FEDERAL CHARGES FILED
Ashley Nicole Blizzard
Child Abuse in Indian Country; Child Neglect
in Indian Country; Child Endangerment in Indian Country.
On Feb. 28, 2020, Blizzard, 33, of Claremore, is alleged to have put her 11-year-old
child in danger when she struck him with her
pick-up in a driveway and ran over his arm.
The child was trying to stop her from driving
under the influence with a 2-year-old in her
vehicle.
Blizzard further failed to protect her 2-yearold child from exposure to the use, possession, sale, and manufacture of illegal drugs
and other illegal activities and failed to adequately supervise her by placing
her on top of a broken meth pipe without a car seat or a seatbelt.
Finally, she allegedly endangered her 2-year-old child by driving the car
under the influence of an intoxicating substance while her toddler was inside
the car.
Deputies from the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office located the defendant,
stopped her, then took her into custody after finding her license was revoked
and locating drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Blizzard is non-Indian; the children are citizens of the Eastern Shawnee Nation. The crime occurred within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation. The
FBI and Rogers County Sheriff’s Office are the investigative agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney Leah Paisner is prosecuting the case.

Iconic Facce gets 15 years for
robbing bank to finance plastic surgery
The bandages are off — but
the charges are sticking.
An Alabama woman named
Iconic Facce was found guilty
earlier this year on two counts
of armed robbery after holding up a Mississippi bank two
years ago — a crime she allegedly committed to fund her plastic surgery.
Facce’s case was originally slated for trial on June 28, 2021, but the
surgery-obsessed thief requested to plead guilty beforehand.
After the 39-year-old’s plea, Circuit Judge Randi Peresich Mueller sentenced Facce to the maximum term of 15 years on each count to run
concurrently, NBC News reported.
The Ozark native’s charges stem from a 2019 heist of the BancorpSouth in Gulfport, Mississippi. At the time, prosecutors argued that her
plan was to rob banks to finance sexual reassignment surgery, according
to AL.com.
Gulfport police had been alerted to Facce’s 2019 crime by a hidden
alarm activated by the besieged bank branch. Upon their arrival, bank employees informed officers that the suspect had approached a teller window
and handed the clerk a hand-scrawled note that read: “You have 1 min to
give the money do not be wrong or die.”
No weapon was seen or shown, although tellers did recall that the suspect had a swollen face indicative of a recent cosmetic operation.
The robbery was captured on the surveillance system, while authorities
discovered an abandoned Cadillac near the bank, which they traced back
to Facce, according to the Associated Press.
Meanwhile, authorities sent still images of the serial surgery recipient
with a memo imploring the public to help ID the suspect.
Tellers were easily able to recognize the suspected criminal’s “Iconic
Facce” in a photo lineup.
The criminal was detained March 30, 2019 at Houston’s George Bush
Intercontinental Airport after re-entering the country from Mexico. It was
suspected she had received her bank job-funded procedure there as subsequent mugshots showed her sporting surgical tape around her nose.
This was apparently not the bank robber’s first job — so to speak.
Under her birth name of Jimmy Maurice Lewis II, Facce was found guilty
at age 26 of another robbery on January 20, 2009, in the US District Court
for the Northern District of Alabama, AL.com reported. Facce was sentenced and served 51 months in federal prison in that case, in which she
reportedly demanded a teller give her at least $20,000.
After her release, she legally changed her name to Iconic Facce, Fox
reported.

DOWN ON THE FARM
Some Tulsa men allegedly beat up a man and demanded
marijuana at a farm in Delaware County.
According to the police report, a Delaware County deputy
was dispatched to a Jay gas station on Highway 20 around
8:48 a.m. A man had been assaulted and was lying in the
ditch. The victim had multiple scratches and abrasions on
his lower legs. He also had a bump on his head.
The man told police that some guys woke him up at the
farm where he was sleeping. He said the suspects had a
handgun and an M4.
The man also said that the men demanded money and
told him to open some containers so they could get some
marijuana. When he told the men he didn’t have a key to
open the containers, they hit him on the head and knocked
him out.
The victim led officers to the farm. They saw a black car in
the road with its hazard lights on. The victim became scared
and said, “They are still here.”
Deputies entered the driveway and saw two men exit a
storage unit. They also saw two more vehicles in the driveway with their doors open and motors running. Dispatch
advised that one of the vehicles in the driveway had been
reported stolen.
At the scene, a man told police that he gave a man a
ride to the vehicle – the man had said he needed to pick up
some of his friends at the Trails End gas station.
Deputies and the victim noticed that a grow house and
some trailers had been broken into.
Another deputy had stopped the black car and made
contact with four men – they were identified as Julius
Wardell Ballard, 24, Jabare Walters, 18, Tiondre Dyer, 18,
and Ladarion Tibbs.
The victim identified three of the men as his attackers.
Officers also found the key to the stolen vehicle in the suspects’ possession.
They are all being charged with robbery by force or fear,
possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony,
assault, battery or assault and battery with a dangerous
weapon, burglary in the second degree, and possession of
a stolen vehicle.
Ballard’s bond was set at $50,000, and he is scheduled
to appear in court on January 20, 2022.
Walter’s bond was set at $32,000, and he is scheduled to
appear in court on January 10, 2022.
Dyer’s bond was set at $15,000, and he is scheduled to
appear in court on January 20, 2022.

