TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa man pulled over on a traffic stop was caught with multiple drugs and open containers of alcohol.
Around 12:30 am on February 5th, Tulsa P.D. patrol officers discovered a smoking vehicle traveling five mph without the necessary hazard lights.
Officers pulled the vehicle over on Sheridan near 18th and spoke with the driver, Phillippe Garmy.
When officers looked in the vehicle, they could see an open bottle of tequila as well as an open Budweiser and an open Fireball Whiskey shot container.
The officers took Garmy into custody and then discovered many different drugs in the vehicle. Garmy admitted to being in possession of Oxycodone, Heroin, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and PCP. A pistol as well as a large sum of cash was also discovered in the car. The cash is believed to be the proceeds of drug sales.
Phillippe Garmy was arrested for trafficking Cocaine, Methamphetamine and PCP with prior drug convictions in all three. Also, possession of a firearm and drug possession after former conviction of a felony, transporting an open container, possession of a controlled drug without prescription and to top it all off, no insurance.
