A Glencoe woman told officers “well, f--- you both”
when they didn’t have a lighter for her to smoke a cig
during a traffic stop on April 17.
She also told an officer that she bet his “balls are
f------ gorgeous.”
Despite her charm and sexually charged comments
toward the officer, foul-mouthed 34-year-old Sue Ann
Wimer couldn’t talk her way out of jail.
According to the police report, a Stillwater officer
was in his patrol car at the southeast corner of Lakeview and Washington when he saw an SUV drive by
at approximately 7:45 p.m. Shortly after the SUV
passed, the officer heard some screeching tires and
crashing noises.
When he went to investigate, he saw the SUV, which appeared to be involved
in the accident, back up and zoom south down Washington, traveling 60 mph in
a 35 mph zone. The SUV eventually came to a stop when it hit a curb and drove
into the grass on Moore.
The officer made contact with the driver, identified as Wimer. Wimer popped
a mint into her mouth and acted surprised when the officer asked her about the
accident. She also had jerky movements and was extremely jittery.
Wimer told the officer that she didn’t know what to do because her vehicle had
died. The officer asked her if she had been drinking or was on any meds. She told
him she took medication for a vitamin deficiency.
Wimer then asked the officer for help getting out of her car. She also asked the
officers for a lighter so she could smoke a cigarette.
She dropped the f-bomb when they told her they didn’t have one.
During sobriety tests, Wimer kept swaying back and forth, and she told an officer, “suck your d**k,” at one point. She also told him that his “boy thought [he]
looked as good as she did.” Whatever that means.
Wimer continued with her off-color comments and made some sexual comments to the poor officer just trying to do his job.
She eventually admitted to drinking some vodka, and the officer placed her
under arrest.
Once Wimer was booked into jail, she refused to sign papers and kept screaming at officers.
Wimer is being charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence
of alcohol. Her bond was set at $1,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court
on May 8, 2015.
Gotta light, officer?

The Creek County Sheriff’s Office has requested
OSBI agents investigate a deputy-involved shooting
that left one man dead.
At approximately 8 p.m. on April 8, the Creek
County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting
a domestic violence situation at 14485 S. 257 West
Avenue, Kellyville. When deputies arrived, they
could see a man in a field approximately 50 yards
from a home where the call originated.
Deputies learned the man was Mark Smith, who had assaulted his estranged
wife and her child.
In the field, Smith was waving an object. Deputies commanded Smith to drop
what he was holding. Smith, 54, ignored the commands and went inside a metal
building where he was living. His estranged wife lived in a separate residence on
the same property.
Minutes later, deputies were able to speak with Smith on the phone and asked
him to come outside. Eventually, Smith lifted a metal door to the building and
drove out. With his window rolled down, he showed the deputies he had what appeared to be a rifle inside the cab of the truck. A deputy deployed his taser. Smith
rolled up his window and drove his vehicle into a Bristow officer, knocking down
the officer. Three deputies and a Bristow officer fired their weapons at Smith.
Smith was transported to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa where doctors pronounced him dead just after 2 a.m. on April 9.
The Bristow officer struck by Smith’s vehicle was not seriously injured.
OSBI agents will conduct a thorough investigation into the shooting and present the facts to the district attorney. The medical examiner’s office will perform
an autopsy on Smith’s body. The district attorney will determine whether the
shooting was justified.

OK Jailbirds is cooperating with the efforts of Oklahoma Department of Human Services to impact the huge
social problem of irresponsible parents who are not paying the child supports ordered by our courts.
If these biological-only parents won’t honor the courts order, perhaps public shame will get their attention.
If you know how to reach any of the Deadbeat Parents found on this page, please call the Oklahoma Department of Human Services
Child Support HotLine at 1-800-522-8014
Importance of Child Support
Children are our future and child support helps make sure they
have a chance at a productive life. Children have the right to get
support from both parents and do not lose this right when a
parent leaves the home.
When children do not receive child support, they can:
Suffer both Emotionally and Physically
Live within a Reduced Standard of Living
Have their Basic Needs Unmet
Become Non-Supportive when they become Parents.
When one or both parents do not support their children,
taxpayers often pay the cost of raising children. When children
receive public assistance and their parents pay no child support,
all taxpayers bear the cost of supporting the children.

