SEE NO EVIL
A Tecumseh man is facing a child pornography
charge after a police department in Tulsa County
alerted Tecumseh authorities of his immoral activities.
Zachary Earl Lippoldt, 34, was June 3 charged
with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material in
Pottawatomie County District Court.
On April 8, 2025, the Bixby Police Department’s
Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding images of child sexual
abuse material.
During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Lippoldt, a resident of Tecumseh. The Bixby Police Department contacted the Tecumseh Police
Department’s ICAC Unit regarding Lippoldt.
On May 21, 2025, the Tecumseh Police Department and the Pottawatomie
County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Lippoldt’s residence. During
the search, Lippoldt was interviewed and confessed to downloading child sexual
abuse material. Investigators also discovered four children within the residence.
The children have been removed from the home and are currently residing with
a family member.
Based on the information and evidence gathered during the investigation,
Lippoldt was apprehended by Tecumseh Police officers and booked into the
Pottawatomie County Jail on a $200,000 bond. His pre-preliminary hearing is
scheduled for July 29, 2025.

JULY IS MINORITY MENTAL HEALTH
AWARENESS MONTH
July was designated as Minority Mental Health Awareness Month to bring
awareness to the unique struggles that minority groups face in regard to mental
illness. Mental health conditions do not discriminate based on race, color, gender or identity. Anyone can experience the challenges of mental illness regardless of their background.
As part of the Minority Mental Health Awareness Month initiative, Oklahoma
Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) will
join with minority community leaders to promote the 988 Oklahoma Mental
Health Lifeline, a free and confidential service that provides immediate support
for those experiencing a mental health need, all starting with a simple call or text.

FIT TO BE TIED
A Google AI Overview describes the origin of the
term “fit to be tied” as “…the historical practice of physically restraining individuals who were considered mentally unstable or overwhelmed with anger, often by tying
them up.” A Johnston County man fit that bill perfectly.
Todd Christian Ross, 49, of Stonewall, was charged
June 24 with two counts of assault and battery on police officer, malicious injury to property, protective order
violation, threaten to perform act of violence, and resisting an officer, in Johnston County District Court.
Sheriff Gary Dodd reported that the Johnston County
Sheriff’s 911 Center received a call from a house on Project Lane. The victim claimed that
someone drove through her yard doing donuts, ran through her fence, and even knocked
over her trash poly cart. The caller thought it was her ex-husband, whom she has an active protective order against. A witness also saw a car that looked like the ex-husband’s
leaving the area with barbed wire hanging off it. There was also physical evidence at the
scene that confirmed the ex-husband’s truck as the one that caused the damage.
A deputy found the ex, identified as Ross, at his elderly parents’ house in the north part
of the county. The deputy approached the suspect in his car in the middle of a pasture.
He explained that he was investigating and Ross got very angry. Ross, who was clearly
drunk, got out of his truck and became aggressive, confronting the deputy with physical
force. He even tried to assault the deputy.
When the deputy tried to arrest him, Ross kept resisting and fighting. He hit the deputy
and grabbed him by the throat, trying to choke him. The deputy had to defend himself
for about ten minutes until other deputies arrived and helped. Even with more deputies,
Ross kept resisting and fighting. He even tried to bite the deputy, spit saliva and blood on
him, and threw things at him.
Finally, Ross was taken into custody and taken to JCEMS. He refused to go to the
hospital and was taken to the Johnston County Jail and booked.
Ross added that during the incident, Ross also threatened to kill the deputies and their
families multiple times.
“This is absolutely disgusting and a threat we take very seriously,” Dodd said. “We also
found out that the suspect ran through a local rancher’s fence on Prairie Road, cutting
out about 40 yards of barbed wire fence. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating
that incident.”
“Violence against law enforcement and my deputies will not tolerated,” Dodd continued. “Most all of my Deputies are pretty fit and have trained in defensive tactics and
ground fighting. They are very familiar and trained in violence which they hope to never
use. But make no mistake, they will defend themselves and our innocent citizens from
violent attacks from persons such as these. Now it’s time for the Judicial Branch to do
their job.”
Bond for Ross was set at $100,000 and he is scheduled to next appear in court on July
28 for his status announcement.

