CATOOSA, Okla. — A man was arrested on Feb. 19th after allegedly firing several shots at the Hard Rock Casino. The suspect, David Temple, showed up on the property on a Saturday morning with an AR-15 rifle and allegedly shot at vehicles parked in the golf courses parking lot. The suspect has been arrested and was allegedly a convicted felon.
Police were already seeking out Temple for allegedly shooting at vehicles on the interstate. Catoosa police claim that the suspect was driving a Tesla and stopped at a charging station and began shooting again.
Catoosa police stated that the damage was the worst on one specific vehicle leaving bullet holes around the entire vehicle. Police also allege that the casino sign had a bullet submerged within it.
Investigators claim that the suspect had another rifle, two handguns, cash, drugs, and open alcohol in the vehicle. It is alleged that the suspect was in the influence. The suspect supposedly was not a guest or customer of the hotel and came there premeditated.
The suspect was arrested and brought to Rogers county jail, facing multiple felony charges. (News on 6)