Its no coincidence that in the very first Tips
From a Trooper article I wrote about Oklahoma’s
Move Over law. It is one of the single most
important laws on the books for the safety of our Emergency Response
professionals as they do their jobs on and around the roads of Oklahoma. Due to
several recent incidents, I want to re-introduce everyone to this law! I’m talking
Oklahoma State Statute Title 47, Chapter 11-314: Approaching a stationary
emergency vehicle, wrecker, or tow vehicle displaying flashing lights. What
this law states is that when approaching an emergency vehicle such as a law
enforcement vehicle, ambulance, fire truck, wrecker or tow truck, which has its
emergency lights activated (red and blue lights, or any combination of), you, the
courteous driver, shall do the following:
On roadways with more than one lane traveling in the same direction, you shall
move to the adjacent lane if possible. This means if you have two lanes available
to you, when you approach an emergency vehicle with lights activated, you will
move from the lane closest to the emergency vehicle to the lane farthest away from
the emergency vehicle, provided you can do so safely. Usually this will be from
the right hand lane to the left hand lane, because the most common occurrence
of this will be when you are passing a Trooper or other Law Enforcement Officer
who has a driver stopped on the shoulder of the roadway. If you are not able to
change lanes to move away from the emergency vehicle, perhaps because there
is already a car occupying that lane next to you, then you shall reduce your speed
and proceed with caution.
On roadways that have only one lane of travel for each direction, in other
words, your basic two lane highway or road, you are required to simply reduce
your speed in your lane and proceed with caution.
If you are found in violation of this law, the fine currently is $211.50.
Just this year, we have had several Troopers hit, and Trooper Nicholas Dees
lost his life while working an accident on I-40 to a distracted driver who did
not obey this law. Trooper Keith Burch was seriously injured in the same tragic
accident, and has a long recovery ahead. Most recently, Trooper Gary Sanders
was hit while on a traffic stop by another distracted driver, and nearly lost his
life. Aside from being a law, this just makes common sense. Part of being a safe
and courteous driver means looking out for others on or near the roadway. Pay
attention and MOVE OVER or SLOW DOWN, those are some easy things to do to
put emergency service professionals at ease! Thanks for reading, buckle up and
please drive safe!

Guthrie man Geronimo Quilimaco, 31, allegedly sent
an officer to the hospital when police showed up to break
up a fight he was involved in on April 18.
According to the police report, Guthrie police were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Walnut around 7:26 p.m.
because there was a fight in the roadway. When they arrived, the saw four people involved in the altercation take
off running.
One of them was Quilimaco.
Quilimaco was walking north on Walnut, and he was
screaming at a woman who was walking with him. When
police approached him, he didn’t even give them a chance
to see what was going on. He immediately shoved one of the officers and tried to
run away.
A struggle ensued, and Quilimaco resisted and ignored officer commands. Police took the man to the ground.
Quilimaco continued to resist and told police they couldn’t get him in the back
of the patrol car. He resisted and kicked, but officers were able to get him in for
his trip to jail.
Quilimaco started kicking the window and yelled, “F--- you!” at officers.
The man appeared to be extremely intoxicated -- his speech was slurred, he
smelled like alcohol, and his behavior kept changing from subdued to belligerent.
After the man eventually calmed down a bit, an officer advised he had been
injured in the altercation. He went to the hospital to get checked out.
After Quilimaco was booked into jail, the arresting officer learned the man was
on probation for 15 years for a previous offense.
Quilimaco is being charged with assault and battery on police officer and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $75,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court
on May 21, 2015.

