A few days of hard partying went south when Ponca
City woman Constance Anne Wiegman, 26, allegedly
scratched her friend’s cheek for no apparent reason. She
then tried to punch and bite police officers.
According to the affidavit, the victim called police on
May 14 and said that he let Wiegman stay with him for
the past couple of days while they partied. He was just
chilling in the living room when she walked up to him
and scratched his cheek.
Ponca City officers went to the victim’s residence in
the 500 block of South Washington shortly after 5 p.m.
When officers arrived, they met with the victim outside
the house who had several scratches on the right side of
his face.
They asked him who caused the injuries – he said Wiegman did.
An officer went to the house and knocked on the door. He yelled several times
for Wiegman to come outside. She didn’t.
The victim unlocked the door and opened it. The officer peeked inside the residence and saw Wiegman run up to the door and try to close it. The officer pushed
the door open. When he walked inside, Wiegman grabbed his vest and tried to
push him back outside. He grabbed her wrist and she tried to punch him.
Wiegman refused to put her hands behind her back. Another officer rushed in to
assist. He saw Wiegman swinging at his comrade and trying to bite him. He told
her to stop, but of course she didn’t listen.
The officers finally convinced Wiegman to stand up. She pushed both officers
several times in an attempt to get away. She didn’t stop fighting until an officer
pulled out his taser and shocked her.
Wiegman is being charged with two counts of assault and battery on police officer and assault and battery. Her bond was set at $2,500, and she is scheduled to
appear in court on May 27, 2016.

An L.A. gang member, Nazario Conchuza Gonzalez,
who is part of the infamous Ms-13 gang, also called Mara
Salvatrucha, has died of medical complications after attempting to gold plate his own genitals to celebrate his
21st birthday.
The young man that is originally from El Salvador and
is an active member of the MS-13 crime family is believed
to have attempted to gold plate his own genitals with a
professional automotive gold plater stolen from a local
garage after first painting his genitals with a lead-based
paint, believe experts.
The 21-year old man who was allegedly a fan of the 2002 American comedy
movie Goldmember, which is a loose parody of the James Bond films Goldfinger,
had taken the Spanish nickname of “Pelotas de oro”, or golden testicles, before attempting to gold plate his own genitals to his ultimate demise.
Dr Ian Joseffson of the Los Angeles Community Hospital warns of a growing
trend within gang members to attempt the “deadly operation”.
“This is the third case this year, but we have had many occurrences in hospitals
in the region these past years. It seems to be a growing trend within the gang member community” he told reporters.
“I have no idea where this idea comes from but plating one’s own genitals will
only ultimately end in serious medical complications or even death, as we have
seen in this case” he explained.
Some experts believe the tradition might find it’s roots in prehistoric Mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayas who painted parts of their bodies with gold paint
to empower themselves and as an offering to the gods.

A Dewey woman went to jail after she allegedly
threw a cinder block through a car windshield, attacked a man, and tried to stab her step-daughter.
61-year-old Lenna Louise Johnson also threatened
to kill her step-daughter right in front of an officer.
According to the police report, a Dewey officer was
dispatched to the 1200 block of N. Wyandotte around
3 p.m. on May 9. Witnesses told him Johnson used a
concrete cinder block to shatter the windshield of her
step-daughter’s car. She then attacked one of the witnesses, hitting him in the face and head with her fists.
The car owner told the officer the night before, Johnson came to her house
around 6:30 p.m. and tried to stab her during an argument about rent. But according to Johnson, the argument definitely wasn’t about rent. It was about the
victim’s deceased fiancé.
When the officer asked Johnson if she tried to stab the victim, she replied, “Yes!
She keeps talking about wanting to be with [the fiancé], so I was going to help her
out and kill her!”
The officer placed Johnson under arrest.
As he was putting her in the patrol car, she told him, “If my dogs aren’t here
when I get out, I’m going to kill her! That’s not a threat. That’s a promise.”
Johnson is being charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threaten to
perform act of violence and malicious injury to property under $1,000. She was
released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 27, 2015.

