Son holds mother hostage at West Oaks Trailer Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Oklahoma City Police responded to a call at West Oaks Trailer Park near Northwest 10th and Morgan around 11 P.M. on February 1st.
Reports state that the suspect in question held his mother hostage after shooting and killing the family dog. At around 5:30 A.M. Tuesday the standoff ended with police taking the suspect into custody without occurring. The suspect’s mother was able to get out safely.
The suspect’s identity and his motives behind the crime have not been released by police. This is a developing story. (News 9)