When a would-be bank robber arrives at his
heist destination by taxi, there’s a pretty good
chance the holdup is going to go awry.
Plus, it probably doesn’t help if he’s extremely
drunk, too.
That’s exactly what happened when Stanley
Geddie rolled up to a Tallahassee, Fla., bank in
a cab, told the manager he had a .357 handgun
AND C4 plastic explosives, and demanded
$100,000.
Other employees grew concerned when the
manager closed his office door while speaking
with Geddie and that’s when police were
contacted.
First, cops approached the taxi driver, who said Geddie was a hot mess.
Not only was the 46-year-old wasted, but he also didn’t pay the $25.50 fare.
Then, officers surrounded the bank and told Geddie to surrender. When
he refused, police tased him. Court records state that when he was told that
he would be shot if he made any sudden movements Geddie said “well then
kill me.”
Thankfully, Geddie was lying about the gun and explosives.
The unsuccessful thief was arrested and charged with robbery, petty theft
and resisting arrest.

What you’re saying
about this on...
Sarah S: I was at work. The Federal Employees Credit Union was my banking institution. On April 18, I called Kathy and told her to mail me a check. That afternoon I called her
back and told her to hold it and I would drive up from Anadarko and be there by 9:00 am
to pick it up. I normally just have them mail it but I thought if I left around 7:30 I would
get there, pick it up and head back home. On April 19, I went to work at 6:00 am and told
my manager I needed to leave around 7:30. No later than 8:00. He said okay, but he asked
if I would do a short task before I left. I got detained and lost track of time. I called Kathy
and told her I would be a few minutes late. She said “no problem” she would hold it for me.
Next thing I knew, people in the office were all talking about the catastrophe. I just slowly
sat down in the nearest chair and started crying. I’ll never forget that day or all my FECU
friends.
Sara B: I was in Elementary school and we felt the blast from Yukon!
Brad F: Senior in high school at Putnam City North I was a library aide that hour. It
set off all the alarms on the cars in the parking lot. Stayed in library all day watching on
television
Angie W: I was a Junior at Enid High...the mood of the entire school was incredibly
somber.
Brianda K: That is my birthday. I was 2 months pregnant with my daughter.....I
turned on the t.v. and that was on the news....what a sad day.
Chris C: I was in 5th grade at Highland Park in Del City, it sounded like really loud
Thunder..
Sandra J: Working at Daylight Donuts in Bristow when I heard. I was very sad because I knew many of those that worked in that building and lost their lives. I had previously worked for a CPA firm just a few blocks away. It is a day I will never forget.
Latonia T: Sylversteon, Dalton and Kelley’s surgical office NW 63rd and Independence. Just got a patient out of surgery and turned on the O2 when the bomb went off!
Thought someone had driven through the front of our building. That’s how close it felt.
David S: I was in 6th grade standing in line in the hallway at school waiting for gym
class. I was standing next to the cafeteria and felt the boom. I heard the windows and pots
and pans rattling. We all thought it was Tinker Air Force base. Was we wrong.
Erich R: In Edmond at my house when it woke me up and and then went to assist
Kelly O: I was 8 months pregnant vacuuming my car out in the front yard and felt
it and heard the boom of it over the vacuum......the bombing happened the day after my
birthday.
Angela P: I was in the 6th grade and was talking to a friend about his mom because
she was suppose to go up there but didn’t!!!
Frank K: I was late for work that day and just barely caught it on the news as I was
leaving. I made light of it when I got to work when I was asked why I was late. I said I was
setting off a bomb. No one knew what I was talking about nor did they know I was joking.
I know. I shouldn’t have joked about it, but that’s my memory of that day.
Kevin G: Watching t.v with my grandma eating breakfast. I was 17

Bobbi L: I was at work and my manager was in Oklahoma City headed to his moms
and called me and told me something had just exploded down on Robinson Ave. So turned
on the radio and found out what had taken place!!!!
Carolyn B: I was in kindergarten. We heard the bomb go off. Everyone ran to the
window but couldn’t see what happened. Eventually someone came and told my teacher. I

being disappointed about it being cancelled until I got home and watched the news all
evening about the bombing!
Traci J: In a college class. 22 yrs old. The professor said it wasn’t a tragedy and we
shouldn’t be so upset. People due every day and just because they do it at once doesn’t
make it a tragedy. Most of the class got up and left. He was a jerk and I remember it like it

Michael L: I was watching it on TV and wondering whom the government was going
to point the finger at for it.

