington.
Because of her past history, her bond was set at $25,000.

Man allegedly hiding drugs in butt accidentally shoots himself in testicles
A bungling felon from Washington state
made a series of blunders when he shot
himself in the testicles and tried to hide the
weapon — all while storing drugs in his anus,
according to a report.
Cameron Jeffrey Wilson, 27, was carrying a pistol in his front pocket while in his
Cashmere, Wash., apartment on April 5
when the firearm accidentally discharged and
pierced his groin and thigh, according to the
Wenatchee World News.
Wilson, who is a 13-time convicted felon,
told his girlfriend to dispose of the weapon
before heading to the hospital, the paper said.
When the ex-con finally went to the hospital, a balloon of marijuana slipped out of his anus while a doctor was operating on the gunshot wound, court records show.
Cops also arrived at the hospital when alerted of the gunshot wound and
searched Wilson’s car where they discovered a bag of meth in the bloodstained jeans he was wearing when he shot himself.
The officers issued an arrest warrant for Wilson and he turned himself in to
police on April 18.
As he was being processed at the Chelan County Regional Justice Center,
Wilson was strip-searched and another balloon of marijuana slipped from his
anus, the paper said.
While in jail, Wilson made a number of calls to his girlfriend and asked her
not to cooperate with investigators working on his case. Authorities were listening in on the calls.
The convicted felon was charged with possession of a firearm, unlawful
possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance in a correctional
facility, and four counts of tampering with a witness.
Wilson was being held on $110,000 bail and is due in court on June 18.