FORMER PREACHER CHARGED IN FEDERAL COURT
FOR THE SEXUAL ABUSE OF FIVE MINORS
Other Victims Encouraged to Report
Abuse to the FBI at (405) 290-7770
A former Vinita preacher was indicted
in federal court for sexually abusing five
minors whose ages ranged from 7 to
16 years old when the abuse occurred,
announced Acting U.S. Attorney Clint
Johnson.
Roy Edward Williams, 63, was charged
with Coercion and Enticement of a Minor
in Indian Country (Counts 1,3,5,6, and
8); Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor
in Indian Country (Counts 2,4,9); Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor Between
12 and 16 Years Old in Indian Country
(Count 7); and Possession of Child Pornography (Count 11).
The U.S. Attorney’s Office and FBI encourage any other victims of Williams to come forward and contact the FBI Oklahoma City Field Office at
(405) 290-7770.
Williams is alleged to have committed the sex crimes starting on or
around November 2002 and as late as December 2018. According to the
indictment, Williams also took sexually explicit photographs of several of
the victims, paid or offered something of value to several victims immediately following the sexual abuse, and threatened several victims to prevent
them from reporting the abuse to others. The defendant was further found
in possession of child pornography on June 24, 2019. During the period
of the described abuse, Williams was a preacher at Bunker Hill Baptist in
Vinita.
Williams was previously charged in Craig County District Court. However, charges were dismissed in April 2021 as Williams is a Cherokee citizen and the alleged crimes occurred in or near Vinita, which is within the
Cherokee Nation Reservation. The Cherokee Nation Attorney General’s
Office then filed tribal charges against Williams in April, and he is currently
in tribal custody awaiting trial. This week, the U.S. Attorney’s Office also
filed charges in the case.
An indictment is merely an accusation. Defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
The FBI, Craig County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cherokee Nation Marshal
Service are the investigative agencies.

two days
On December 8, 2021, around 5:30 p.m., Tulsa PD
was called out to an armed robbery at a convenience
store near 46th St. N. and Lewis.
The suspect, later identified as 15-year-old Honest
Burns, placed two items on the counter and walked
away. She later returned, pulled out a black revolver,
and demanded money. The clerk handed her cash, and
Burns ran off.
Two days later on December 10, around 2:30 p.m.,
Tulsa PD officers were called to another armed robbery
at TAP In Wine & Spirits near 46th St. N and Peoria.
The suspect, Honest Burns, walked inside the store
and stated that they were getting robbed. Burns then threw a bag at the clerk and
demanded money. During the robbery, Burns pulled out a black revolver and shot
it into the ground, then pointed the gun at the employees. One of the employees
grabbed Burns and held her while the other employees managed to get the gun
away from her. The employees held Burns on the ground until officers arrived and
arrested her.

OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE
A 25-year-old Miami man is facing
three charges of burglary after he allegedly broke into a garage and two
different vehicles on December 5.
According to the affidavit, a Miami officer
was dispatched to a home in the 14000 block
of South Highway after the homeowner found
a man in his garage. The man’s wife reported
that her husband was holding the intruder until
police arrived at the location.
When officers arrived at the home, the homeowner told police that when he went to his garage, he noticed that one of the doors that was
usually unlocked was locked.
The man opened one of the doors and found a man standing there.
He grabbed a bat and then saw that the inside dome lights on one of his
vehicles were on.
He also noticed that the man had grabbed his small, unloaded revolver
and put in his pocket – the handle was partially sticking out.
The man told the suspect to throw the gun on the ground. He also commanded that the suspect get on the ground until police arrived.
The homeowner also found a silver knife on a shelf that didn’t belong
to him.
The officer spoke to the suspect, who identified himself a Clay Michael
Ramos. Ramos said he did not want to speak to the officer. When officers
searched the man, they found a hat that said “Experimental Aircraft Association,” a knife made by Kodi-Caper, a flask, some sunglasses, and
$66 in cash.
This apparently wasn’t Ramos’s first stop of the day.
Officers had also responded to two different residences in Fairland earlier that day. At one residence, the victim said it appeared someone had
rummaged through three of his vehicles and stolen a knife.
At the other property, the victim said he found his wallet on the floorboard of his truck. All of the contents were on the floorboard and some
cash, around $60-$65 was missing. He also said he was missing a hat that
said “Experimental Aircraft Association” and a knife made by Kodi-Caper.
Ramos is being charged with three counts of burglary in the third degree. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 22, 2021.
