Sexual battery suspect allegedly committed crime in a Tulsa Walmart parking lot

TULSA, Okla. –On November 24, around 4:30 PM. Reginald Mitchell was arrested at a bus stop near a Walmart. Tulsa police say Mitchell was arrested for Sexual Battery After a Felony Conviction.

The sexual assault allegedly occurred in Walmart’s parking lot at 207 S. Memorial Dr.

According to Tulsa authorities, the victim encountered Mitchell in the parking lot. The victim immediately felt threatened by the suspect. The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim, “forcibly touching her buttocks,” according to Tulsa authorities. After the sexual battery, the victim was able to get in her car, flee the scene, and contact Tulsa police.

Once authorities arrived at the scene, they located Mitchell at a nearby bus stop.

During the investigation, Tulsa PD gathered that Walmart employees witnessed Mitchell approaching other women as well.

Mitchell’s bond was set at $4,000.00, and his court date is scheduled for December 1, 2021.

Tulsa police urge others to come forward if they have additional details.