OBN INVESTIGATION LEADS TO ARREST FOR
THE TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION OF A
MINOR
On April 17, 2025, an investigation by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) Human Trafficking Unit recovered a missing juvenile who was a
victim of Human Trafficking. OBN Spokesman
Mark Woodward says that investigation uncovered information about additional
victims and their suspected trafficker.
“Upon reviewing the evidence and conducting interviews, it was determined
Derrick Lewis (a.k.a. ‘King’) had direct involvement in not only the commercial
sex trafficking of this missing juvenile but other adult victims as well.” ---OBN
Spokesman Mark Woodward
On June 9, 2025, OBN Human Trafficking Agents obtained an Oklahoma
County warrant for Lewis (DOB 2/25/1999) on the charges of Human Trafficking
of a Minor, Human Trafficking, Maintaining a House of Prostitution, and Child
Exploitation.
On June 10, 2025, OBN Human Trafficking Agents were able to locate Lewis
at a residence in Del City, Oklahoma where he was arrested by OBN and Del City
Police officers without incident.
“Information from this investigation
indicates there may be other victims of
Lewis. We want to let these victims know
they don’t have to be afraid to come forward. Victims can remain anonymous,
and help is available.” ---OBN Director

On June 13th, 2025, around 9:20 p.m., Officers responded to ONEOK Field at 201 N. Elgin in Tulsa for
a call about Indecent Exposure where children were
present.
At the time, more than a thousand people were attending an event on the field to watch the OKC Thunder basketball game.
When Officers arrived, security had a man in custody, identified as Mirage Shah.
More than a dozen witnesses said Mirage Shah was in the middle of the field when
he opened his pants and exposed himself. Witnesses said there were many children
present on the field at the time.
Shah appeared to be heavily intoxicated, and he admitted to consuming many alcoholic beverages before and at the event. Shah also said he got hot on the field, so
he took his clothes off.
Mirage Shah was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail for Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication.

FIRE CONTAINED
A Seminole County resident has pleaded guilty to arson charges after he set fire to a house late last year.
Robby Dewayne Tiger, 41, of Seminole, entered a
guilty plea to one count of Arson in Indian Country, punishable by up to life in prison.
The Indictment alleged that on December 6, 2024, Tiger willfully and maliciously set fire to a dwelling, placing
the life of a person in jeopardy.
The crime occurred in Seminole County, within the
boundaries of the Seminole Nation Reservation, in the
Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Seminole Lighthorse Police.
A U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation
report. A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Tiger will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing.

THAT'S METHED UP!
A massive raid on a suspected cartel member found
in Arizona with a huge stockpile of drugs and guns was
interrupted by “idiots” who thought it was “an ICE raid,”
according to a sheriff.
Investigators had spent around six months investigating the unidentified cartel member, who had crept
back into the country despite previously being deported, according to Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple.
When they finally raided his home in southwest Tucson, they found millions of fentanyl
pills as well as 32 pounds of cocaine, 22 pounds of meth, four guns — and some unexpected opposition.
“Here’s the crazy part — some idiots, thinking it was an ICE raid, came down and
protested,” the sheriff said.
Video shows a crowd — many covering their faces — holding “Abolish ICE” signs
outside the raided house. Some tried to stop authorities towing the suspect’s truck,
according to the sheriff.
The protesters — some holding “Abolish ICE” signs — prevented authorities from towing the suspect’s truck, the sheriff told KGUN9.
Holding up some of the dangerous drug haul found in the raid, the sheriff said: “You
want to protest this not getting off the streets? That’s insane.”
The sheriff did not identify the suspected cartel member who was arrested, or list the
charges he faces.
He said that even though the protesters appeared to have assumed the raid was a
straightforward immigration matter, they didn’t care when told how serious it was.
“Even when it was explained to them [protesters] that this was a criminal case, where
we were taking a criminal drug smuggler, a known felon off the street and keeping the
community safe, they still sat there and protested because they don’t have an independent thought,” Teeple
told 13 News.

Donnie Anderson
