A Ponca City man was arrested on May
24 and charged for the theft of his brother’s horse in Osage County.
Cameron Ross Irons, 32, was apprehended on an arrest warrant for Larceny
of Domestic Animals (Horse) after criminal
charges were filed by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special
Ranger Bart Perrier.
Irons was reportedly charged with one
count of Larceny of Domestic Animals
(Horse) from a victim near the Ponca City
area within rural Osage County. The victim
initially reported this case to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Special Agent Ryan Hensley who initiated the investigation.
At that time Hensley contacted Perrier and requested assistance
with the case. Hensley recovered the stolen horse in Noble County
where the horse was allegedly sold by Irons.
According to Perrier, on March 3, Irons stole the victim’s dark
brown gelding from a rural address near Ponca City and sold the
horse to a subject in Noble County for $3,500. Irons had access to
the horse in question that belonged to the victim, identified as Iron’s
brother, who was the sole owner of the horse for several years. The
victim noticed the horse was missing on April 15 and initiated the
investigation with Hensley.
On May 11, Hensley obtained an arrest warrant for Irons in the
District Court of Noble County, for knowingly concealing stolen
property. This warrant was issued after Hensley recovered the stolen horse and was unable to locate Irons to interview him over the
allegations.
Irons was located on May 11 and arrested by Perrier and Hensley
for the Noble County arrest warrant. After his arrest he was interviewed and Perrier submitted the case investigation and an affidavit
for the arrest warrant for Larceny of Domestic Animals (Horse) to
the Osage County District Attorney’s Office.
On May 24, Irons was arrested on the Osage County felony warrant, and was booked into the Osage County Jail on a $50,000
bond.
The stolen horse in this case was recovered and returned to the
victim and the buyer of the stolen horse will be seeking financial
restitution through the district court.

MAN CHARGED WITH THREATENING AND
CYBERSTALKING CONGRESSMAN
A man known for showing up uninvited to
political events and attempting to get close to
politicians was charged last month for cyberstalking and making multiple threatening statements regarding U.S. Representative Kevin
Hern and his family. Hern represents Oklahoma’s first congressional district.
Keith Charles Eisenberger, 39, of Bartlesville,
was charged by Criminal Complaint with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder a United
States official; threatening to assault, kidnap,
or murder an immediate family member of a
United States official, and cyberstalking. The
Complaint was unsealed after Eisenberger made an initial appearance
May 20 in U.S. District Court.
The Complaint alleges that starting in November 2018 when Representative Hern took office, Eisenberger allegedly began making concerning
statements about Hern that became increasingly more violent over time.
He did so during visits and phone calls to the congressman’s offices in
Washington, DC, and Tulsa and on social media.
Multiple alleged incidents are highlighted in the Complaint to include:
In January 2019, Eisenberger appeared in the Washington, DC offices,
yelling and demanding to see Hern. He later allegedly told U.S. Capitol Police special agents that he was angry with the Hern because Eisenberger
believed he was elected illegally. He stated that he believed the congressman had been appointed to the seat without Eisenberger being considered for it. He then stated that he’d flown to Washington, DC, on a oneway ticket and would not be returning until the Congressman resigned.
In a social media post dated Nov. 9, 2020, Eisenberger again voiced
his anger about the election and further suggested that the congressman
and the state of Oklahoma deserved to be “federally executed” and that if
that was not feasible then the resignation, death or expulsion of Hern was
acceptable.
In a lengthy October 2021 social media video post, he allegedly touted
that he was going to assault the congressman, whether it be at a debate,
a conference, or elsewhere.
Investigators further allege that in a May 11, 2022, social media post,
Eisenberger stated that he hoped to kidnap Hern and his wife. He further
wished harm would come to the congressman’s family.
The FBI is the investigative agency. Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher
J. Nassar is prosecuting the case.

A Tulsa County jury finds Levi Cobbler guilty in
the November 2020 murder of Robert Dale Henderson III. On April 21, 2022, a sentence of 28
years was recommended for Cobbler, 22, for First
Degree Manslaughter. Cobbler is set for formal
sentencing on June 15, 2022.
During the early morning hours of November
26, 2020, officers from the Collinsville Police Department responded to 302 N. 12th Street in Collinsville after receiving a 9-1-1 call for assistance.
Officers entered the residence and found Henderson, 26, dead inside. Collinsville police then
requested assistance from the Oklahoma State
Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).
During the investigation, OSBI agents identified Cobbler as the suspect
in Henderson’s death. On November 26, 2020, agents located Cobbler
and arrested him for Henderson’s murder. He was transported to the David
L. Moss Criminal Justice Center in Tulsa.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A METER READER
THREATENING A WATER METER READER
WITH A KNIFE -- Man arrested in Midtown.
On May 5, around 2:30 p.m., Officers responded to a house near 13th and S. Birmingham Ave. The call was for an Assault
with a Deadly Weapon/pocketknife.
The victim, a water meter reader, said the
suspect, James Swatek, chased him with a
knife for several blocks and threatened to kill
him.
Before Officers arrived, Swatek retreated
into a house. Officers learned Swatek kicked
in the door to get into the house, which belongs to a relative who is currently out of the
country. The owner of the home said Swatek did not have permission to be
there.
Swatek initially did not comply, but eventually was taken into custody with
help from a K-9 Officer.
The day before, Officers responded to the same location. Two people reported that Swatek pointed a handgun at them. However, the two people did
not want to be victims of a crime, so Swatek was released that day.
Swatek is currently in the Tulsa County Jail. He was arrested for:
- Assault with a Deadly Weapon
- 2nd Degree Burglary
- Threatening a Violent Act

AMERICA’S DEADLIEST SHOOTINGS
ARE ONES WE DON’T TALK ABOUT
On any given day in America, an average of 63 of our mothers,
brothers, partners, and friends are taken from us by gun suicide.
But tomorrow’s deaths could be prevented. Give your loved ones
a second chance at life. Store your guns safely: locked, unloaded,
and away from ammo.