Chandler man Troy Don Gibbs, 41, was very unsportsmanlike at a
little league game when he allegedly pointed a gun at a man because
he was pissed off his granddaughter didn’t get to play.
According to the affidavit, a Chandler officer was dispatched to the
little league softball field in the 1600 block of Park Road at approximately 9:55 p.m. due to a gramps and his gun.
Dispatch advised Gibbs had pointed a gun at a guy and fled the
scene.
When police arrived, the victim told them that he saw Gibbs “arguing with, yelling at and rushing” the softball coach.
Apparently, the man was pissed because his granddaughter didn’t
get to play during the game.
The man said he tried to calm Gibbs down by telling him his daughter doesn’t get to play
sometimes, but the man told him to shut his mouth.
Gibbs started yelling and cussing at the man, until another parent grabbed the victim and
tried to get him to leave.
Gibbs then pulled out a gun, pointed it at the man’s face and asked, “Who’s the bitch now?”
The victim said the crazed man kept the gun pointed at people and children before jumping
in his car and leaving the field.
Several witnesses, including the softball coach, gave police the same account of the incident.
One woman said the incident “scared [her] 4-year-old to death.”
Officers found Gibbs shortly after 10 p.m. near 980 Road and 3450 Road.
The man told them “it was just an argument that got out of hand, and [he] shouldn’t have
done what [he] did.”
Gibbs handed over his gun, and he was transported to jail.
At the police department, Gibbs said the victim charged him multiple times and threatened
to beat his “ass.”
So, he pulled a gun out of his pants and pointed it at the man. He admitted the gun was
loaded during the altercation.
When police asked why he left the scene, he said he was just trying to get his granddaughter
home because she was upset.
Well, yeah!
The gun-slinging grandpa is being charged with feloniously pointing a firearm. He was
released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 4, 2015.
A league of his own

When a mugger tried to rob her friend, 92-year-old Eileen Mason just had her mobility scooter – and her no-nonsense attitude.
Eileen and 75-year-old Margaret Seabrook, both from Swindon, Wiltshire, England, were returning home from a lunch club meeting when a thief appeared from
behind a fence and eyed up the contents of Margaret’s basket.
But the robber didn’t know who he was dealing with.
‘Oh no you don’t!’ was Eileen’s battle cry as she accelerated on her scooter.
The would-be thief ‘went flying’, said Eileen, who has four children, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
‘We went through the war and all the bombings. We won’t let a weasel like that hold
us back.’
Crocs plastic shoes left tread marks that helped link a 22-year-old Fairbanks man to
downtown burglaries, authorities said.
The owner of a building where some break-ins occurred provided surveillance footage to police, who posted it on the department’s Facebook page. Roland Huntington
Grace name was among several mentioned by tipsters, according to authorities.
According to the court documents, Grace wore Crocs during a police interview and
the shoes matched the tread pattern found at the scene.
Grace faces charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief in connection with the
burglaries reported earlier this month, the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner newspaper
reported.
Online court records don’t have an attorney listed for him. Charging documents say
Grace admitted to the burglaries.
The owner of The Crepery reported on April 1 that someone stole about $400 from
a cash register after breaking into the restaurant. A minister at the Church of Christ
reported April 2 that someone stole about $30 after prying open several locked doors.
Another burglary at The Crepery was reported April 3, with $5 in change taken. A
worker at the art gallery across the hall told responding police that there was a burglary at that shop as well, and that $1,000 of artists’ jewelry was taken.
According to authorities, two necklaces matching the description of jewelry taken
from the gallery were recovered from Grace.