Skiatook men Eddie L. Hayhurst, 55, and Lawrence Edward Hayhurst, 36, allegedly drove onto another man’s
property and stole some plants and gardening tools on May
21.
According to the police report, an Osage County deputy
was dispatched to the 8000 block of Brattan Road shortly
after 9 p.m. to investigate a trespassing report. The landowner said multiple people were damaging his property.
The suspects were driving around in a dark blue truck and
refused to leave the area. He told dispatch he and the driver
got into a verbal altercation.
On the way to the location, the deputy turned west onto
55 Street North and saw a dark blue pickup traveling eastbound. He stopped the vehicle and asked the occupants to
step out of the car. The driver was identified as Eddie Hayhurst.
Lawrence Hayhurst was riding shotgun. He also reeked of
alcohol, had red watery eyes, and was unsteady on his feet.
Police searched the truck, and the found a green leafy substance and smoking pipe – both items tested positive for marijuana.
In the bed of the truck, officers found numerous plants with the roots and
bulbs attached, and some gardening tools. The reporting party came to the
scene and identified the plants as his. He said the suspects also dropped a black
trash bag full of the same plants on his property.
Eddie Hayhurst is being charged with driving a motor vehicle while under
the influence of drugs, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful
possession of drug paraphernalia and petit larceny. His bond was set at $3,250.
Lawrence Hayhurst is being charged with petit larceny and public intoxication. His bond was set at $1,000.Both men are scheduled to appear in court on
August 5, 2016.

Tulsa man Anthony Allen Griffin, 35, was locked
up in the Pawnee County Jail after he scared a family at Walmart on May 2.
A Cleveland officer was dispatched to the store
in the 700 block of North Airport Road at approximately 10 p.m. According to the affidavit, a man
was acting strange and scaring customers at the
Walmart gas station. He also followed a woman
from the gas station to the store, yelling at her and
her children.
The officer saw the suspect in the parking lot,
leaning over the engine compartment of his vehicle. He pulled up behind the man and turned on his
emergency lights. The man slammed his hood shut
and took off walking to the store.
The officer told the man to come talk to him. As Griffin turned around, he put
his hands in his pockets. When he took them out, some stuff fell to the ground.
The suspect seemed irritated and he asked the officer what he wanted.
The officer asked him what he was doing at the store. Griffin pointed at a woman and said he was here to meet his friend Shannon.
Another officer arrived and picked up the items that fell out of Griffin’s pockets.
Police found a baggy containing a white crystal-like substance. An officer picked
up the bag and told Griffin that he dropped his meth. The suspect said the baggy
wasn’t his.
When the officer told him he saw him drop it, the man replied, “I found it a
couple of days ago.”
The officer placed Griffin under arrest. He searched the man’s pockets and
found another clear baggy containing a white substance, a pill and some energy
tablets.
After placing the man in cuffs, the officer spoke to the woman Griffin identified
as his friend. She said she had no clue who Griffin was and her name wasn’t Shannon. She said she called police, because Griffin was following her and scaring her
children.
While getting gas, the woman said Griffin pulled up next to her and whistled at
her kids. She then watched as Griffin drove around the store and sat in his vehicle
with the headlights off and engine running.
Griffin is being charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance and
disturbing the peace. His bond was set at $3,000, and he is scheduled to appear
in court on June 21, 2016.

someone out of our publication. The short answer to that
question is NO! OK Jailbirds has never accepted money or
favor to not publish a photo.
We hear many times from people that the arresting
offi cer of someone at the jail told them all they have to do
is pay us money and we will not publish their photo. This
is NOT true. We feel that taking money in exchange for
not publishing an arrest photo is extortion and, as such,
should be a crime.
There are companies who do take money to remove a
person’s arrest information. OK Jailbirds never has and
never will. If an arrest doesn’t make our paper, it is only
because we didn’t receive it or we didn’t have a photo we
could match up.
